Abstract

背景技术
有许多不同类型的系统和方法允许用户访问资源。这些系统和方法可能是不方便的,可以改进此类系统和方法的安全性。
在用于访问安全数据的常规系统的一个实例中,操作用户装置的用户需要在用于访问安全数据的计算机上进行注册。该计算机由服务提供商操作。如果用户拥有该服务提供商的账户,则用户访问安全数据相对直接。但是,如果用户没有此类账户,则用户将无法访问安全数据。此外,即使用户拥有访问安全数据的账户,与账户相关联的用于访问安全数据的凭证构成敏感信息。此类敏感信息易受到非授权人员的非法获取。
在另一实例中,用户可能希望与特定资源提供商或与用户的用户装置上的应用程序(例如,乘车共享应用程序)关联的应用计算机进行特定的交互。为此,可能要求用户提供诸如信用卡号的支付凭证。如果用户拥有信用卡则相对直接,但是如果用户没有信用卡,则不会如此直接。如果用户没有信用卡,则用户无法进行所需的交互。此外,即使用户有信用卡账户来进行所需的交互,用于访问安全数据的信用卡号也构成敏感信息。信用卡号易受未授权人员的非法获取。另外,发行支付装置标识符(例如信用卡号)是缓慢的,发行可能需要3天到5天的时间。
本发明的实施例解决了这些和其它问题。
发明内容
本发明的实施例涉及用于给用户装置提供访问令牌的系统和方法。本发明的一些实施例可以允许执行按需交互,例如使用第三方应用程序的支付交易。本发明的实施例可以允许在发行方处拥有账户的用户(例如,消费者)通过使用第三方在线应用程序或平台(例如,在线消息传递平台)使用这些账户来快速方便地进行按需支付交易。某些实施例可能对于在授权实体(诸如发行方)上拥有账户但不拥有便携式交易装置(例如借记卡)的第三方应用程序的用户特别有用。在本发明的实施例中,发行方可以给账户预先分配虚拟访问标识符,例如虚拟主账号。通过让发行方为每个用户预分配虚拟主账号(PAN),本发明的实施例使用户能够使用第三方应用程序几乎瞬时地执行交互,诸如支付交易。用户不需要首先获得便携式支付装置。

在论述特定实施例和实例之前,下文提供本文中所使用的术语的一些描述。
“访问令牌”可包括某一信息的替代标识符。举例来说,访问令牌可包括可用作原始账户标识符的替代的一系列字母数字字符。在一些情况下,令牌可以是支付令牌,所述支付令牌可包括为真正账户标识符(诸如主账号(PAN))的替代的支付账户的标识符或虚拟账户标识符。举例来说,访问令牌“4900 0000 0000 0001”可代替PAN“4147 0900 0000 1234”使用。在一些实施例中,访问令牌可以是“保留格式的”,并可具有与现有处理网络中使用的账户标识符一致的数字格式(例如,ISO 8583金融交易消息格式)。在一些实施例中,访问令牌可代替PAN使用,以发起、授权、结算或解析支付交易。在通常提供原始凭证的其它系统中,令牌还可用于表示原始凭证。在一些实施例中,访问令牌可用于访问计算机上的安全数据,或进入受限位置(例如,运输位置或建筑物)。

“存档凭证”可以指与在资源提供商计算机、应用计算机、数字钱包服务器或其它实体存档的账户关联的凭证(例如,用户名、密码、账户标识符、账号等)。在此类情形中,凭证可供资源提供商和用户用于进行购买。在存档凭证访问请求中,用户在进行访问请求时不需要向资源提供商特别地提供其凭证,因为与资源提供商关联的资源提供商计算机已经存储了这些凭证。存档凭证访问请求在频率和/或量方面可能会变化,并且可表示用户(例如,持卡人)和资源提供商之间关于在一段时间内或按需购买所提供的商品或服务的协议。存档凭证可替代地被称为存档卡或存档账户。

本发明的实施例可以涉及通过目录服务计算机向用户装置提供访问令牌。目录服务计算机可以从授权计算机获得与主访问标识符关联的虚拟访问标识符。主访问标识符可以是操作授权计算机的发行方处的储蓄或支票账号。在目录服务计算机接收对访问令牌的请求后,它可以向令牌服务计算机发送消息,以向用户装置或与用户装置上的应用程序关联的应用计算机发行访问令牌。一旦用户装置有权访问访问令牌,用户装置可以使用访问令牌进行交互。
本发明的一些实施例涉及使用可与一个或多个应用计算机关联的第三方应用程序执行按需支付交易。本发明的实施例可以允许在发行方处拥有账户的用户(例如,消费者)通过使用第三方在线应用程序或平台(例如,在线消息传递平台)快速方便地使用这些账户来进行按需支付交易。在某些情况下,采用信用卡和借记卡等支付装置可能会延迟采用发行方账户(如储蓄账户或支票账户)。因此,虽然个人可以通过手动访问其银行机构来提取资金或使用传统方法(例如,现金或支票)执行支付交易,但同样这些人在使用移动装置和/或通过非银行应用程序(例如,社交网络应用程序、商家应用程序、消息传递应用程序等)的第三方应用程序在线开展支付交易时可能会遇到难题。此外,获得与发行方账户关联的信用卡或借记卡的过程可能相对较慢、繁琐。
本发明的实施例关联有许多技术优势。例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,主访问标识符只能存在于授权计算机或目录服务计算机上。主访问标识符不需要暴露在这些实体外部。这会降低可以使用主访问标识符进行欺骗性交易的可能性,原因是可以欺骗性获得主访问标识符的可能性非常低。因此,相对于常规系统在数据安全性上有所改进。此外,即使主账户标识符实际上不可以被配置成用于执行用户的所需交互,也可以使用访问令牌来进行交互。例如,真正或主账户标识符可以是储蓄账号,并且它可能不能用于进行信用卡交易,而信用卡交易可能是所需的交互。本发明的实施例可以向用户装置上的应用程序发行访问令牌。即使用户可能没有实际的信用卡账户,访问令牌也可用于执行交易,例如信用卡交易。另外,由于用于主账户标识符的虚拟访问标识符在用户请求访问令牌之前提供给目录服务计算机,因此访问令牌的发行快速方便。这会提高常规的主访问标识符的功能。此外,诸如发行方之类的授权实体可以控制这些虚拟访问标识符相对其对应的真正或主账户标识符被处理的方式。这有助于在实现本发明实施例的目标时最大程度地减少主要网络基础设施的变化。
图1示出了根据本发明的实施例的系统。本发明的实施例可包括比图1中示出的更多或更少的部件。虽然相对于图1描述的具体实例包括对支付令牌和支付过程的描述,但是要理解本发明的实施例不限于此。本发明的实施例还可以适用于使用访问令牌,以获得对敏感或秘密数据的访问权限,以及访问受限位置(例如,交通车站)。

图1中的实体可以使用任何合适的通信网络通信。合适的通信网络可以是下列中的任一个和/或组合:直接互连;互联网;局域网(LAN);城域网(MAN);作为互联网节点的运行任务(OMNI);网状网络;安全定制连接;广域网(WAN);无线网络(例如,采用例如但不限于无线应用协议(WAP)、I-模式等的协议)等等。
图1中图示的实体、提供商、网络与装置之间的消息可使用安全通信协议来传输,所述安全通信协议例如但不限于:文件传输协议(FTP);超文本传输协议(HTTP);安全超文本传输协议(HTTPS)、安全套接层(SSL)、ISO(例如,ISO 8583)等等。
用户装置101可以是移动装置、笔记本电脑、台式机电脑等等,用户可以使用他们运行可由一个或多个应用服务器(包括应用计算机102)支持的第三方应用程序。用户可以拥有发行方的发行方账户(例如,储蓄账户、支票账户)。不过,用户可能尚未接收或获得可用于通过第三方应用程序进行支付交易的支付装置(例如,信用卡或借记卡)。
示范性用户装置101的框图示于图2中。图2中示出的用户装置101包括数据处理器101A、网络接口101B、输入/输出元件101C、安全存储器101D、天线101E以及可操作地耦合到数据处理器101A的计算机可读介质101F。计算机可读介质101F可以存储应用程序101F-1以及操作系统101F-2。应用程序101F-1可以是任何合适的应用程序,包括商家应用程序、社交网络应用程序、消息传递应用程序等。操作系统101F-2可以是任何商用的操作系统,例如基于WindowsTM或IOSTM的操作系统。
输入/输出元件101C可以包括允许用户装置101输入和输出数据的装置。输出装置的示例包括扬声器、显示器等。输入装置的示例包括键盘、外围装置,例如鼠标、触摸屏等。
网络接口101B(以及本文所述的其他网络接口)可以是任何合适的硬件和软件的组合,使得数据能够从用户装置101来回传输。网络接口101B可以使用户装置101向另一装置(例如,应用计算机102)传送数据并从该另一装置接收数据。网络接口101B的一些示例可以包括调制解调器、物理网络接口(诸如以太网卡或其他网络接口卡(NIC))、虚拟网络接口、通信端口、个人计算机存储卡国际协会(PCMCIA)插槽和卡等。由网络接口101B启用的无线协议可包含Wi-FiTM。
天线101E可有助于连接到互联网或其它通信网络并实现数据传输功能。天线101E可支持SMS、USSD以及其它类型的蜂窝式通信,例如语音呼叫和数据通信。
目录服务计算机103可以实施目录服务。在一些实施例中,目录服务计算机103可以形成处理计算机108的一部分,该处理计算机可以是支付处理网络。目录服务计算机103可以使第三方应用程序通过提供识别诸如用户的发行方账户的授权实体的信息来请求用户装置的访问令牌。应当注意的是,目录服务计算机103不限于只从单个类型的第三方应用程序接收请求,还可以配置成从应用服务器接收支持不同的第三方应用程序的此类请求。
示范性目录服务计算机103的框图示于图3中。图2中示出的目录服务计算机103包括数据处理器103A、网络接口103B、数据库103C以及可操作地耦合到数据处理器103A的计算机可读介质103D。计算机可读介质103D可以存储数据检索模块103D-1和映射模块103D-2。

第一授权计算机105和第二授权计算机106可以分别由第一发行方和第二发行方操作。发行方可以为一个或多个账户持有人维护一个或多个发行方账户,账户持有人可以包括用户装置101的用户。每个发行方账户可以与账号关联,其中每个账号可以包括唯一地标识发行方(例如,路由编号)的第一部分和在发行方内唯一地标识发行方账户的第二部分(例如,账号)。发行方维护的一些发行方账户可以各自与关联PAN的支付装置关联。例如,发行方的账户持有人可能已经申请并获得借记卡,借记卡具有实际的PAN。账户持有人可使用借记卡进行各种类型的支付交易,包括:(1)点对点(P2P)支付交易,(2)与在线商家的支付交易,以及(3)与实体商店商家的支付交易。
发行方维护的其他发行方账户可以不与支付装置关联。例如,发行方账户可以是没有与其关联的相应支付装置的储蓄或经纪账户。
示范性授权计算机的框图示于图5中。图5中示出的授权计算机105包括数据处理器105A、网络接口105B、数据库105C以及可操作地耦合到数据处理器105A的计算机可读介质105D。计算机可读介质105D可以存储授权模块105D-1、映射模块105D-2和风险确定模块105D-3。
授权模块105D-1可以包括数据处理器105A可执行以确定是否授权交易的代码。对交易进行授权的标准可包括用户是否拥有足够的权限(例如,信用)来执行所请求的交互,所请求的交互是否可能是欺诈性等。
映射模块105D-2可以存储虚拟访问标识符(虚拟PAN)与真正或主访问标识符(例如,真实或主PAN)之间的映射。如果授权计算机105接收虚拟访问标识符,则可以确定主访问标识符。然后,可以对与访问标识符关联的账户采取措施(例如,对账户进行借记操作)。风险确定模块105D-2可以包括数据处理器105A可执行以确定用户装置101请求的当前交互是否是欺诈性的代码。
再次参考图1,传输计算机107可以位于(在操作状态)应用计算机102和处理计算机108之间。传输计算机107可以由诸如收单方的实体操作。收单方可以维护用户可能希望与其交互的任何数目的商家的账户。
处理计算机108可以在包括传输计算机107和多个授权计算机105、106的多个传输计算机之间路由或交换消息。处理计算机108可以被配置成提供针对支付交易的授权服务以及清算与结算服务。处理计算机108可以是支付处理网络的一部分,且可包括用来支持并传送授权服务、异常文件服务以及清算和结算服务的数据处理子系统、网络和操作。示范性支付处理网络可包括VisaNetTM。例如VisaNetTM等支付处理网络能够处理信用卡交易、借记卡交易和其它类型的商业交易。VisaNetTM具体包含处理授权请求的Visa集成支付(VIP)系统和执行清算和结算服务的Base II系统。而且,支付处理网络可以包括服务器计算机,并且可以使用任何适当有线或无线电信网络,包括互联网。在一些实施例中,处理计算机可以将从传输计算机107接收的授权请求通过通信信道转发到授权计算机。处理计算机还可以将从授权计算机接收的授权响应消息转发到传输计算机。
可以参照图1、图6和图7和其它图来描述根据本发明的实施例的方法。以下描述的具体实例涉及将虚拟PAN(主账号)用作虚拟访问标识符,将真实PAN用作主访问标识符,将支付令牌用作访问令牌。要理解,本发明的实施例可以用在除支付处理以外的处理中。
在步骤S101处,从一个或多个授权计算机向目录服务计算机103提供诸如虚拟访问标识符等的虚拟访问数据。例如,第一授权计算机105和第二授权计算机106中的一个或多个可以是发行方计算机。发行方的发行方计算机可以分配(即,预分配)由发行方维护的每个发行方账户的虚拟PAN,该发行方账户尚未与虚拟PAN关联,并将虚拟PAN和发行方账户之间的关联传送到目录服务计算机103。例如,如果与第一授权计算机105关联的发行方维护已经与支付装置标识符关联的发行方账户和不与支付装置标识符关联的发行方账户,则授权计算机105可以为未与支付装置标识符关联的发行方账户分配虚拟访问标识符(例如,虚拟PAN)。因此,由发行方维护的每个发行方账户都可以与支付装置标识符或虚拟访问标识符(诸如虚拟PAN)关联。在一些实施例中,在此步骤中生成的虚拟PAN可以一开始是休眠的,并且无法用于执行支付交易,直到虚拟PAN在稍后被激活。
在一些实施例中,为避免使不同的发行方(例如,与第一授权计算机105关联的发行方和与第二授权计算机106关联的另一发行方)向其发行方账户分配或生成相同的虚拟PAN编号,支付处理网络可以与发行方达成协议,其中每个发行方接收不同的数字范围,从此范围中分配至虚拟PAN。
第一授权计算机105可以使用具有多个行和列的表(例如,存储在数据库中的数据库表)在存储器中存储所述关联,其中一列包括支付装置标识符或虚拟访问标识符,一列包括路由号,一列包括与虚拟访问标识符关联的主要或真正访问标识符。第一授权计算机105可以将表导出到文件并将文件发送到目录服务计算机103。在接收文件时,目录服务计算机103可以将存储在文件中的关联复制到存储器中(例如,数据库103C)。具体来说,目录服务计算机103可以存储从不同发行方接收的发行方账户和虚拟PAN之间的关联。

在步骤S104处,在从应用计算机102接收支付令牌请求时,目录服务计算机103可以基于请求中提供的信息检索虚拟访问标识符(例如虚拟PAN),并且可以将PAN转发到令牌服务计算机104。例如,在从应用计算机102接收支付令牌请求时,目录服务计算机103可以从支付令牌请求中提取路由号和账号,并将路由号和账号的组合映射到表中存储的虚拟PAN。在这种特定情况下,虚拟PAN是虚拟访问标识符的一个实例。使用虚拟PAN的原因是用户没有与其发行方账户关联的实际支付装置或支付装置标识符。目录服务计算机103可以向令牌服务计算机104提供请求,以将访问令牌(诸如支付令牌)供应到用户装置101或应用计算机102。在提出请求时,目录服务计算机103可以将虚拟PAN和诸如电话号码、SIM卡号或电子邮件地址等的用户装置标识符发送到令牌服务计算机104。

参考图7,可以使用供应的支付令牌来执行所请求的支付交易。在步骤S107中,使用用户装置101的用户可以在与应用计算机102关联的应用程序上发起诸如支付交易的动作。用户可以启动应用程序,这可能使用户装置101与应用计算机102通信。应用计算机102可以是(例如)乘车共享应用程序,并且用户可能希望使用乘车共享应用程序支付乘车费用。

在一些实施例中,授权计算机105可以执行一个或多个风险决策和/或卡激活步骤,以激活虚拟PAN。在替代实施例中,可以在较早的步骤中激活虚拟PAN。在一些实施例中,即使在激活虚拟PAN之后,用户也不以不接收与虚拟PAN相关联的任何支付装置,或者不知道虚拟PAN。在传统意义上,用户不可以使用虚拟PAN与商户进行支付交易(例如,使用虚拟PAN在实体商店进行购物)。
在第一授权计算机105已批准交易之后,第一授权计算机105可以生成授权响应消息。接着在步骤S112处,第一授权计算机105可以将授权响应消息传输到处理计算机108。
在步骤S113处,在接收授权响应消息之后,处理计算机108可以与令牌服务计算机104通信以交换用于支付令牌的虚拟PAN。处理计算机108然后可以在授权响应消息中用支付令牌替换虚拟PAN。在步骤S114处,处理计算机108然后可以将授权响应消息传输到传输计算机107,然后在步骤S115中传输到应用计算机102。在步骤S116处,应用计算机102可以通知用户装置101交易已获批准。
清算和结算过程可以在一天结束或任何其他合适的时间段使用发行方账户执行。例如,可以在收单方、支付处理网络和第一授权计算机105之间促进资金的结算或转移。
在替代实施例中,在如步骤S101中描述的为发行方账户分配虚拟PAN之后,第一授权计算机105不可以将包含发行方账户和PAN之间的关联的文件发送到目录服务计算机103。相反,响应于接收支付令牌请求,目录服务计算机103可以实时地查询第一授权计算机105寻找PAN。
尽管以上实例具体讨论了支付交易,但本发明的实施方案不限于支付交易。可以通过预分配虚拟PAN快速提供账户的其他实例可包括用于在线服务的用户账户、电子邮件账户、企业账户以及通常通过第三方应用程序创建的账户类型。

1.一种方法,所述方法包括:
由目录服务计算机从用户装置上的应用程序接收提供与账户的主访问标识符关联的访问令牌的请求,所述请求包括识别所述账户的识别信息;
由所述目录服务计算机基于所述识别信息检索虚拟访问标识符;以及
由所述目录服务计算机将应当供应所述访问令牌的请求传输到令牌服务计算机,其中,所述请求包括所述虚拟访问标识符,并且所述令牌服务计算机之后为所述用户装置或与所述用户装置关联的应用计算机供应所述访问令牌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
由所述令牌服务计算机接收所述访问令牌,所述访问令牌存在于授权请求消息中;

由所述目录服务计算机从所述授权计算机接收包括多个虚拟访问标识符和主访问标识符的文件,所述虚拟访问标识符不能与资源提供商计算机一起用于执行交易。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,由所述目录服务计算机从所述用户装置上的所述应用程序接收提供所述访问令牌的请求通过与所述应用程序关联的应用计算机进行。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
由所述令牌服务计算机从与所述应用程序关联的所述应用计算机接收访问令牌,所述访问令牌存在于授权请求消息中;
由所述令牌服务计算机确定与所述访问令牌关联的虚拟访问标识符;以及
由处理计算机将包括所述虚拟访问标识符的所述授权请求消息传输到授权计算机以获得授权,所述授权计算机使用所述虚拟访问标识符确定所述主访问标识符并且用所述主访问标识符执行动作。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述授权请求消息由所述令牌服务计算机通过传输计算机从所述应用计算机接收。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户装置是移动电话。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述访问令牌提供对安全数据的访问。
9.一种系统,包括:
目录服务计算机,所述目录服务计算机包括数据处理器和计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质包括能够由所述数据处理器执行以使所述目录服务计算机执行以下步骤的代码:
从用户装置上的应用程序接收提供与账户的主访问标识符关联的访问令牌的请求,所述请求包括识别所述账户的识别信息,
基于所述识别信息检索虚拟访问标识符,以及
由所述目录服务计算机将应当供应所述访问令牌的请求传输到令牌服务计算机,其中,所述请求包括所述虚拟访问标识符,并且所述令牌服务计算机之后为所述用户装置或与所述用户装置关联的应用计算机供应所述访问令牌。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述数据处理器是第一数据处理器,并且所述计算机可读介质是第一计算机可读介质,并且其中,所述系统还包括:
与所述目录服务计算机通信的令牌服务计算机,所述令牌服务计算机包括第二数据处理器和耦合到所述第二数据处理器的第二计算机可读介质,所述第二计算机可读介质包括能够由所述第二数据处理器执行以使所述令牌服务计算机执行以下步骤的代码:接收所述访问令牌,所述访问令牌存在于授权请求消息中;并且确定与所述访问令牌关联的虚拟访问标识符;以及
处理计算机,所述处理计算机包括第三数据处理器和耦合到所述第三数据处理器的第三计算机可读介质,所述第三计算机可读介质包括能够由所述第三数据处理器执行以使所述处理计算机执行以下步骤的代码:将包括所述虚拟访问标识符的授权请求消息传输到授权计算机以获得授权,所述授权计算机使用所述虚拟访问标识符来确定所述主访问标识符,并且用所述主访问标识符执行动作。
11.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述目录服务计算机的所述计算机可读介质还包括能够由所述第一数据处理器执行以使所述目录服务计算机执行以下步骤的代码:从所述授权计算机接收包括多个虚拟访问标识符和真正访问标识符的文件,所述虚拟访问标识符不能与资源提供商计算机一起用于执行交易。
12.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,使所述目录服务计算机从所述用户装置上的所述应用程序接收提供所述访问令牌的请求的代码通过与所述应用程序关联的应用计算机进行。
13.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述数据处理器是第一数据处理器,并且所述计算机可读介质是第一计算机可读介质,并且其中,所述系统还包括:
与所述目录服务计算机通信的令牌服务计算机,所述令牌服务计算机包括第二数据处理器和耦合到所述第二数据处理器的第二计算机可读介质,所述第二计算机可读介质包括能够由所述第二数据处理器执行以使所述令牌服务计算机执行以下步骤的代码:从与所述应用程序关联的应用计算机接收所述访问令牌,所述访问令牌存在于授权请求消息中;并且确定与所述访问令牌关联的虚拟访问标识符;以及
处理计算机,所述处理计算机包括第三数据处理器和耦合到所述第三数据处理器的第三计算机可读介质,所述第三计算机可读介质包括能够由所述第三数据处理器执行以使所述处理计算机执行以下步骤的代码:将包括所述虚拟访问标识符的授权请求消息传输到授权计算机以获得授权,所述授权计算机使用所述虚拟访问标识符来确定主访问标识符,并且用所述主访问标识符执行动作。
14.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,所述访问令牌提供对安全数据的访问。
15.一种方法,所述方法包括:
由令牌服务计算机从目录服务计算机接收虚拟访问标识符和为用户装置或与所述用户装置关联的应用计算机供应访问令牌的请求;
由所述令牌服务计算机向所述用户装置或与所述用户装置关联的所述应用计算机传输所述访问令牌;
由所述令牌服务计算机接收所述访问令牌,所述访问令牌在授权请求消息中;
由所述令牌服务计算机使用所述访问令牌确定虚拟访问标识符;以及
由所述令牌服务计算机向处理计算机提供所述虚拟访问标识符,所述处理计算机将包括所述虚拟访问标识符的授权请求消息传输到授权计算机以获得授权,所述授权计算机使用所述虚拟访问标识符来确定主访问标识符。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述用户装置是移动电话。
17.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述授权请求消息从与所述用户装置上的应用程序关联的应用计算机接收。
18.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述授权计算机使用所述主访问标识符来执行动作。
19.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述授权计算机使用所述主访问标识符来执行动作,所述动作允许由所述用户装置访问安全数据。
20.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述令牌服务计算机和所述处理计算机是相同系统的一部分。
