Abstract
本发明公开了一种筷子的制作方法,其由如下步骤制成:先将原料锯块、分片、砌成条状,接着打磨、抛光,然后喷覆涂层;最后进行烘干,涂层的涂料由下列组分混合制得,按重量份数计:麦饭石纳米颗粒10份、胶原水解物5‑19份、聚丙烯6‑8份、乙酸乙酯9‑14份、甲醇16‑27份、乙醇8‑12份、三甲苯4‑22份、钛白粉4‑9份、硅铝酸钠4‑19份、三氧化二铝8‑11份、硬脂酸镁5‑8份、氧化铁7‑19份、四氧化三铁7‑21份、七钼酸铵7‑14份、130目铁粉6‑57份。本发明方法简单、易于操控,所制筷子硬度高、耐磨损、防滑效果好、使用寿命长、耐高温、表面涂层含有麦饭石成分,材质安全健康,可补充人体微量元素。

本发明涉及一种筷子的制作方法。
背景技术
现有筷子硬度低,易磨损,防滑效果差,使用寿命短;表面涂层高温下会析出有害物质,不健康。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种方法简单、易于操控,所制筷子硬度高、耐磨损、使用寿命长、耐高温、表面涂层材质安全健康,可以补充人体微量元素的筷子的制作方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案来实现的:
一种筷子的制作方法,其是经由如下步骤制成的:首先将原料锯块、分片、砌成条状,接着打磨、抛光,然后喷覆涂层;最后进行烘干,所述涂层的涂料由下列组分混合制得,按重量份数计:麦饭石纳米颗粒10份、胶原水解物5-19份、聚丙烯6-8份、乙酸乙酯9-14份、甲醇16-27份、乙醇8-12份、三甲苯4-22份、钛白粉4-9份、硅铝酸钠4-19份、三氧化二铝8-11份、硬脂酸镁5-8份、氧化铁7-19份、四氧化三铁7-21份、七钼酸铵7-14份、130目铁粉6-57份。
作为优选,所述涂层的喷覆厚度为25微米。
作为优选,所述原料为由PPS塑料、铁粉和玻璃纤维合成的合金板材。
作为优选,所述烘干为在烘箱中进行150-200度的烘干。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
相比现有技术,本发明方法简单、易于操控,所制筷子硬度高、耐磨损、防滑效果好、使用寿命长、耐高温、表面涂层含有麦饭石成分,材质安全健康,可补充人体微量元素。麦饭石是一种天然的硅酸盐矿物,无毒,学名石英二长岩,对生物无毒、无害、含有一定生物活性复合矿物或药用岩石、主要化学成分是无机的硅铝酸盐,其中包括SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、FeO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na2O、TiO2、P2O5、MnO等,还含有动物所需的全部常量元素,如:K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Mo等微量元素和稀土元素,约58种之多。

本发明提供了一种筷子的制作方法,其是经由如下步骤制成的:首先将原料锯块、分片、砌成条状,接着打磨、抛光,然后喷覆涂层;最后进行烘干,所述涂层的涂料由下列组分混合制得,按重量份数计:麦饭石纳米颗粒10份、胶原水解物5-19份、聚丙烯6-8份、乙酸乙酯9-14份、甲醇16-27份、乙醇8-12份、三甲苯4-22份、钛白粉4-9份、硅铝酸钠4-19份、三氧化二铝8-11份、硬脂酸镁5-8份、氧化铁7-19份、四氧化三铁7-21份、七钼酸铵7-14份、130目铁粉6-57份,所述涂层的喷覆厚度为25微米,所述原料为由PPS塑料、铁粉和玻璃纤维合成的合金板材,所述烘干为在烘箱中进行150-200度的烘干。

1.一种筷子的制作方法,其特征在于,经由如下步骤制成:首先将原料锯块、分片、砌成条状,接着打磨、抛光,然后喷覆涂层;最后进行烘干,所述涂层的涂料由下列组分混合制得,按重量份数计:麦饭石纳米颗粒10份、胶原水解物5-19份、聚丙烯6-8份、乙酸乙酯9-14份、甲醇16-27份、乙醇8-12份、三甲苯4-22份、钛白粉4-9份、硅铝酸钠4-19份、三氧化二铝8-11份、硬脂酸镁5-8份、氧化铁7-19份、四氧化三铁7-21份、七钼酸铵7-14份、130目铁粉6-57份。
2.如权利要求1所述的筷子的制作方法,其特征在于,所述涂层的喷覆厚度为25微米。
3.如权利要求2所述的筷子的制作方法,其特征在于,所述原料为由PPS塑料、铁粉和玻璃纤维合成的合金板材。
4.如权利要求3所述的筷子的制作方法,其特征在于,所述烘干为在烘箱中进行150-200度的烘干。
