When the copper scraps and the scrap irons in the frame body are completely poured out, the right part of the frame body can swing downwards to restore to the original position, and then the 7-shaped rod is rotated to be in contact with the fixed plate to block the fixed plate. Therefore, the inclination phenomenon can be prevented when the frame moves left and right.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, the mixed iron chips and copper chips are poured into the frame body, and then the iron chips are attracted by the electromagnet, so that the frame body is inclined, the copper chips can be poured out and collected firstly, and then the electromagnet is powered off, so that the iron chips fall and are collected, the iron chips are not attracted by the magnet and separated from the copper chips, the collection device is more convenient, the working efficiency is higher, an operator can collect the separated copper chips and iron chips more conveniently, and the frame body is not required to be pulled all the time through the matching of the hook and the hanging ring, so that the labor is saved.

Firstly, an operator pushes a baffle 17 to move inwards, the baffle 17 moves inwards to block an opening 18, mixed iron scraps and copper scraps are poured into a discharging hopper 10, the copper scraps and the iron scraps in the discharging hopper 10 fall into a frame body 7, the copper scraps and the iron scraps are contacted with an electromagnet 8, when a proper amount of the copper scraps and the iron scraps are filled in the frame body 7, the copper scraps and the iron scraps are stopped to be poured into the discharging hopper 10, a driving motor 11 is started, the driving motor 11 rotates to drive a swinging plate 12 to rotate, the swinging plate 12 rotates to generate centrifugal force, under the action of a plate spring 5, the swinging plate 12 rotates to drive a second transverse plate 6 to move left and right, the second transverse plate 6 moves left and right to drive the frame body 7 to move left and right, the frame body 7 moves left and right to drive the copper scraps and the iron scraps to move, the copper scraps and the iron scraps are shaken to be leveled, the driving motor 11 is closed after the copper scraps and the iron, remove right side through scraping device 19 and release proper amount copper fillings and iron fillings in the framework 7 from right side opening 18, copper fillings and iron fillings drop to in the box 3, start electromagnet 8, electromagnet 8 holds the iron fillings in the framework 7, pull left side baffle 17 and remove left side opening 18 in and break away from again, place the container of collecting the copper fillings in framework 7 left side below, operating personnel can stimulate framework 7 right part upswing, fixed plate 14 breaks away from with second diaphragm 6, framework 7 right part upswing is the tilt state, and then the copper fillings in the framework 7 drop to the container in through left side opening 18. After the copper fillings in framework 7 all fall, can place the container of collecting iron fillings in the 18 left sides below of left side opening, with 8 outage electromagnets, iron fillings in framework 7 drop to the container in through left side opening 18, and after iron fillings in framework 7 all fall, can stimulate 7 right parts of framework downward swings and resume to the normal position, and operating personnel takes out the copper fillings and the iron fillings in box 3 again and separates once more can.
When the copper scraps and the iron scraps are shaken to be flat, an operator can push the holding rod 193 to move rightwards, the holding rod 193 moves rightwards to drive the movable block 192 to move rightwards, the movable block 192 moves rightwards to drive the scraper 194 to move rightwards, the scraper 194 moves rightwards to push a proper amount of copper scraps and iron scraps to move rightwards, and the copper scraps and the iron scraps move rightwards to fall into the box body 3 through the right opening 18. When the scraper 194 moves to the rightmost end, the grip 193 is pulled to move leftwards, and the scraper 194 is driven to move leftwards to return to the original position. Therefore, the situation that the electromagnet 8 is difficult to absorb scrap iron due to the fact that the quantity of the copper scrap and the scrap iron is large can be prevented.
When the frame body 7 is in an inclined state, copper scraps in the frame body 7 fall into the right half part of the cylinder body 205 through the left opening 18, after all the copper scraps in the frame body 7 fall, an operator can hold the handle 206 to rotate the cylinder body 205, when the cylinder body 205 rotates to enable the left half part to rotate to the left lower part of the frame body 7, the rotation of the cylinder body 205 can be stopped, the electromagnet 8 is powered off, and the iron scraps fall into the other half part of the cylinder body 205 through the left opening 18. After copper scraps and iron scraps in the frame body 7 all fall into the barrel 205 to be separated, an operator twists the fastening bolt 204 to move outwards, the fastening bolt 204 moves outwards and does not contact with the barrel 205, the barrel 205 can be taken out from the placing frame 203 to separate the iron scraps and the copper scraps, the iron scraps and the copper scraps in the barrel 205 are all poured out, the barrel 205 can be placed back into the placing frame 203, and the twisting fastening bolt 204 moves inwards to contact with the barrel 205 to fix the barrel 205. So, make things convenient for operating personnel to collect copper bits and iron fillings more.
When an operator pulls the right part of the frame body 7 to swing upwards to be in an inclined state, the hook 22 can be pulled to be hung on the hanging ring 23, the pull wire 21 is tightened, and the frame body 7 is loosened. When the copper scraps and the iron scraps in the frame body 7 fall into the cylinder 205 and are separated, the hook 22 and the hanging ring 23 can be pulled to be separated, and then the right part of the frame body 7 is pulled to swing downwards and return to the original position. Therefore, the frame body 7 does not need to be pulled by an operator all the time to incline, and the operation is convenient and fast.
When the electromagnet 8 sucks the iron chips in the frame body 7, an operator can rotate the 7-shaped rod 26 to prevent the rod from contacting with the fixed plate 14, and then pull the right part of the frame body 7 to swing upwards to be in an inclined state to pour out the copper chips. When the copper scraps and the iron scraps in the frame body 7 are all poured out, the right part of the frame body 7 can swing downwards to restore to the original position, and then the 7-shaped rod 26 is rotated to be in contact with the fixing plate 14 to block the copper scraps and the iron scraps. Thus, the inclination phenomenon can be prevented when the frame body 7 moves left and right.
