Abstract
一种由不溶性固体颗粒或粉体与液体混合而成的流体的传送装置,包括固态物料槽,液体物料槽,过滤网,电磁阀,输送泵,固态物料输送管路,液态物料输送管路。在物料槽内,安装一个过滤网,在重力作用下,将倒入物料槽的流体分为固态物料和液态物料,固态物料通过管路,由输送泵定量传送;液态物料输送管路上安装一个电磁阀,通过控制电磁阀的通断时间,控制液态物料的输出量,固态和液态物料在重力作用下,自动流出输送管路。本发明传送装置结构简单,能满足随时改变输出流体中固态物料与液体物料配比的物料传送。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送装置,具体涉及由不溶性固体颗粒或粉体和液体混合而成的流体的传送装置。
背景技术
目前,由不溶性固体颗粒或粉体与液体混合的流体,一般采用输送泵传送,因传送方式和结构的限制,这种传送方式不能改变输出端固态物料与液态物料的配比,因此不能满足有随时改变固态物料与液态物料配比要求的流体传送。
有鉴于此,如何设计一种能够随时改变输出端固态物料与液态物料配比的流体物料传送装置,是业内技术人员亟待解决的一项课题。
发明内容
为了克服现有传输装置在传送时不能改变输出端固态物料与液态物料配比的不足,本发明提供一种传输装置,该装置不仅能传输流体,而且能根据要求实时改变流体输出端的固态物料与液态物料的配比。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在物料槽内,安装一个过滤网,在重力作用下,将倒入物料槽的流体分为固态物料和液态物料,固态物料通过管路,由输送泵定量传送;液态物料输送管路上安装一个电磁阀,通过控制电磁阀的通断时间,控制液态物料的输出量,固态和液态物料在重力作用下,自动流入下方的料槽,完成要求配比的流体物料传送。
本发明的有益效果是,既可以传送流体,也可以随时改变输出流体中固态物料与液态物料的比例。

工作原理:
1、物料倒入固态物料槽1,在重力作用下,液态物料流过过滤网,流入液态物料槽2,完成固态物料与液态物料的自动分离。
2、在重力作用下,固态物料流入输送泵,输送泵旋转,即可输出固态物料,输出量由蠕动泵旋转时间决定。
3、在重力作用下,液态物料通过管路,流入电磁阀,电磁阀打开,即可输出液态物料,输出量由电磁阀打开时间控制。
具体实施方式
在图1中,过滤网3插入料槽,将料槽分为固态物料料槽1和液态物料料槽2,固态物料料槽通过管路6连接输送泵5,液态物料料槽通过管路7连接电磁阀。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,采用与本发明上述实施例相同或近似的结构,而得到的其他结构设计,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种由不溶性固体颗粒或粉体与液体混合而成的流体的传送装置,包括:固态物料槽(1),液态物料槽(2),过滤网(3),电磁阀(4),输送泵(5),固态物料输送管路(6),液体物料输送管路(7)其特征在于:流体可自动分离为固态物料和液态物料,并分别传送。
2.如权利要求1所述的传送装置,其特征在于:物料槽中安装过滤网(3)。
3.如权利要求1所述的传送装置,其特征在于:所述固态物料输送管路(6)连接输送泵(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的传送装置,其特征在于:所述液态物料输送管路(7)连接电磁阀(4)。
