Abstract

本发明公开了一种物联锁,包括锁壳、锁盖、推块、推块弹簧、锁栓、锁舌、电磁铁、微动开关、PCB板;所述的锁壳与锁盖扣接在一起形成锁体,锁舌的内端固定在电磁铁的轴上,锁舌的外端沿横向穿入锁栓下部的开口内,电磁铁固定安装在锁壳内,推块滑接在锁壳内,锁栓的下端斜面与推块的斜槽顶靠并可驱动推块向外移动,在推块外侧壁与锁壳内壁之间设有推块弹簧,推块内侧壁与微动开关顶靠,微动开关固定安装在锁壳内,PCB板固定在锁壳内,PCB板与电磁铁、微动开关电连接。由于本发明的锁栓可与锁舌相扣,通过控制电磁铁通电的吸合力,形成锁舌与锁栓的不同配合状态,实现锁栓与锁舌的直接分离或按压门板后分离,具有不同的开锁模式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁具,特别是涉及一种物联锁。
背景技术
随着经济水平的提高,电子锁具在家庭、酒店、企业、公共场所等场所都广泛的推广使用,其中物联锁应用越来越广泛,物联锁技术层面也越来越成熟。现有的物联锁存在以下缺陷:(1)功能单一;(2)无法自由切换自动开门模式与按压开门模式;(3)开门结构复杂,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹开结构简单、可切换开锁模式的物联锁。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种物联锁,包括锁壳、锁盖、推块、推块弹簧、锁栓、锁舌、电磁铁、微动开关、PCB板;所述的锁栓固定在门板上;所述的锁壳与锁盖扣接在一起形成锁体,锁壳的上部开设一个让锁栓插入的纵向开口,锁舌的内端固定在电磁铁的轴上,锁舌的外端沿横向穿入锁栓下部的开口内,电磁铁固定安装在锁壳内,推块滑接在锁壳内且位于锁栓移动轨迹上,锁栓的下端斜面与推块的斜槽顶靠并可驱动推块向外移动,在推块外侧壁与锁壳内壁之间设有推块弹簧,推块内侧壁与微动开关顶靠,微动开关固定安装在锁壳内;所述的PCB板固定在锁壳内,PCB板与电磁铁、微动开关电连接。
本发明还包括导光柱,该导光柱固定安装在锁壳的侧壁上。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明包括锁壳、锁盖、推块、推块弹簧、导向销、电磁铁、微动开关、PCB板、锁栓、锁舌,锁栓可与锁舌相扣,通过控制电磁铁通电的吸合力,形成锁舌与锁栓的不同配合状态,实现锁栓与锁舌的直接分离或按压门板后分离,具有不同的开锁模式。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明是一种物联锁,包括锁壳1、锁盖2、推块3、推块弹簧4、锁栓5、锁舌6、电磁铁7、微动开关8、PCB板9、导光柱10、导向销20。
所述的锁栓5固定在门板上,锁壳1固定在门框上且与锁栓5相对;所述的锁壳1与锁盖2扣接在一起形成锁体,锁壳1的上部开设一个让锁栓5插入的纵向开口11,锁舌6的内端固定在电磁铁7的轴上,锁舌6的外端沿横向穿入锁栓5下部的开口51内,电磁铁7固定安装在锁壳1内,推块3滑接在锁壳1内且位于锁栓5移动轨迹上,锁栓5的下端斜面52与推块3的斜槽31顶靠并可驱动推块3向外移动,在推块3外侧壁与锁壳1内壁之间设有推块弹簧4,该推块弹簧4套接在导向销20上,导向销20固定在锁壳1上,推块3内侧壁与微动开关8顶靠,微动开关8固定安装在锁壳1内;所述的PCB板9固定在锁壳1内,PCB板9与电磁铁7、微动开关8电连接。所述的该导光柱10固定安装在锁壳1的侧壁上。
本发明的工作原理:
如图4、图5所示,初始状态下,锁栓5插进锁体,此时推块3受弹簧力且与锁栓5接触,使锁栓5受到弹开预紧力,锁栓5与锁舌6相扣,当电信号传入锁上的PCB板9时,锁具接受开锁指令,电磁铁7通电吸合,当使用大吸力电磁铁7时,电磁铁7吸力大于锁舌6与锁栓7之间的滑动摩擦力,锁舌6与锁栓5直接分离,锁栓5受推块3推力弹开,实现开锁;当使用小吸力电磁铁7时,由于小吸力电磁铁7吸力不够,其吸力小于锁舌6与锁栓7之间的滑动摩擦力导致无法吸回,按压门板,使锁栓5对锁舌6的力撤离,锁舌6吸入,放开门板,锁栓5弹开,实现开锁。锁栓5弹开时,推块3受弹簧力推至触发微动开关8的位置,微动开关8反馈信号使电磁铁7断电,此时锁体提示灯通过导光柱20提示开锁;如图2、图3所示,需要上锁时,直接将门板关合,锁栓5先顶住锁舌6斜面,使锁舌6缩回,锁栓5继续插入至顶开推块3,推块3与微动开关8分离,灯光熄灭,此时锁栓5与锁舌6互扣,实现关锁。

1.一种物联锁,其特征在于:包括锁壳、锁盖、推块、推块弹簧、锁栓、锁舌、电磁铁、微动开关、PCB板;所述的锁栓5固定在门板上;所述的锁壳与锁盖扣接在一起形成锁体,锁壳的上部开设一个让锁栓插入的纵向开口,锁舌的内端固定在电磁铁的轴上,锁舌的外端沿横向穿入锁栓下部的开口内,电磁铁固定安装在锁壳内,推块滑接在锁壳内且位于锁栓移动轨迹上,锁栓的下端斜面与推块的斜槽顶靠并可驱动推块向外移动,在推块外侧壁与锁壳内壁之间设有推块弹簧,推块内侧壁与微动开关顶靠,微动开关固定安装在锁壳内;所述的PCB板固定在锁壳内,PCB板与电磁铁、微动开关电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物联锁,其特征在于:还包括导光柱,该导光柱固定安装在锁壳的侧壁上。
