本发明公开了一种PVC阻燃剂,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:二氧化锑10-25份;邻苯二甲酸二辛酯?15-25?份;硼酸锌10-15?份;硬脂酸钙5-15?份;氢氧化镁?1-5份;硅酸锌1-5?份。本发明提供的PVC阻燃剂,其能够在对PVC原有力学性能影响不大的情况下爱大幅提升PVC阻燃性能,从而使PVC的应用范围进一步扩展,提升PVC的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工助剂领域,尤其涉及一种PVC阻燃剂。
背景技术
PVC树脂是重要的有机合成材料,广泛应用于工业、建筑、农业、日用生活、包装、电力、公用事业等领域中。PVC树脂可加工成各种塑料制品,但是,PVC在燃烧时会生成大量有害烟雾,因此PVC材料的阻燃剂问题成为PVC领域的一个研究热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC阻燃剂,旨在解决目前PVC易燃的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种PVC阻燃剂,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
二氧化锑10-25份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15-25份;
硼酸锌10-15份;
硬脂酸钙5-15份;
氢氧化镁1-5份;
硅酸锌1-5份。
所述的PVC阻燃剂,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
二氧化锑20份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20份;
硼酸锌12份;
硬脂酸钙10份;
氢氧化镁2份;
硅酸锌2份。
所述的PVC阻燃剂,其中:所述氢氧化镁和硅酸锌的用量配比为1:1。

硼酸锌10-15份;
硬脂酸钙5-15份;
氢氧化镁1-5份;
硅酸锌1-5份。
其中:,较佳实施例中,所述氢氧化镁和硅酸锌的用量配比为1:1。

硬脂酸钙5-15份;
氢氧化镁1-5份;
硅酸锌1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC阻燃剂,其特征在于,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
二氧化锑20份;
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20份;
硼酸锌12份;
硬脂酸钙10份;
氢氧化镁2份;
硅酸锌2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述氢氧化镁和硅酸锌的用量配比为1:1。
