一种防老化的PE管的配方
技术领域
本发明涉及管材生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种防老化的PE管的配方。
背景技术
PE(聚乙烯)材料由于其强度高、耐腐蚀、无毒等特点,被广泛应用于给水管制造领域。因为它不会生锈,所以是代替普通铁给水管的理想管材。聚乙烯为典型的热塑性塑料,化学稳定性好。但对于户外使用的聚乙烯管材来说,由于聚乙烯材料的产品在大气、阳光和氧的作用下,会发生老化、变色、变脆或粉化,甚至丧失其力学性能,因此不利于聚乙烯材料管材的长期正常使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在为制作防老化的PE管给予一定的指导,而提供一种防老化的PE管的配方。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种防老化的PE管的配方,其组成成分及其质量份数分别为:
高密度聚乙烯50-80份;
低密度聚乙烯90-130份;
热稳定剂10-16份;
紫外线吸收剂8-11份;
抗氧剂4-8份;
聚环氧乙烷2.6-3.7份;
阻燃剂6-10份;
聚四氟乙烯1.3-2.2份;
顺丁橡胶7-15份;
炭黑3.5-4份;
色母粒3-6份;
丁腈橡胶5-8份;
聚丙烯酰胺1.3-1.9份;
纳米碳酸钙3-5份;
增塑剂6-11份;
防老剂7-10份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明在PE管中添加了热稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂和防老剂,防止PE管在户外使用时,由于大气、阳光和氧的作用使PE管发生老化现象,从而延长PE管在户外使用时的寿命,顺丁橡胶和炭黑的添加提高了PE管的耐磨性。

本发明在PE管中添加了热稳定剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧剂和防老剂,防止PE管在户外使用时,由于大气、阳光和氧的作用使PE管发生老化现象,从而延长PE管在户外使用时的寿命,顺丁橡胶和炭黑的添加提高了PE管的耐磨性。
