When spraying, a rigid frame member 28 is respectively placed on two sides of the square frame, a first air cylinder 5 is installed on the supporting plate 3 between the two rigid frame members 28, a fourth hinge shaft 7 is hinged on a piston rod of the first air cylinder 5, a first hinge shaft 5 is also respectively welded on the supporting plate 3 on two sides of the first air cylinder 5, a first hinge cylinder 8 is sleeved on each first hinge shaft 5, a first lever 6 is sleeved on the first hinge cylinder 8, and the first lever 6 can freely rotate on the first hinge shaft 5 along with the first hinge cylinder 8. The respective sides of the two first levers 6 are connected to a fourth hinge shaft 7. The other side of each first lever 6 is provided with two push rods 9 which are connected, the two push rods 9 are obliquely arranged in a horn shape, and one end of a corresponding rigid frame member 28 is arranged between the two push rods 9. A second hinge shaft 10 is welded on the support plate 3 at the inner side of each push rod 9, a second hinge cylinder 11 is sleeved on each second hinge shaft 10, a second lever 13 is sleeved on each second hinge cylinder 11, and the second lever 13 rotates on the corresponding second hinge shaft 10 under the action of the corresponding second hinge cylinder 11. The respective end of each second lever 13 is in corresponding contact engagement with the corresponding push rod 9. The other side of each second lever 13 is connected with the first clamping device 12 in a matched mode, and the two first clamping devices 12 are in corresponding clamping fit with the rigid frame members 28.
As shown in fig. 2, a sliding rail 24 is installed on the supporting frame 2, the sliding rail 24 is also in the prior art, and the sliding rail 24 is perpendicular to the track 1. A supporting plate 26 is welded on one side of the sliding rail 24, sliding plates 25 are connected on two sides of the sliding rail 24 in a sliding fit mode, two third air cylinders 23 are fixedly connected on the supporting plate 26, and piston rods of the two third air cylinders 23 are arranged on two opposite sides. A push plate 15 is in driving connection with two third cylinders 23, each push plate 15 is arranged in parallel with the rigid frame member 28, and a group of second clamping devices 16 are in matched connection with each push plate 15. A row of third hinge shafts 27 are welded to each side of the slide 25, and a second tightening device 16 is connected to each third hinge shaft 28 in a mating manner.
Referring to fig. 3, the first tightening device 12 and the second tightening device 16 have the same structure, and include a connecting sleeve 18, a fourth hinge shaft is welded on the support plates 3 on both sides of each rigid frame member 28, and the sleeve 18 of each first tightening device 12 is sleeved on the corresponding fourth hinge shaft. The sleeve 18 of each second tightening device 16 is sleeved on the corresponding third hinge shaft 27. Two corresponding matched clamping plates 17 are hinged on the connecting sleeve 18, and the clamping plates 17 are of a straight plate structure. The wedge-shaped grooves 19 are formed in one side of each clamping plate 17, the anti-skid plates 23 are arranged on the other side of each clamping plate 17, the wedge-shaped grooves 19 and the anti-skid plates 23 on each clamping plate 17 are arranged on two sides of the sleeve 18, the two wedge-shaped grooves 19 are correspondingly arranged, the two anti-skid plates 23 are correspondingly matched, the wedge-shaped push rods 20 are matched and connected between the two wedge-shaped grooves 19, and the pull rods 22 are connected on the wedge-shaped push rods 20. The wedge-shaped push rod 20 comprises a connecting rod, two sides of the connecting rod are respectively provided with a wedge-shaped block 21, and each wedge-shaped block 21 is correspondingly matched with the corresponding wedge-shaped groove 19. The antiskid plate 23 is a rubber plate, and the outer side of the rubber plate is provided with saw teeth.
