本发明公开了一种利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,首先将变质层从废砖块上剥离出来,再将其中的杂质挑出;对拣选后的变质层块料分批进行均化;将均化后的块料进行破碎、风选和筛分,得到6‑0mm的颗粒料;颗粒料放入碾机,加入热固性酚醛树脂混合,使颗粒料表面均匀被树脂膜包裹,然后再加入由氧化钇和碳化硅配制的复合外加剂,混碾均匀出料;经180‑220℃烘干,得到覆膜造粒的耐火原料成品。本发明还公开了利用生产的耐火原料制备铝镁碳砖的方法。本发明将传统的固废加以处理和利用,变废为宝,可清除长期存留的工业垃圾,更加环保,同时也缓解了国家各种矿产资源的紧张问题,具有巨大的经济效益、社会效益和广阔的市场应用前景。

背景技术
近几年,随着耐火原料的供应日趋紧张,原材料价格不断上涨,废铝镁碳砖的重复应用已成为一种趋势。但在使用废铝镁碳砖作为耐材原料时,为了确保最终产品的质量不受影响,耐材制造企业在破碎前需要对废铝镁碳砖进行拣选,即将砖体与钢水接触的一面剔除掉,而剔除掉的这一部分就是行业内所称的铝镁碳砖变质层。这些大量积存的变质层材料作为废品如果直接倾倒又会带来大量固废问题,不利于环保,因此迫切需要加以解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法;进一步的,本发明的目的还在于提供一种采用制备出的优质耐火原料制备铝镁碳砖的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法包括下述具体步骤:
第一步,将变质层从废砖块上剥离出来,再将其中的杂质挑出;
第二步,对拣选后的变质层块料分批进行均化;
第三步,将均化后的块料进行破碎、风选和筛分,得到6-0mm的颗粒料;
第四步,将100份6-0mm的颗粒料放入碾机,加入2.5-3.5份的热固性酚醛树脂混合1-2分钟,使颗粒料表面均匀被树脂膜包裹,然后再加入0.3-2份由氧化钇和碳化硅配制的复合外加剂,混碾均匀出料;经180-220℃烘干,得到覆膜造粒的耐火原料成品;其化学指标为:体积密度2.85-3.00 g/cm3;MgO含量22.00-27.00%;Al2O3+MgO含量为71.00-74.00%; C含量9.00-12.50%。
所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为1.0:0.5。
所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为0.5:1.0。
所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为1.2:2.0。

本发明所述的制备铝镁碳砖的方法,是采用本发明制备的耐火原料75-90份,电熔镁砂/高纯镁砂/烧结镁砂5-15份,一级铝矾土/板状刚玉/棕刚玉/白刚玉5-10份,石墨2份,高温沥青粉1份,金属硅0.5份以及外加上述物料总量2.5-3.5%的树脂结合剂制备而成:
首先将准确称量的各原料依次加入搅拌机中,搅拌3分钟后再加入树脂结合剂,继续搅拌15分钟,使各原料充分搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的泥料在630T摩擦压砖机上压制成砖坯,送入干燥炉,在180-220℃温度下保温12-24小时固化,制得铝镁碳砖成品。
实际生产时,所用物料的配比可以为:耐火原料75份,其中6-3mm颗粒料25份,3-1mm颗粒料30份,1-0mm颗粒料20份;粒度1-0mm的电熔镁砂15份;一级铝矾土10份;粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;粒度0.088-0mm的高温沥青粉1份;粒度 200目的金属硅0.5份。
所述物料的配比也可为:耐火原料80份,其中6-3mm颗粒料30份,3-1mm颗粒料20份,1-0mm颗粒料30份;粒径0.074-0mm高纯镁砂10份;粒径1-0mm板状刚玉10份;粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;粒度0.088-0mm的高温沥青粉1份;粒度 200目的金属硅0.5份。

本发明的优点在于对资源的二次利用,传统的固废加以处理和利用,变废为宝,可清除长期存留的工业垃圾,更加环保,同时也缓解了国家各种矿产资源的紧张问题,具有巨大的经济效益、社会效益和广阔的市场应用前景,本发明利用废铝镁碳砖变质层加工的覆膜造粒优质耐火材料,并作为主料用于生产铝镁碳砖,仅原料费每吨成本即降低1500元以上,全年约可为公司节约成本1000多万元,大大提高了公司的经济效益。
本发明对均化后的废铝镁碳砖变质层颗粒料用热固性酚醛树脂包覆,使得颗粒表面能够均匀粘附外加剂,外加剂与颗粒料靠树脂固化后产生的碳链结合产生强度,从而可得到生产铝镁碳砖用优质耐火原料。
具体实施方式
实施例1 利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料
具体步骤如下:
第一步,对购回的废铝镁碳砖进行拣选,将工作面上的残渣、残留金属和反应层剔除干净,暴露出变质层;将变质层从废砖块上剥离出来,并将其中的钢渣、泥土等杂质挑出,然后单独堆放;
第二步,对拣选后的变质层块料分批进行均化;
第三步,将均化后的块料破碎成6-0 mm的颗粒,然后通过除尘设备[如可采用申请人的专利产品《原材料杂物分选器》(2015 2 0432657.5)]进行分选,将脱离颗粒表面的泥土、灰分等低融物杂质分选出去;
第四步,将100份6-0mm的颗粒料放入碾机,加入2.5-3.5份的热固性酚醛树脂混合1-2分钟,使颗粒料表面均匀被树脂膜包裹,然后再加入0.3-2份由氧化钇和碳化硅配制的复合外加剂,混碾均匀后出料;混合料经180-220℃烘干固化,得到覆膜造粒的耐火原料成品。
第四步生产时,若将复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比采用1.0:0.5,则得到的耐火材料称之为A原料;若将氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比采用0.5:1.0,则得到的耐火材料称之为B原料;若将氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比采用1.2:2.0,则得到的耐火材料称之为C原料;若将氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比采用0.8:3.0,则得到的耐火材料称之为D原料。

Claims (10)

1.一种利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,其特征在于包括下述具体步骤:
第一步,将变质层从废砖块上剥离出来,再将其中的杂质挑出;
第二步,对拣选后的变质层块料分批进行均化;
第三步,将均化后的块料进行破碎、风选和筛分,得到6-0mm的颗粒料;
第四步,将100份6-0mm的颗粒料放入碾机,加入2.5-3.5份的热固性酚醛树脂混合1-2分钟,使颗粒料表面均匀被树脂膜包裹,然后再加入0.3-2份由氧化钇和碳化硅配制的复合外加剂,混碾均匀出料;经180-220℃烘干,得到覆膜造粒的耐火原料成品;其化学指标为:体积密度2.85-3.00 g/cm3;MgO含量22.00-27.00%;Al2O3+MgO含量为71.00-74.00%; C含量9.00-12.50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,其特征在于:所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为1.0:0.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,其特征在于:所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为0.5:1.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,其特征在于:所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为1.2:2.0。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用废铝镁碳砖变质层制作优质耐火原料的方法,其特征在于:所述复合外加剂中氧化钇和碳化硅的重量份配比为0.8:3.0。
6.一种制备铝镁碳砖的方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-5中任一项制备的耐火原料75-90份,电熔镁砂/高纯镁砂/烧结镁砂5-15份,一级铝矾土/板状刚玉/棕刚玉/白刚玉5-10份,石墨2份,高温沥青粉1份,金属硅0.5份以及外加上述物料总量2.5-3.5%的树脂结合剂制备而成:
首先将准确称量的各原料依次加入搅拌机中,搅拌3分钟后再加入树脂结合剂,继续搅拌15分钟,使各原料充分搅拌均匀;将搅拌均匀的泥料在630T摩擦压砖机上压制成砖坯,送入干燥炉,在180-220℃温度下保温12-24小时固化,制得铝镁碳砖成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备铝镁碳砖的方法,其特征在于:所述物料的配比为:耐火原料75份,其中6-3mm颗粒料25份,3-1mm颗粒料30份,1-0mm颗粒料20份;
粒度1-0mm的电熔镁砂15份;
一级铝矾土10份;
粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;
粒度0.088-0mm的高温沥青粉1份;
粒度200目的金属硅0.5份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备铝镁碳砖的方法,其特征在于:所述物料的配比为:耐火原料80份,其中6-3mm颗粒料30份,3-1mm颗粒料20份,1-0mm颗粒料30份;
粒径0.074-0mm高纯镁砂10份;
粒径1-0mm板状刚玉10份;
粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;
粒度0.088-0mm的高温沥青粉1份;
粒度200目的金属硅0.5份。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备铝镁碳砖的方法,其特征在于:所述物料的配比为:耐火原料85份,其中6-3mm颗粒料30份,3-1mm颗粒料20份,1-0mm颗粒料35份;
粒径0.074-0mm烧结镁砂10份;
粒径1-0mm棕刚玉5份;
粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;
粒度0.088-0mm的高温沥青粉1份;
粒度200目的金属硅0.5份。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备铝镁碳砖的方法,其特征在于:所述物料的配比为:耐火原料90份,其中6-3mm颗粒料30份,3-1mm颗粒料20份,1-0mm颗粒料40份;
粒径0.074-0mm高纯镁砂5份;
粒径1-0mm白刚玉5份;
粒度0.074-0mm的石墨2份;
