本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,属于电动汽车技术领域。包括充电口盖锁止电机,充电口盖锁止电机电连接BCM车身控制模块,BCM车身控制模块电连接VCU整车控制器,VCU整车控制器电连接T‑BOX车物联网终端,T‑BOX车物联网终端通过无线连接智能遥控钥匙;智能遥控钥匙通过无线控制充电口盖锁止电机开启或关闭。本发明的有益效果是:通过遥控钥匙无线控制代替手动硬线控制充电口盖的开启;充电口盖外的显示灯显示电动汽车的充电状态;充电口照明指示灯在充电盖打开时自开启,保证充电枪与充电口连接的可靠性;可以实时直观的观察整车充电状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,属于电动汽车技术领域。
背景技术
目前电动汽车的智能化和人性化发展趋势很明显,现有市场上配置6.6KW充电系统的电动汽车也越来越多,相关国标要求6.6kw的充电系统要求配置带有电子锁的充电座,现有开启电子锁方式需要打开车门,触动电子锁开关后才能拔出充电枪,然后再关闭充电盖,流程复杂,而且存在充电插座关闭不牢问题。第二,夜晚看不清,寻杂充电插座费时存在危险。第三,现有电动汽车充电时,充电状态查看复杂不直观,一种是开启钥匙查看仪表电量,忘记关掉钥匙把充电枪存在危险性,另一种是查看充电桩专业数据状态,客户不能识读。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,通过遥控钥匙的充电开启按钮、充电插座电量及照明指示灯及充电座自动开启机构智能化完成充电枪的插入和充电枪的拔出,同时告知用户充电连接状态和充电状态信息。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:包括充电口盖锁止电机,充电口盖锁止电机电连接BCM车身控制模块,BCM车身控制模块电连接VCU整车控制器,VCU整车控制器电连接T-BOX车物联网终端,T-BOX车物联网终端通过无线连接智能遥控钥匙;智能遥控钥匙通过无线控制充电口盖锁止电机开启或关闭。
所述的BCM车身控制模块还连接有充电指示灯和充电照明灯;所述的充电指示灯在汽车充电时显示充电状态,所述的充电照明灯在充电口盖打开时同时提供照明。
所述的VCU整车控制器还连接有充电机输入信号、充电口开启电机状态反馈信号、电口盖锁止电机状态反馈信号和充电故障报警。
所述的充电口盖锁止电机设置在充电口内部,充电口盖锁止电机与充电口盖相连控制充电口盖的开启和闭合,充电口盖上设有充电口盖电子锁,所述的充电口盖锁止电机控制充电口盖电子锁的开和关。
所述的充电口外设有充电指示灯和故障报警灯。
所述的充电指示灯为黄色指示灯和绿色指示灯,所述的黄色指示灯亮显示电动汽车充电电量状态,所述的绿色指示灯亮显示电动汽车完成充电,所述的故障报警灯为红色指示灯,红色指示灯亮表示电动汽车充电故障。
所述的充电指示灯和故障报警灯环绕在充电口外形成环状的指示灯。
所述的充电照明灯设置在充电口盖内,当充电口盖打开时充电照明灯自动打开。
本发明的有益效果是:通过遥控钥匙无线控制代替手动硬线控制充电口盖的开启;充电口盖外的显示灯显示电动汽车的充电状态;充电口照明指示灯在充电盖打开时自开启,保证充电枪与充电口连接的可靠性;可以实时直观的观察整车充电状态。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:包括充电口盖锁止电机,充电口盖锁止电机电连接BCM车身控制模块,BCM车身控制模块电连接VCU整车控制器,VCU整车控制器电连接T-BOX车物联网终端,T-BOX车物联网终端通过无线连接智能遥控钥匙;智能遥控钥匙通过无线控制充电口盖锁止电机开启或关闭。
所述的BCM车身控制模块还连接有充电指示灯和充电照明灯;所述的充电指示灯在汽车充电时显示充电状态,所述的充电照明灯在充电口盖打开时同时提供照明。
所述的VCU整车控制器还连接有充电机输入信号、充电口开启电机状态反馈信号、电口盖锁止电机状态反馈信号和充电故障报警。
所述的充电口盖锁止电机设置在充电口内部,充电口盖锁止电机与充电口盖相连控制充电口盖的开启和闭合,充电口盖上设有充电口盖电子锁,所述的充电口盖锁止电机控制充电口盖电子锁的开和关。
所述的充电口外设有充电指示灯和故障报警灯。
所述的充电指示灯为黄色指示灯和绿色指示灯,所述的黄色指示灯亮显示电动汽车充电电量状态,所述的绿色指示灯亮显示电动汽车完成充电,所述的故障报警灯为红色指示灯,红色指示灯亮表示电动汽车充电故障。
所述的充电指示灯和故障报警灯环绕在充电口外形成环状的指示灯。
所述的充电照明灯设置在充电口盖内,当充电口盖打开时充电照明灯自动打开。
实施例:开启遥控钥匙上的充电枪按钮;
电动汽车上的T-BOX车物联网终端接收到遥控钥匙发出的信号,通过VCU整车控制器控制BCM车身控制模块执行动作命令;
BCM车身控制模块控制充电口盖锁止电机自动开启充电盖,充电照明灯跟随充电盖自动打开;
插入充电枪,充电连接正常,充电口外充电指示灯开启,电动汽车开始充电;
拔出充电枪,充电枪电子锁断开,充电口外充电黄色指示灯显示现有电量状态;
拔出充电枪后,充电口盖锁止电机驱动充电口盖闭合锁止。

1.一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:包括充电口盖锁止电机,充电口盖锁止电机电连接BCM车身控制模块,BCM车身控制模块电连接VCU整车控制器,VCU整车控制器电连接T-BOX车物联网终端,T-BOX车物联网终端通过无线连接智能遥控钥匙;智能遥控钥匙通过无线控制充电口盖锁止电机开启或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:所述的BCM车身控制模块还连接有充电指示灯和充电照明灯;所述的充电指示灯在汽车充电时显示充电状态,所述的充电照明灯在充电口盖打开时同时提供照明。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:所述的VCU整车控制器还连接有充电机输入信号、充电口开启电机状态反馈信号、电口盖锁止电机状态反馈信号和充电故障报警。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:所述的充电口盖锁止电机设置在充电口内部,充电口盖锁止电机与充电口盖相连控制充电口盖的开启和闭合,充电口盖上设有充电口盖电子锁,所述的充电口盖锁止电机控制充电口盖电子锁的开和关。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:所述的充电口外设有充电指示灯和故障报警灯。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电动汽车充电插拔控制结构,其特征在于:所述的充电指示灯为黄色指示灯和绿色指示灯,所述的黄色指示灯亮显示电动汽车充电电量状态,所述的绿色指示灯亮显示电动汽车完成充电,所述的故障报警灯为红色指示灯,红色指示灯亮表示电动汽车充电故障。
