Abstract
The invention relates to an orthosis, in particular to a medical leg orthosis. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a medical leg orthosis which is convenient for people to wear, has good correcting force and good ventilation effect, can massage the back part of shank meat and the foot part, enables the blood circulation of the shank and the foot part to be smooth and avoids causing muscular atrophy. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a medical leg orthosis, including: the bottom plate is connected with a massage block; a support plate connected to one end of the base plate; the torsion assembly is connected between the bottom plate and the supporting plate; and the buckle assembly is connected to the bottom plate. The fixing component can further fix the instep, so that the problem that the orthopedic effect is reduced due to the fact that the legs are not fixed in place is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an orthosis, in particular to a medical leg orthosis.
Background
Orthotics are generic terms of in vitro instruments to be assembled to limbs, trunk, etc. of a human body, and are intended to prevent or correct deformities of limbs and trunk or to treat osteoarticular and neuromuscular diseases and to compensate for their functions.
The existing orthotics are inconvenient to wear, relatively weak in correcting force, high in tightness, low in ventilation effect and prone to unsmooth blood of crus and muscle atrophy caused by the fact that most of legs are placed on a plate.
Therefore, a medical leg orthosis which is convenient to wear, good in correction force and good in ventilation effect and can massage the back part of shank meat and the foot part, so that blood circulation of the shank and the foot part is smooth and muscular atrophy is avoided needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
In order to overcome the defects of inconvenience in wearing, relatively weak correcting force, high sealing performance and low ventilation effect, the invention provides the medical leg orthosis which is convenient to wear, good in correcting force and good in ventilation effect, can massage the back part of shank meat and the foot part, enables blood circulation of the shank and the foot part to be smooth and avoids causing muscular atrophy.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a medical leg orthosis, including: the bottom plate is connected with a massage block; a support plate connected to one end of the base plate; the torsion assembly is connected between the bottom plate and the supporting plate; and the buckle assembly is connected to the bottom plate.
Preferably, the torsion assembly comprises: the lower arc-shaped plate is connected to one side of the top end of the bottom plate; the round block is connected to the lower arc-shaped plate; and the upper arc-shaped plate is connected to the circular block, and one end of the upper arc-shaped plate is connected with the supporting plate.
Preferably, the buckle assembly comprises: the two first fixing rods are respectively connected to one side of the bottom plate and are positioned in the grooves; the first scroll springs are provided with two, and the two scroll springs are respectively connected to the first fixing rod; the two lock catches are respectively connected to the first scroll spring; the button is connected to the supporting plates on the two sides and matched with the lock catch.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
A medical leg orthosis is shown in figures 1-2 and comprises a bottom plate 1, a massage block 2, a supporting plate 3, a torsion component 4 and a buckle component 5, wherein the massage block 2 is connected to the bottom plate 1, the supporting plate 3 is connected to the right part of the top end of the bottom plate 1, the torsion component 4 is connected between the bottom plate 1 and the supporting plate 3, and the buckle component 5 is connected to the left part of the bottom plate 1.
The torsion assembly 4 comprises a lower arc-shaped plate 41, a circular block 42 and an upper arc-shaped plate 43, the lower arc-shaped plate 41 is connected to the right side of the top end of the bottom plate 1, the circular block 42 is connected to the lower arc-shaped plate 41, the upper arc-shaped plate 43 is connected to the rear portion of the circular block 42, and one end of the upper arc-shaped plate 43 is connected with the supporting plate 3.
The buckle component 5 comprises a first fixing rod 52, a first scroll spring 53, a buckle 54 and a buckle button 55, a groove 51 is formed in the left front side of the bottom plate 1, the first fixing rod 52 is connected in the left front side of the bottom plate 1, the first scroll spring 53 is connected to the first fixing rod 52, the buckle 54 is connected to the first scroll spring 53, the buckle button 55 is connected to the supporting plate 3 on the front side and the rear side, and the buckle button 55 is matched with the buckle 54.
When people need to do orthopedic fixation on legs, feet are placed on the bottom plate 1, the rear parts of the lower legs are placed on the supporting plate 3, the lock catches 54 on the two sides are pulled out, the first spiral springs 53 are compressed, the lock catches 54 are buckled on the buckle buttons 55 in a crossed mode, so that the lower legs can be fixed, the lock catches 54 are taken down, the lock catches 54 reset under the action of the first spiral springs 53, and when people rotate the ankle joints, the lower arc-shaped plate 41 and the upper arc-shaped plate 43 rotate along with the first spiral springs.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing device further includes a fixing assembly 6, the fixing assembly 6 includes a second fixing rod 61, a second spiral spring 62, a guide block 63, a buckle ring 64 and an elastic band 65, the front middle portion of the bottom plate 1 is connected with the second fixing rod 61, the second spiral spring 62 is connected between the second fixing rod 61 and the bottom plate 1, the rear middle portion of the bottom plate 1 is slidably connected with the guide block 63, the buckle ring 64 is connected between the guide blocks 63 at both sides, the elastic band 65 is connected on the second fixing rod 61, and the elastic band 65 is matched with the buckle ring 64.
The elastic band 65 is pulled out, the second scroll spring 62 is compressed, the buckling ring 64 is pulled out, the elastic band 65 penetrates through the buckling ring 64 to be fixed, the elastic band 65 can be adjusted according to the degree of tightness, the elastic band 65 is taken down, the elastic band 65 resets under the action of the second scroll spring 62, the buckling ring 64 is pushed forwards, the back of a foot can be further fixed, and the situation that the leg is not fixed in place and the orthopedic effect is reduced is avoided.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 4, the massage device further comprises a massage assembly 7, the massage assembly 7 comprises a guide rod 71, a slider 72, an arc-shaped massage plate 73, a connecting rod 74, a connecting plate 75 and a telescopic spring 76, the guide rod 71 is connected to the right portion of the supporting plate 3, the slider 72 is slidably connected to the guide rod 71, the arc-shaped massage plate 73 is connected to the left side of the slider 72, the connecting rod 74 is connected to the front side and the rear side of the slider 72, the connecting rod 74 is in sliding fit with the supporting plate 3, the connecting plate 75 is connected to the top end of the connecting rod 74, the telescopic spring 76 is connected between the supporting plate 3 and the slider 72, and the telescopic spring 76 is sleeved on the guide rod 71.
The connecting plate 75 is pulled upwards to drive the connecting rod 74 to move upwards, the sliding block 72 and the arc-shaped massage plate 73 move upwards along with the connecting rod, the expansion spring 76 is compressed, the connecting plate 75 is loosened, the connecting rod 74 and the sliding block 72 move downwards under the action of the expansion spring 76, and the arc-shaped massage plate 73 moves downwards along with the expansion spring, so that the back part of the calf meat can be massaged, and the phenomenon that blood circulation is blocked after the calf meat is not moved for a long time to cause muscle atrophy is avoided.

a lower arc-shaped plate (41) connected to one side of the top end of the bottom plate (1);
a circular block (42) connected to the lower arc plate (41);
and the upper arc-shaped plate (43) is connected to the circular block (42), and one end of the upper arc-shaped plate (43) is connected with the supporting plate (3).
3. A medical leg orthosis according to claim 2, wherein the buckle assembly (5) comprises:
the two first fixing rods (52) are respectively connected to one side of the bottom plate (1), and the first fixing rods (52) are positioned in the grooves;
two first scroll springs (53) respectively connected to the first fixing rod (52);
two lock catches (54) respectively connected to the first scroll spring (53);
the button (55) is connected to the supporting plates (3) at two sides, and the button (55) is matched with the lock catch (54).
4. A medical leg orthosis according to claim 3, further comprising a securing assembly (6), the securing assembly (6) comprising:
two second fixing rods (61) are arranged and are respectively connected to the bottom plate (1) and the supporting plate;
two second scroll springs (62) are arranged and are respectively connected between the second fixing rod (61) and the bottom plate (1);
two guide blocks (63) are arranged and are respectively connected to the bottom plate (1) and the supporting plate in a sliding manner;
two clamping rings (64) are arranged and are respectively connected between the guide blocks (63) on the two sides;
and the elastic band (65) is connected to the second fixing rod (61), and the elastic band (65) is matched with the buckling ring (64).
5. The medical leg orthosis of claim 4, further comprising a massage assembly (7), the massage assembly (7) comprising:
a guide rod (71) connected to the pallet (3);
a slider (72) slidably connected to the guide bar (71);
an arc-shaped massage plate (73) connected to one side of the slider (72);
the connecting rod (74) is connected to the sliding block (72), and the connecting rod (74) is in sliding fit with the supporting plate (3);
a connecting plate (75) connected to the tip of the connecting rod (74);
and the telescopic spring (76) is connected between the supporting plate (3) and the sliding block (72), and the telescopic spring (76) is sleeved on the guide rod (71).
