本发明公开了一种阻燃塑料，它是由下述重量份数的物质制成：塑料100份、填料15‑25份，氰尿酸三聚氰胺10‑20份，三氧化钼5‑10份、聚磷酸铵5‑10份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯10‑20份、复合阻燃剂15‑30份，纳米二氧化钛1‑2份、助剂5‑10份。本发明一种阻燃塑料，塑料成分配制合理，成本适中，加入无机阻燃剂，具有无毒、低烟、使用寿命长的特点，可有效提升常规低熔点塑料的阻燃能力，并确保塑料良好的强度和耐磨性，使得低熔点塑料的应用范围更加广范。

本发明涉及阻燃塑料领域，具体来说涉及一种环保阻燃塑料。
背景技术
塑料广泛用于防火、防霉、防水、隔音、吸音、缓冲等领域，聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS等广泛应用于节水灌溉、建筑、室内装潢、家具、电力、运输等行业。但是常规塑料多数具有易燃性，特别是低熔点塑料，如：聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯等，这对其制品的应用安全带来了诸多隐患。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明提供一种阻燃塑料，具有无毒、低烟，具有良好的强度和耐磨性的环保型阻燃塑料。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种阻燃塑料，由下述重量份数的物质制成：塑料100份、填料15-25份，氰尿酸三聚氰胺10-20份，三氧化钼5-10份、聚磷酸铵5-10份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯10-20份、复合阻燃剂15-30份，纳米二氧化钛1-2份、助剂5-10份。
其中，所述复合阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氧化钙中的任意几种。
本发明的有益效果：本发明采用无机阻燃剂，无机阻燃剂具有无毒、无害、无烟、无卤的优点，本发明采用的塑料成分配制合理，成本适中，可有效提升常规低熔点塑料的阻燃能力，并确保塑料良好的强度和耐磨性，使得低熔点塑料的应用范围更加规范。而且能够较好的阻燃，而且受热放出烟气较少，对人体损害小；阻燃剂不易析出，使用寿命长。

一种阻燃塑料，由下述重量份数的物质制成：塑料100份、填料15份，氰尿酸三聚氰胺10份，三氧化钼5份、聚磷酸铵5份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯10份、复合阻燃剂15份，纳米二氧化钛1份、助剂5份。
其中，所述复合阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌的混合物。

1.一种阻燃塑料，其特征在于：它是由下述重量份数的物质制成：塑料100份、填料15-25份，氰尿酸三聚氰胺10-20份，三氧化钼5-10份、聚磷酸铵5-10份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯10-20份、复合阻燃剂15-30份，纳米二氧化钛1-2份、助剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃塑料，其特征在于：所述复合阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、氧化钙中的任意几种。
