本发明属于塑料领域,是一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方。
背景技术
目前市场上使用的塑料袋主要以聚乙烯为原料制成,其自然 降解需要很长时间,有的甚至需要100多年。中国废塑料的回收利用 率只有20%左右,80%填埋焚烧。以垃圾填埋方式处理的塑料袋, 会在降解过程中释放出重金属,污染地下水。以焚烧方式处理塑料袋, 又会造成大气污染。为此,要大力做好废旧塑料回收利用,该发明提 供一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方。
发明内容
该发明是这样实现的,一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方,其特征 在于是由聚乙烯废料、阻燃剂、分散剂、稳定剂组成。阻燃剂是氢氧 化铝、氢氧化镁中的一种;分散剂是硬酯酸锌、硬酯酸钙、硬酯酸钡、 硬酯酸铅中的一种;稳定剂是硫醇丁基锡化合物;聚乙烯废料、阻燃 剂、分散剂、稳定剂按重量分别是65.5%、33%、11%、0.7%。
按上述比例混合均匀加工。加工工艺同常规。

氢氧化镁33%
硬酯酸钙11%
硫醇丁基锡化合物0.7%

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方,其特征在于阻燃剂是氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方,其特征在于分散剂是硬酯酸锌、硬酯酸钙、硬酯酸钡、硬酯酸铅中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方,其特征在于稳定剂是硫醇丁基锡化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解塑料水瓶料配方,其特征在于聚乙烯废料、阻燃剂、分散剂、稳定剂按重量分别是65.5%、33%、11%、0.7%。
