Abstract
The invention discloses a terminal plug-in system, which comprises a lifting mechanism and a plug-in device, wherein the lifting mechanism is connected with the plug-in device; the plug-in device is provided with a clamping head rod, left and right clamping heads hinged to the clamping head rod, a central rod connected with the clamping head rod, and a lifting module matched with the central rod, wherein the bottom of the lifting module is provided with left and right wedge blocks, and the tops of the left and right clamping heads are provided with bending parts. The lifting module lifts along the central rod, and the left wedge block and the right wedge block respectively act on the left bending part and the right bending part to enable the left chuck and the right chuck to be close to each other and clamp the terminal. The lifting module is adopted to drive the left and right chucks to uniformly open, so that the terminals are smoothly received, and then the left and right chucks are close to each other to stably clamp the terminals, thereby effectively avoiding the possibility of interference or collision between the chucks and the terminals.

In operation, the jacking rod drives the movable clamping block to rotate relative to the fixed clamping block, so that the clamping head is opened. If the terminal is positioned below the fixed clamp block with a deviation from the gap between the open fixed clamp block and the movable clamp block, the descending clamp head will collide with the terminal.

The lifting mechanism drives the plug-in device to move downwards, so that the terminal is positioned between the left chuck and the right chuck.

Detailed Description
A terminal card system includes an elevator mechanism and a card assembly 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the plug-in device 10 is provided with a chuck rod 11, a left chuck 121 and a right chuck 122 hinged to the chuck rod, a central rod 13 connected with the chuck rod, and a lifting module matched with the central rod, wherein the bottom of the lifting module is provided with a left wedge 131 and a right wedge 132, an elastic connecting piece is arranged between the left chuck and the right chuck, the top of the left chuck is provided with a left bending part, the top of the right chuck is provided with a right bending part, the left wedge is contacted with the left bending part, and the right wedge is contacted with the right bending part.
The elastic connection member is preferably a spring, and is disposed below the hinge of the left grip 121 and the right grip 122. The resilient connecting element has a tendency to spread the left and right clamps.
The end of the left bending part is provided with a left roller 141, the end of the right bending part is provided with a right roller 142, the inclined surface of the left wedge block 131 is contacted with the left roller, and the inclined surface of the right wedge block 132 is contacted with the right roller. The elevation module includes an elevation driving module 20 and an elevation executing module 30.
The lifting execution module comprises a lifting block 31 which is in sliding fit on the central rod 13; the left wedge 131 and the right wedge 132 are provided at the bottom of the lifting block. The lifting driving module 20 drives the lifting block 31 to move upwards along the central rod 13, and the left wedge block 131 and the right wedge block 132 move upwards, so that the left clamp 121 and the right clamp 122 are opened under the action of the elastic connecting piece. After the terminals are located between the left clamp and the right clamp, the left wedge 131 and the right wedge 132 move downward under the driving of the lifting driving module 20, so that the left clamp and the right clamp are driven to clamp the terminals. The card device 10 is driven by the lifting mechanism to move upward, and the terminals move upward.
As shown in fig. 2, the lift driving module 20 includes a cam 21 mounted on a main shaft, a swing arm 22 engaged with the cam, and a slide seat 23 engaged with the swing arm. The lifting execution module 30 comprises a driving arm 32 in sliding fit with the sliding seat and a hinging seat 33 fixed on the central rod 13; the sliding seat is provided with a sliding groove 230, the head end of the driving arm is provided with a first roller, and the first roller is matched in the sliding groove; the driving arm is hinged on the hinging seat, the tail end of the driving arm is provided with a second roller 320, the lifting block 31 is provided with an annular groove 310, and the second roller is matched in the annular groove. The main shaft rotates, the driving cam 21 rotates, the cam drives the swing arm 22, the swing arm drives the sliding seat 23 to move left and right, the sliding seat drives the driving arm 32 to swing, the driving arm drives the lifting block 31 to move upwards along the central rod 13, the left wedge block 131 and the right wedge block 132 move upwards, and the left chuck 121 and the right chuck 122 are opened under the action of the elastic connecting piece. After the terminal is located between the left chuck and the right chuck, the left wedge 131 and the right wedge 132 move downward under the drive of the main shaft and the cam 21, so as to drive the left chuck and the right chuck to clamp the terminal. The lifting mechanism drives the plug-in device to lift, so that the terminal is lifted.
The main shaft is driven by a main shaft motor, the main shaft motor is arranged on a motor plate, and the motor plate is arranged on the frame; the main shaft is pivoted on a horizontal plate through a bearing, and the horizontal plate is arranged on the frame. Cam 21 sets up cam groove 210, and the middle part of swing arm articulates on swing arm articulated seat 220, and the swing arm articulated seat is installed in the frame. The head end of the swing arm is movably matched in a swing arm groove which is formed in the sliding seat 23. The sliding seat is in sliding fit on the frame, and moves left and right relative to the frame.
The hinge seat 33 is fixedly installed on the lifting module sliding seat 34, and the lifting module sliding seat is in sliding fit with the frame. The lifting mechanism is connected with the hinging seat 33, and the lifting module sliding seat slides up and down relative to the frame under the driving of the lifting mechanism, so as to drive the center rod 13, the clamping head rod 11, the lifting block 31 and the driving arm 32 to synchronously lift. The lifting mechanism is arranged on the frame and can be a mechanism with lifting function in the prior art, such as a cylinder and an electric cylinder.
The central rod 13 is pivoted on the lifting module sliding seat 34, a driven belt wheel 40 is arranged on the central rod, a motor 41 is arranged on the frame, a driving belt wheel 42 is arranged on the motor, and the driving belt wheel is connected with the driven belt wheel through a transmission belt. The motor drives the left clamp 121 and the right clamp 122 to rotate through the center rod, and correspondingly, the terminals clamped by the left clamp and the right clamp rotate to adapt to different inserting angles of the terminals. By the design, the terminal angle is changed without rotating the whole plug-in machine where the terminal plug-in system is located.
In actual operation, under the driving of the lifting mechanism, the lifting module sliding seat 34 drives the left chuck 121 and the right chuck 122 to move downwards, and under the driving of the lifting driving module 20, the left chuck 121 and the right chuck 122 are opened, so that the terminal is located between the left chuck and the right chuck. Then, the lifting driving module 20 drives the left chuck and the right chuck to clamp the terminal, and the lifting mechanism drives the lifting module sliding seat 34 and the terminal to move upwards. The circuit board is transferred or placed under the card device, the left and right chucks insert terminals on the circuit board under the driving of the lifting mechanism, and then the lifting driving module 20 drives the left and right chucks to open and release the terminals. Since the length direction of the sliding groove 230 on the sliding seat 23 is the same as the lifting direction of the lifting module sliding seat 34, the lifting mechanism drives the lifting module sliding seat 34 to lift, and the lifting driving module 20 drives the left chuck and the right chuck to open and close, so that the left chuck and the right chuck are not obstructed and can independently act.

A terminal card system comprising a lifting mechanism, a card device (10) connected to the lifting mechanism; the method is characterized in that: the plug-in device is provided with a clamping head rod (11), a left clamping head (121) and a right clamping head (122) which are hinged to the clamping head rod, a central rod (13) connected with the clamping head rod, and a lifting module matched with the central rod, wherein the bottom of the lifting module is provided with a left wedge block (131) and a right wedge block (132), an elastic connecting piece is arranged between the left clamping head and the right clamping head, the top of the left clamping head is provided with a left bending part, the top of the right clamping head is provided with a right bending part, the left wedge block is contacted with the left bending part, and the right wedge block is contacted with the right bending part;
the end part of the left bending part is provided with a left roller (141), the end part of the right bending part is provided with a right roller (142), the inclined surface of the left wedge block (131) is contacted with the left roller, and the inclined surface of the right wedge block (132) is contacted with the right roller;
the lifting module comprises a lifting driving module (20) and a lifting executing module (30);
the lifting execution module comprises a lifting block (31) which is in sliding fit on the central rod (13); the left wedge block (131) and the right wedge block (132) are arranged at the bottom of the lifting block;
the lifting driving module (20) comprises a cam (21) arranged on the main shaft, a swing arm (22) matched with the cam and a sliding seat (23) matched with the swing arm;
the lifting execution module (30) comprises a driving arm (32) in sliding fit with the sliding seat and a hinge seat (33) fixed on the central rod (13);
a sliding groove (230) is formed in the sliding seat, a first roller is arranged at the head end of the driving arm, and the first roller is matched in the sliding groove; the driving arm is hinged on the hinge seat, the tail end of the driving arm is provided with a second roller (320), the lifting block (31) is provided with an annular groove (310), and the second roller is matched in the annular groove.
