Abstract
本发明公开了一种漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆及其制备方法。其是将漆酚与氟碳树脂、锌粉按质量比3:4:3混合,再加入混合物总质量1%的防腐剂苯甲酸钠,室温下机械搅拌混合10min,即得到所述漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋防腐漆。本发明所得海洋耐盐雾漆使用时需添加其质量15%的固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体,在熟化15min后进行施工涂覆,其在熟化后24h内可室温固化成膜。本发明利用氟碳树脂改善了漆酚的综合使用性能,其中涂层耐冲击性提升至100cm,柔韧性提升至2mm、耐盐雾性达到3000h,防光老化性能达到2500h,变色失光≤2级。该漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆可用于海洋船舶底漆领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于海洋耐盐雾漆制备技术领域,具体涉及一种漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
海洋海水腐蚀主要是氯离子腐蚀,海洋氯离子可破坏金属氧化膜保护层,形成点蚀或坑蚀,对金属会出现晶间腐蚀。海洋防腐涂料是涂抹在海洋基础设施上以保证较长防腐年限的物质,其能与钢结构表面铁原子快速反应,生成具有物理、化学双重保护作用,可以长期耐住氯离子腐蚀。
漆酚是生漆的主要成膜物质,是涂料之王,具有耐腐、耐磨、耐酸、耐溶剂、耐热、隔水和绝缘性好、富有光泽等特性,是军工、工业设备、农业机械、基本建设、手工艺品和高端家具等的优质涂料。但是作为海洋耐盐雾涂料,漆酚基涂料树脂在耐盐雾腐蚀性能方面存在不足。
漆酚/氟碳树脂基复合材料已见于报道。氟碳树脂由于引入的氟元素电负性大,碳氟键能强,具有特别优越的各项性能,如耐候性、耐热性、耐低温性、耐化学药品性,而且具有独特的不粘性和低摩擦性。氟碳树脂的引入可以进一步改善漆酚的耐盐雾性能和综合使用性能。
本发明以氟碳树脂改善漆酚,并辅助锌粉(防止氯离子腐蚀)和油性防霉剂,以期得到物理机械性能、耐溶剂性能、耐盐雾性能优异的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对漆酚基海洋耐盐雾涂料性能的不足,提供一种漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆及其制备方法。经本发明改性后的漆酚基氟碳树脂复合涂料可在熟化后24h内室温固化成膜。涂层利用氟碳树脂改善了漆酚的综合使用性能,其中涂层耐冲击性提升至100cm,柔韧性提升至2mm、耐盐雾性达到3000h,防光老化性能达到2500h,变色失光≤2级。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的制备方法,其是将漆酚与氟碳树脂、锌粉按质量比3:4:3混合,再加入混合物总质量1%的防腐剂,室温下机械搅拌混合10min,即得到所述漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋防腐漆。
所述氟碳树脂含氟量≥23.5%,羟值为50mgKOH/g;平均分子量为8000。
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
采用锌粉为填料可起到耐氯离子腐蚀的作用。
所述漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆在使用时需添加其质量15%的固化剂,熟化15min后进行施工涂覆。所述固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体。
本发明制得的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆经涂覆后,可在24h内室温固化成膜;其涂层耐冲击性提升至100cm,柔韧性提升至2mm、耐盐雾性达到3000h,防光老化性能达到2500h,变色失光≤2级。
本发明将漆酚与氟碳树脂混合,加入锌粉以通过电化学方法防止氯离子腐蚀,并添加防腐剂苯甲酸钠以进一步改善树脂的防腐性能,得到海洋耐盐雾用漆酚基氟碳树脂复合树脂。树脂可在固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的作用下固化成膜。固化后的海洋耐盐雾涂层具有优异的耐冲击、柔韧性、耐盐雾性和防光老化性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明涉及的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的优点在于:
本发明所得漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆具备漆酚树脂的优异性能,如热氧稳定性、电绝缘性能、耐候性等;其通过与氟碳树脂的复合,使复合涂层具备了更加优异的物理机械性能、耐溶剂性能、耐高温;而锌粉和防霉剂的添加大幅度改善了涂层的耐盐雾性能和光老化,使其耐盐雾性达到3000h,防光老化性能达到2500h。该漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆可用于海洋船舶底漆领域。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例 1
将漆酚与氟碳树脂、锌粉按质量比3:4:3混合,再加入混合物总质量1%的防腐剂苯甲酸钠,室温下机械搅拌混合10min,即得到漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋防腐漆。
该海洋耐盐雾漆使用时添加其总质量15%的固化剂六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体,在熟化15min后可施工涂覆。在与固化剂混合熟化15min后可施工涂覆。
性能测试如下:涂层成膜性能按照GB/T1728-1979 漆膜、腻子膜干燥时间测定法测定;涂层耐冲击性能按照GB/T1732-1993漆膜耐冲击测定法测定;涂层柔韧性能按照GB/T1731-1993漆膜柔韧性测定法测定;涂层耐盐雾性能按照GB/T1771-2007色漆和清漆耐中性盐雾性能的测定;涂层耐光老化性能按照GB/T 1865-2009色漆和清漆人工气候老化和人工辐射暴露测试。
以下为实施例1所得复合树脂的性能:

结果显示,涂料可在24h内室温固化成膜。涂层耐冲击性提升至100cm,柔韧性提升至2mm、耐盐雾性达到3000h,防光老化性能达到2500h,变色失光≤2级。

Claims (6)
1.一种漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的制备方法,其特征在于:将漆酚与氟碳树脂、锌粉按质量比3:4:3混合,再加入混合物总质量1%的防腐剂,室温下机械搅拌混合10min,即得到所述漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋防腐漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述氟碳树脂含氟量≥23.5%,羟值为50mgKOH/g;平均分子量为8000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述方法制得的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆。
5.一种如权利要求4所述漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的使用方法,其特征在于:所述复合海洋耐盐雾漆在使用时需添加其质量15%的固化剂,熟化15min后进行施工涂覆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的漆酚/氟碳树脂/锌粉复合海洋耐盐雾漆的使用方法,其特征在于:所述固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体。
