After the sewer is cleaned up, and when the rain grate rotates to the position right above the sewer opening, the inserting rod 35 can be pulled to move outwards, the fourth spring 36 is stretched, the inserting rod 35 moves outwards and is separated from the clamping groove 33, the upper portion of the push rod 316 can be pushed to swing leftwards, the wedge block 3112 moves inwards and contacts with the movable rod 11 to a proper degree, meanwhile, the lower portion of the push rod 316 swings rightwards to drive the arc-shaped rod 32 to swing, the inserting rod 35 is loosened, the inserting rod 35 moves inwards and is inserted into the clamping groove 33 to fix the arc-shaped rod 32 under the action of the fourth spring 36, the push rod 316 is fixed, and an operator can loosen the push rod 316. When the rain grate cover returns to the sewer opening, the inserting rod 35 can be pulled to move outwards to be separated from the clamping groove 33 again, the upper part of the push rod 316 is pulled to swing rightwards to restore to the original position, and then the inserting rod 35 is loosened to move inwards to be clamped into the clamping groove 33. Therefore, the operator does not need to push the push rod 316 all the time to make the movable rod 11 slowly move downwards, and time and labor are saved.
When horizontal slider 3114 moved left and drives wedge 3112 inwards, horizontal slider 3114 still drives contact wheel 38 and rolls on wedge 3112, because of the effect of fifth spring 39, contact wheel 38 contacts with wedge 3112 all the time, so, can make more smooth and easy drive wedge 3112 inwards move of horizontal slider 3114.
