Abstract
本发明属于保健食品技术领域,涉及一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的中药各组分:贝母0.1‑5份、枇杷叶0.5‑10份、桔梗0.1‑10份、甘草1‑10份、乌梅0.1‑3份、百合0.5‑20份、黄芪0.5‑10份、金银花1‑20份、白茅根0.5‑10份、麦冬0.5‑10份、毫桑皮0.5‑20份,以及辅料白砂糖、蜂蜜和麦芽糊精中的一种或几种。本发明的保健饮料是在传统中医药理论指导下,选择药食同源物质和保健食品原料,通过上述各具功效的天然中药材的配伍,在多种功效之间产生协同作用,有效作用于机体,在清肺、消痰等方面具有显著效果。本发明无任何毒副作用,功效显著,易于推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
雾霾是雾和霾的混合物,早晚湿度大时,雾的成分多。白天湿度小时,霾占据主力,相对湿度在80%到90%之间。其中雾是自然天气现象,空气中水汽氤氲。虽然以灰尘作为凝结核,但总体无毒无害;霾的核心物质是悬浮在空气中的烟、灰尘等物质,空气相对湿度低于80%,颜色发黄。雾霾天气的形成主要是人为的环境污染,再加上气温低、风小等自然条件导致污染物不易扩散。
雾霾能直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中。如果长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌。因为雾霾引起的肺部问题一般是慢性长期造成的,所以我们只能对这种可能引起的情况进行预防,而不能说是医治,预防的最好方法是我们平常的饮食。大家都知道很多中药都具有清肺润肺止咳消痰的功效,但是如果将这些中药简单的加入到人们的饮食中,会使我们的食物口感不佳,影响食欲。但是如果将这些中药经过加工,做成口感良好的食品,却能够被大家普遍接受。尽管目前市面上已经有多种清肺润肺消痰的食品产品,但是相对于我国及世界庞大的人口和越来越受关注的食疗养生理念来说,清肺润肺消痰产品的种类和数量还是很少,远远不能满足人们对产品多样化的需求,因此仍有必要研制新的产品,以满足人们对清肺润肺消痰产品的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有清肺消痰功能的饮料。该饮料不仅口感恬淡、还具有营养丰富、清肺润肺、化痰止咳、清心安神等作用,而且该保健饮料性状较为温和,即便在大量饮用情况下也不会对人体构成伤害,是一种老少适宜的理想润肺消痰保健饮料。
以下为该保健饮料中中药各组分的功能与主治:
贝母:清热润肺,化痰止咳。用于肺热燥咳,干咳少痰,阴虚劳嗽,咳痰带血。
枇杷叶:清肺止咳,降逆止呕。用于肺热咳嗽,气逆喘急,胃热呕逆,烦热口渴。
桔梗:宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛音哑,肺痈吐脓。
麦冬:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘。
亳桑皮:泻肺平喘,利水消肿。用于肺热喘咳,水肿胀满尿少,面目肌肤浮肿。
甘草:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
乌梅:敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。
百合:养阴润肺,清心安神。用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
黄芪:补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,半身不遂,痹痛麻木,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛。
金银花:清热解毒,疏散风热。用于痈肿疗疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
白茅根:凉血止血,清热利尿。用于血热吐血,衄血,尿血,热病烦渴,湿热黄疸,水肿尿少,热淋涩痛。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的中药各组分:贝母0.1-5份、枇杷叶0.5-10份、桔梗0.1-10份、甘草1-10份、乌梅0.1-3份、百合0.5-20份、黄芪0.5-10份、金银花1-20份、白茅根0.5-10份、麦冬0.5-10份、亳桑皮0.5-20份。
一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,根据保健饮料的口感和状态要求,还可以加入白砂糖、蜂蜜、麦芽糊精中的一种或几种。
一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,液体保健饮料的制备包括以下步骤:
1)称取中药原料,用纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,加入纯化水煎煮,煎煮温度为98~100℃,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,每遍煎煮时间为1~1.5小时;
2)将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液,再将滤液在8000~10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液,最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清液;
3)称取白砂糖0.3-6份,用步骤2)中的澄清液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得白砂糖溶液待用;
4)称取蜂蜜25-500份,用步骤2)中的澄清液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得蜂蜜水溶液待用;
5)将上述澄清液、白砂糖溶液、蜂蜜水溶液混合均匀,混合后的液体总体积(L)应为煎煮时加入的纯化水总重量(kg)的0.98~1.02%,体积不满足要求时加入纯化水补足;
6)将步骤5)所得液体在135℃温度中保持7s进行灭菌,然后灌装,得液体保健饮料。
一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,固体保健饮料的制备包括以下步骤:
1)称取中药原料,用纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,加入纯化水煎煮,煎煮温度为98~100℃,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,每遍煎煮时间为1~1.5小时;
2)将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液,再将滤液在8000~10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液,最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清液;
3)将上步得到的澄清液在真空度为-0.07~-0.08Mpa、温度为75~80℃的条件下减压浓缩,浓缩液经95~100℃干燥后粉碎,得到中药粉末;
4)向上步得到的中药粉末中加入白砂糖和麦芽糊精,中药粉末∶白砂糖∶麦芽糊精的配比为1∶0.5~5∶1~5,然后加入95%乙醇混合均匀;
5)将上步混合均匀的物料经造粒、干燥、整粒等步骤,得固体颗粒保健饮料。

具体实施方案
实施例1
取贝母3.5份、枇杷叶6份、桔梗4.5份、甘草5份、乌梅2份、百合15份、黄芪4份、金银花12份、白茅根5份、麦冬4份、亳桑皮7份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在8000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。
称取3份白砂糖,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得白砂糖溶液待用;称取350份蜂蜜,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得蜂蜜水溶液待用;将澄清过滤液、白砂糖溶液、蜂蜜水溶液以及用来补足体积要求的纯化水混合均匀,然后在135℃温度中保持7s,灭菌后灌装,得液体保健饮料。
实施例2
取贝母3份、枇杷叶5份、桔梗7份、甘草4份、乌梅2.5份、百合13份、黄芪2份、金银花9份、白茅根6份、麦冬5份、亳桑皮11份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1.5小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在9000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。
称取3.5份白砂糖,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得白砂糖溶液待用;称取340份蜂蜜,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得蜂蜜水溶液待用;将澄清过滤液、白砂糖溶液、蜂蜜水溶液以及用来补足体积要求的纯化水混合均匀,然后在135℃温度中保持7s,灭菌后灌装,得液体保健饮料。
实施例3
取贝母4份、枇杷叶7份、桔梗6份、甘草6份、乌梅3份、百合6份、黄芪6份、金银花7份、白茅根7份、麦冬7份、亳桑皮9份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。
称取4份白砂糖,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得白砂糖溶液待用;称取330份蜂蜜,用澄清过滤液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得蜂蜜水溶液待用;将澄清过滤液、白砂糖溶液、蜂蜜水溶液以及用来补足体积要求的纯化水混合均匀,然后在135℃温度中保持7s,灭菌后灌装,得液体保健饮料。
实施例4
取贝母3.5份、枇杷叶6份、桔梗4.5份、甘草5份、乌梅2份、百合15份、黄芪4份、金银花12份、白茅根5份、麦冬4份、亳桑皮7份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在8000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。将澄清过滤液在真空度为-0.07Mpa、温度为80℃的条件下减压浓缩,浓缩液用烘箱100℃烘干后粉碎,得到中药粉末。
向中药粉末中加入白砂糖和麦芽糊精,中药粉末∶白砂糖∶麦芽糊精的配比为1∶3∶2,然后加入95%乙醇混合均匀后经造粒、干燥、整粒等步骤,得固体颗粒保健饮料。
实施例5
取贝母4份、枇杷叶4份、桔梗5份、甘草4份、乌梅2.5份、百合12份、黄芪2份、金银花8份、白茅根6份、麦冬5份、亳桑皮10份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1.5小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在9000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。将澄清过滤液在真空度为-0.08Mpa、温度为75℃的条件下减压浓缩,浓缩液用烘箱98℃烘干后粉碎,得到中药粉末。
向中药粉末中加入白砂糖和麦芽糊精,中药粉末∶白砂糖∶麦芽糊精的配比为1∶2∶4,然后加入95%乙醇混合均匀后经造粒、干燥、整粒等步骤,得固体颗粒保健饮料。
实施例6
取贝母4份、枇杷叶6份、桔梗6份、甘草6份、乌梅2份、百合7份、黄芪6份、金银花6份、白茅根8份、麦冬7份、亳桑皮11份,经纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,煎煮温度控制在98~100℃之间,3遍煎煮的时间都为1小时。将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液。再将滤液在10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液。最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清过滤液。将澄清过滤液在真空度为-0.08Mpa、温度为80℃的条件下减压浓缩,浓缩液用烘箱96℃烘干后粉碎,得到中药粉末。
向中药粉末中加入白砂糖和麦芽糊精,中药粉末∶白砂糖∶麦芽糊精的配比为1∶2∶1,然后加入95%乙醇混合均匀后经造粒、干燥、整粒等步骤,得固体颗粒保健饮料。

Claims (4)
1.一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的中药各组分:贝母0.1-5份、枇杷叶0.5-10份、桔梗0.1-10份、甘草1-10份、乌梅0.1-3份、百合0.5-20份、黄芪0.5-10份、金银花1-20份、白茅根0.5-10份、麦冬0.5-10份、毫桑皮0.5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,根据保健饮料的口感和状态要求,还可以加入白砂糖、蜂蜜、麦芽糊精中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1~2所述的一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,液体保健饮料制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)称取中药原料,用纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,加入纯化水煎煮,煎煮温度为98~100℃,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,每遍煎煮时间为1~1.5小时;
2)将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液,再将滤液在8000~10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液,最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清液;
3)称取白砂糖0.3-6份,用步骤2)中的澄清液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得白砂糖溶液待用;
4)称取蜂蜜25-500份,用步骤2)中的澄清液溶解并搅拌均匀,过0.1微米的微滤膜,得蜂蜜水溶液待用;
5)将上述澄清液、白砂糖溶液、蜂蜜水溶液混合均匀,混合后的液体总体积(L)应为煎煮时加入的纯化水总重量(kg)的0.98~1.02%,体积不满足要求时加入纯化水补足;
6)将步骤5)所得液体在135℃温度中保持7s进行灭菌,然后灌装,得液体保健饮料。
4.根据权利要求1~2所述的一种具有清肺消痰功能的保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于,固体保健饮料制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)称取中药原料,用纯化水冲洗干净后投入提取罐中,加入纯化水煎煮,煎煮温度为98~100℃,煎煮3遍,每遍煎煮加入的纯化水重量皆为中药原料总重量的17倍,每遍煎煮时间为1~1.5小时;
2)将3遍煎煮液合并,先用200目滤布过滤,收集滤液,再将滤液在8000~10000r/min的转速下离心,收集离心液,最后用孔径为0.1微米的微滤膜处理离心液,得到澄清液;
