在一些实施方案中,形成涂层可包括将氨基硅烷与基材偶联。在一些实施方案中,氨基硅烷可包括3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)、3-氨基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(APDEMS)或3-氨基丙基二异丙基乙氧基硅烷(APDIPES)。
