有强度高,着色容易且鲜艳,成本低的特点。
Description
本发明涉及一种金属拉链,特别是在压铸机上直接压铸成形的压铸金属拉链。
目前公知的金属拉链有铜拉链和铝拉链,铜拉链是采用冷冲压排咪成形,材料利用率只有40%,由于铜材料价格高,模具的冷冲头易损坏,制造成本高,强度低。铝拉链也是冷冲压排咪而成,冲头也易损,材料利用率小于40%,且难着色,着色需要加导电丝,加工工艺复杂,次品率高,强度比铜的还要低。
签于上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种金属拉链,它不仅能提高强度,易着色,而且要模具损耗小,材料利用率高,成本低,上色的色泽鲜艳,制造工艺简单易实现自动化。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:用一台压铸机安装上自动拉链带系统成为一台拉链压铸成形机,安装上有拉链齿形的模具,将带有湿度的拉链带穿过模具,模具通冷却水,利用金属压铸瞬间冷却成形的这一特点,合模直接将熔化的低熔锌铝合金压铸在拉链带上冷却成形拉链齿,通过拉带系统迅速拉出已成形的拉链段,未压铸的拉链带进入模具,合模进行第二模的铸压。
本发明因为采用了热压铸瞬间冷却成形,没有冲击力,对模具损耗小,一次成形工艺简单易实现自动化生产,材料利用率高达95%,产品成本低,强度高,易着色,且色泽鲜艳,由于压铸成形,拉链齿的造型式样变化多。提高了拉链的观赏价值。
Claims (3)
1、一种压铸金属拉链,其特征是:在拉链带上直接使用装有拉链齿的模具的金属压铸机瞬间压铸冷却成形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的压铸金属拉链,其特征是:拉链齿材料是低熔锌铝合金。
3、根据权利要求1所述的压铸金属拉链,其特征是:拉链带湿压铸。
