技术领域
本发明涉及一种抽水布,尤其涉及一种用于植物种植的抽水布。
背景技术
植物的生长过程中需要源源不断的水分的供应,同时植物的根部需要保持良好的透气性才能正常生长,传统的植物种植主要使用土壤、人工基质进行储水供给植物生长利用,因而需要大量的土壤或基质进行储水或频繁的浇水,造成工程坡面、岩石坡面、石漠化地区植被恢复困难和成本高。
专利CN 207948270U公布了一种绿色透气自吸水花盆,其利用吸水棉纤维束将盆底部的水分输送至植物生长部位,虽然解决了水分的输送问题,但是由于棉纤维为天然植物纤维,易腐烂分解,使用时间短,不利于工程应用;专利CN 207836293U一种自吸水栽培装置,其利用海绵作为吸水件,通过吸水件将水槽中的水分通过毛细现象输到土壤或基质中,使土壤或基质中的水分充足,满足植物的生长需要,但是由于海绵是利用的孔隙吸水,易于堵塞不具有长期的稳定性,且由于海绵的吸水通量小造成制品体积大,且芯吸高度较低,不便于在工程坡面进行使用;且上述供水方式中,植物根系会顺吸水棉纤维束或海绵生长进入所述的储水体中,对水分进行无节制的利用,不便于水分的控制。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可以将低处的水分抽送至处于高处的植物利用,并可控制水的通量的用于植物种植的抽水布。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案:
一种用于植物种植的抽水布,包括吸水布,所述吸水布上均匀分布有多个贯穿吸水布的孔,吸水布的上下方分别设有上复合薄膜和下复合薄膜,所述上复合薄膜在孔的轴线相对应的位置向下凸起形成上突出部,所述下复合薄膜在孔的轴线相对应的位置向上凸起形成下突出部,且所述上突出部和所述下突出部均伸入孔内并通过热焊复合贴合在一起。
优选的,任意两个相邻的孔之间的间距为10mm-50mm。
优选的,所述吸水布为由超细旦高分子纤维混、细旦高分子纤维和植物纤维混合后通过水刺法或针刺法编织制成。
优选的,所述超细旦高分子纤维为小于0.5dtex的超细涤纶纤维;
所述细旦高分子纤维为1.5dtex-2dtex的纤涤纶、丙纶纤维;
所述超细涤纶纤维、细旦高分子纤维、植物纤维分别占总份量的60-100%、0-35%、0-10%。
优选的,所述吸水布的芯吸高度为40cm-80cm,吸水布的单位面积重量40g-100g/m2,吸水布的饱和吸水透气率≤5%,当吸水布的宽度为1cm时在20cm的高度下进行吸水的抽水通量≥15g/h。
优选的,所述上复合薄膜和下复合薄膜均为不透水的薄膜,上复合薄膜和下复合薄膜的透气率≤0.5g/(m2.24h),上复合薄膜和下复合薄膜的厚度30-60μm。
所述上复合薄膜和下复合薄膜均由聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明中通过吸水布,可以将低处的水分抽送至处于高处的植物利用,同时采用吸水布两面设复合薄膜,并通过在吸水布上均匀开孔,使得上下两面的复合薄膜通过孔热焊复合在一起的方式,造成复合薄膜对吸水布的夹持,从而对吸水布产生空间约束和透气性约束,避免植物根系顺抽水布生长进入水体中无限制的吸水。
2、本发明可以通过调节吸水布的宽度、吸水布的厚度、吸水布的纤维比例和密实度来控制抽水通量,提高水分的利用率。
3、本发明可以通过调节混入的超细涤纶纤维、丙纶纤维、植物纤维等的比例,调节抽水布的芯吸高度、抽水通量和饱和吸水透气性,其中,亲水性处理使用有机硅对纤维表面进行处理,增强纤维的亲水性。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物种植的抽水布,其特征在于:所述上复合薄膜(1)和下复合薄膜(3)均由聚乙烯或聚丙烯制成。
