Initially, the second spring 184 is in a compressed state, firstly, an operator pulls the pull rod 187 to move downwards, the pull rod 187 moves downwards to drive the small wedge block 188 to move downwards, the third spring 189 is compressed, the small wedge block 188 moves downwards under the action of the second spring 184 to move the large wedge block 185 to the right, when the large wedge block 185 moves rightwards completely to move into the guide groove 181, the pull rod 187 is stopped pulling, the device can be placed on the window 2, the 7-shaped plate 11 is in contact with the window 2, then the pull rod 187 is released, the pull rod 187 moves upwards to drive the small wedge block 188 to move upwards under the action of the third spring 189, the small wedge block 188 moves upwards to push the large wedge block 185 to move leftwards, the second spring 184 is compressed, the large wedge block 185 moves leftwards to be in contact with the window 2, and then the large wedge block 185 fixes the 7-shaped plate 11 on the window 2. Thus, the 7-shaped plate 11 can be prevented from being separated from the window 2 to influence the transportation of the construction waste.
When the 7-shaped plate 11 is fixed to the window 2, the contact plate 22 is in contact with the window 2, and further, when the frame 5 transports construction waste, the contact plate 22 can prevent the 7-shaped plate 11 from crushing the window 2 due to the action of the fourth spring 21.
When the frame body 5 drives the construction waste to move downwards to the lowest part, the frame body 5 is contacted with the rubber pad 24, and the buffer sleeve 23 buffers the downward force of the frame body 5 under the action of the fifth spring 25. Thus, the construction waste can be prevented from falling out due to an excessive downward movement force of the frame body 5.
