Abstract

本发明公开了一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮及其制备方法。所述建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮包括脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层,脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层都是聚丙烯基组合物,所述脱模功能层组合物包括聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶弹性体、脱模功能填料以及其他助剂;所述附着层组合物包括聚丙烯、纳米碳酸钙填料、滑石粉、稳定剂等。使用高速混合机分别将脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层的原料混合制成母粒,再将母粒经过双层共挤出制成脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层。该产品适用于目前市场上各种建筑模板。该发明下所述蒙皮产品可以通过自修复的方式持续提供自脱模性能,保证模板产品的快速应用,节省大量的模板清理成本,提高模板周转效率。

Description

一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土成型过程中所使用的模板产品体系,具体的涉及一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮及其制备方法。
背景技术
在建筑施工领域,模板脱模问题始终是难以解决的问题。金属材料及木质材料的模板产品表面含有大量的羟基,容易与混凝土发生粘接,难以脱模。而塑料模板在多次使用过程中也会逐渐沾灰受污。目前市场上的脱模技术主要有脱模剂、脱模油、脱模涂料的应用,容易对混凝土造成污染,影响施工质量,尤其是存在一定程度的环境污染问题,难以满足日渐发展的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮及其制备方法。该发明下所述蒙皮产品可以通过自修复的方式持续提供自脱模性能,保证模板产品的快速应用,节省大量的模板清理成本,提高模板周转效率。
本发明的任务是这样完成的:
一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,包括:脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层,其特征在于脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层都是聚丙烯基组合物。
进一步的,脱模功能层是一种聚丙烯基的组合物,该组合物包括聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶弹性体、脱模功能填料以及其他助剂;其中以聚丙烯材料的重量为基准(100份),则乙丙橡胶弹性体5-10份,脱模功能填料5-30份,其他助剂0.5-5份。
进一步的,脱模功能填料是由芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、硬脂酸盐中的一种或几种的复配物。
进一步的,隔离附着功能层是一种聚丙烯基组合物,该组合物包括聚丙烯、纳米碳酸钙填料、滑石粉、稳定剂以及其他助剂,其中以聚丙烯材料的重量为基准(100份),则纳米碳酸钙20-60份,滑石粉18-30份,稳定剂1-5份,其他助剂0.5-5份。
进一步的,脱模功能层厚度为200-500μm,隔离附着层厚度为100-200μm。
进一步的,脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层双层结构是有双层共挤出工艺制备的。
所述脱模功能层中脱模功能填料可以根据环境温度条件以一定的速率向本层表面迁移,形成脱模性薄膜。每次混凝土成型施工以后位于功能层内部的脱模功能填料会自动向表面迁移形成新的脱模性薄膜,达到脱模功能自修复的目的。
所述隔离附着功能层主要用于阻止脱模功能填料向模板侧迁移,以及增加蒙皮产品与建筑模板之间的附着力。待脱模功能层内部脱模填料消耗完以后,该蒙皮可以回收进行新的建筑模板用脱模功能自修复蒙皮产品的生产
进一步的,一种制备建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用高速混合机将聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶弹性体、脱模功能填料以及其他助剂混合均匀,并制成相应的脱模功能层母粒;
(2)将脱模功能层母粒加入到挤出机中,进行双层共挤出,制得脱模功能层。
(3)使用高速混合机将聚丙烯、纳米碳酸钙填料、滑石粉、稳定剂以及其他助剂混合均匀,并制成相应的隔离附着层母粒;
(4)将隔离附着层母粒加入到挤出机中,进行双层共挤出,制得隔离附着层。
进一步的,挤出机加工温度为160-230℃,优选为190-200℃。
本发明从绿色环保的角度,对模板蒙皮进行了功能设计,能够满足长久多次的自脱模效果,同时在产品使用完毕以后可以完全回收再利用,属于一种绿色建造技术。
具体实施方式
以下给出本发明的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
1. 称取聚丙烯100份、乙丙橡胶弹性体7份、芥酸酰胺20份以及其他助剂2份,在高速混合机中混合均匀。
2. 将混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,制备脱模层母粒。所述螺杆挤出机各段温度为:140℃,150℃,170℃,180℃,200℃,210℃,210℃,模具温度210℃。
3. 称取聚丙烯100份、纳米碳酸钙填料40份、滑石粉15份、稳定剂1份以及其他助剂2份,在高速混合机中混合均匀。
4. 将混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,制备隔离附着层母粒。所述螺杆挤出机各段温度为:140℃,150℃,170℃,180℃,200℃,210℃,210℃,模具温度210℃。
5. 分别将脱模层母粒和隔离附着层母粒加入到两个单螺杆挤出机中,在处于熔融状态的母粒物料通过同一模头同时挤出,形成具有双层结构的建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮。

Claims (8)

1.一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,包括:脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层,其特征在于脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层都是聚丙烯基组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,其特征在于:脱模功能层是一种聚丙烯基的组合物,该组合物包括聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶弹性体、脱模功能填料以及其他助剂;其中以聚丙烯材料的重量为基准(100份),则乙丙橡胶弹性体5-10份,脱模功能填料5-30份,其他助剂0.5-5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述所述的一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,其特征在于:脱模功能填料是由芥酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、硬脂酸盐中的一种或几种的复配物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,其特征在于:隔离附着功能层是一种聚丙烯基组合物,该组合物包括聚丙烯、纳米碳酸钙填料、滑石粉、稳定剂以及其他助剂,其中以聚丙烯材料的重量为基准(100份),则纳米碳酸钙20-60份,滑石粉18-30份,稳定剂1-5份,其他助剂0.5-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,其特征在于:脱模功能层厚度为200-500μm,隔离附着层厚度为100-200μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮,其特征在于:脱模功能层和隔离附着功能层双层结构是有双层共挤出工艺制备的。
7.一种制备建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用高速混合机将聚丙烯、乙丙橡胶弹性体、脱模功能填料以及其他助剂混合均匀,并制成相应的脱模功能层母粒;
(2)将脱模功能层母粒加入到挤出机中,进行双层共挤出,制得脱模功能层;
(3)使用高速混合机将聚丙烯、纳米碳酸钙填料、滑石粉、稳定剂以及其他助剂混合均匀,并制成相应的隔离附着层母粒;
(4)将隔离附着层母粒加入到挤出机中,进行双层共挤出,制得隔离附着层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种制备建筑模板用脱模功能自修复的塑料蒙皮的方法,其特征在于:挤出机加工温度为160-230℃,优选为190-200℃。
