Abstract

一种手拉式放气阀,设有阀体,该阀体的顶部为端盖,端盖上设有数道密封槽,数道密封槽内分别安装有密封圈;端盖的中部设有一凹槽,凹槽上安装有过滤网;凹槽的中部设有密封孔,沿密封孔下面设有一段阀体密封孔,该阀体密封孔的下面连接有圆柱形中空,阀体密封孔及圆柱形中空内枢接有一密封塞,密封塞的下面安装有连接杆,连接杆穿过设在阀体的底部的连接孔,并突出于阀体外;连接杆上套装有弹簧,通过弹簧的压缩,令密封塞和阀体密封面进行脱离,空气由排气孔进入阀体中,使阀体放气。本发明不仅解决了货物在水下运送需要调节悬浮状态时,潜水员再浮到货物上方进行开关阀操作,作业难度较大的问题;而且,还解决了在补充气体时,安全性差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及放气阀,尤其涉及一种手拉式放气阀。属于海洋石油工程领域。
背景技术
在海底管道维抢修过程中,经常会因海底管道的腐蚀、泄露需要卡具安装、海管防腐增强等维修方法对其进行维修。而在这些施工方法中,不可避免的需要设备、物料从平台、船舶运送到海底施工现场。尤其是在应急抢修作业过程中,受施工环境和临时施工条件的限制,一般需由潜水人员在浮筒等漂浮物作用下,将需要设备、物料牵引到海底施工现场,这就需要潜水员通过充放气进行调节。
现有的放气阀多为手柄式,货物在水下运送需要调节悬浮状态时,需要潜水员在照顾待运货物的时候,潜水员还需浮到货物上方进行开关阀操作,这样一来,不仅增加了作业难度,作业时间较长,安全性较差;而且,还导致水下作业人员的反应时间较短,等到发觉放气较多需要补气时,还需要返回到下方补充气体来调节平衡。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺点,而提供一种手拉式放气阀,其不仅解决了货物在水下运送需要调节悬浮状态时,潜水员再浮到货物上方进行开关阀操作,作业难度较大的问题;而且,还解决了在补充气体时,需要潜水员上下来回操作,作业时间较长,安全性较差的问题,大大增加了作业安全。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种手拉式放气阀,其特征在于:设有阀体,该阀体的顶部为端盖,端盖上设有数道密封槽,数道密封槽内分别安装有密封圈;端盖的中部设有一凹槽,凹槽上安装有过滤网;凹槽的中部设有密封孔,沿密封孔下面设有一段阀体密封孔,该阀体密封孔的下面连接有圆柱形中空,阀体密封孔及圆柱形中空内枢接有一密封塞,密封塞的下面安装有连接杆,连接杆穿过设在阀体的底部的连接孔,并突出于阀体外;连接杆上套装有弹簧,通过弹簧的压缩,令密封塞和阀体密封面进行脱离,空气由排气孔进入阀体中,使阀体放气。
所述阀体的整体外形为T形结构,阀体的底部为圆柱体;圆柱体的底部设有数个排气孔,且圆柱体内的底部设有弹簧卡槽。
所述端盖为圆盘状;端盖上设有数个螺栓孔,通过数个螺栓螺母分别穿过阀体上的数个螺栓孔,令阀体固定在浮箱的上表面。
所述阀体密封孔为由小逐渐变大的锥形孔。
所述螺栓孔设置在端盖的周围。
所述数道密封槽设置在端盖的下面。
所述密封塞为与阀体密封孔活动相配的由小逐渐变大锥形塞,且锥形的密封塞底部向下延伸为圆柱体。
所述连接杆上设有拉绳固定孔,拉绳固定孔内穿有开关绳。
所述弹簧卡槽设置在连接孔的周边,且向上突起。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由于采用上述技术方案,其不仅解决了货物在水下运送需要调节悬浮状态时,潜水员再浮到货物上方进行开关阀操作,作业难度较大的问题;而且,还解决了在补充气体时,需要潜水员上下来回操作,作业时间较长,安全性差的问题,大大增加了作业安全;同时,水下作业人员在货物下方即可进行操作,大大降低了作业难度和放气阀开关阀的调节时间,使放气阀反应灵敏。

具体实施方式
如图1—图3所示,本发明设有阀体1,阀体1的顶部为端盖,端盖上设有数个螺栓孔3,通过数个螺栓螺母分别穿过阀体1上的数个螺栓孔3,令阀体1固定在浮箱的上表面;端盖上设有数道密封槽4(本实施例为二道),数道密封槽4内分别安装有O型密封圈,其可以实现阀体1与浮箱的密封;端盖的中部设有一凹槽,凹槽上采用螺栓或粘接方式安装有过滤网2;凹槽的中部设有密封孔,沿密封孔下面设有一段阀体密封孔5,该阀体密封孔5的下面连接有圆柱形中空,阀体密封孔5及圆柱形中空内枢接有一密封塞6,密封塞6的下面采用焊接或螺栓连接方式安装有连接杆,连接杆穿过设在阀体1的底部的连接孔,并突出于阀体1外;连接杆上套装有弹簧7。
上述阀体1的整体外形为T形结构,阀体1的底部为圆柱体;圆柱体的底部设有数个排气孔9(本实施例为六个),且圆柱体内的底部设有弹簧卡槽8。
上述端盖为圆盘状。
上述阀体密封孔5为由小逐渐变大的锥形孔。
上述螺栓孔3设置在端盖的周围。
上述数道密封槽4设置在端盖的下面。
上述密封塞6为与阀体密封孔5活动相配的由小逐渐变大的锥形塞,且锥形的密封塞6底部向下延伸为圆柱体。
上述连接杆上设有拉绳固定孔10,拉绳固定孔10内穿有开关绳。
上述弹簧卡槽8设置在连接孔的周边,且向上突起。
本发明的工作原理:
使用时,将本发明安装在浮箱上表面,通过两道密封圈实现阀体1和浮箱的有效密封。工作时,由潜水员在本发明的下方拉动开关绳,此时,弹簧7进行压缩,密封塞6和阀体密封面1进行脱离,空气由排气孔9进入阀体1中,使阀体1进行放气。松开拉绳后,弹簧7伸展,并推动密封塞6复位,从而实现了本发明的密封。当拉绳松开后,弹簧7伸展推动锥形的密封塞6复位实现放气阀密封。

1.一种手拉式放气阀,其特征在于:设有阀体,该阀体的顶部为端盖,端盖上设有数道密封槽,数道密封槽内分别安装有密封圈;端盖的中部设有一凹槽,凹槽上安装有过滤网;凹槽的中部设有密封孔,沿密封孔下面设有一段阀体密封孔,该阀体密封孔的下面连接有圆柱形中空,阀体密封孔及圆柱形中空内枢接有一密封塞,密封塞的下面安装有连接杆,连接杆穿过设在阀体的底部的连接孔,并突出于阀体外;连接杆上套装有弹簧,通过弹簧的压缩,令密封塞和阀体密封面进行脱离,空气由排气孔进入阀体中,使阀体放气;所述阀体的整体外形为T形结构,阀体的底部为圆柱体;圆柱体的底部设有数个排气孔,且圆柱体内的底部设有弹簧卡槽;所述端盖为圆盘状;端盖上设有数个螺栓孔,通过数个螺栓螺母分别穿过阀体上的数个螺栓孔,令阀体固定在浮箱的上表面;所述阀体密封孔为由小逐渐变大的锥形孔;所述螺栓孔设置在端盖的周围;所述密封塞为与阀体密封孔活动相配的由小逐渐变大锥形塞,且锥形的密封塞底部向下延伸为圆柱体;所述连接杆上设有拉绳固定孔,拉绳固定孔内穿有开关绳;所述弹簧卡槽设置在连接孔的周边,且向上突起。
