本发明公开了一种边坡环保植被毯,该材料包括五层,由上到下依次为可降解聚乳酸膜、椰纤维非织造布层、黄麻非织造布层、保水层、黄麻网布层;五层材料通过缝被机缝合连接在一起呈毯状;所述保水层由黄麻网布包裹保水剂而成;所述黄麻网布层底部还设有竹钉,所述竹钉是由竹子制成的带有尖端的钉状物,所述竹钉通过天然乳胶固定于黄麻网布层的下表面。该环保植被毯质地疏松,植物根系可以穿过其间,舒适、整齐、均衡的生长,长成后的植物根系使网垫、植物、泥土表面牢固地结合在一起,形成了一层坚固的绿色复合保护层,适用于水土保持的新型坡面植草防护用材料,可有效地防止水土流失,增加绿化面积,改善生态环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及生态防护领域,尤其涉及一种边坡环保植被毯。
背景技术
植物景观对于环境的功效较为重要,但是绿化过程需要较长的工期与成本。特别是随着路桥、建筑等基础设施的施工,原有植被遭到破坏或者原有植被不符合现代生活的要求,因而,建设后期需要进行绿化施工,以保持生态环境。
现有传统的护坡方式是采用硬体材料护坡,使用块石或水泥等材料,不仅会破坏周围的自然环境,且施工周期长,造价高,对地基的承载力要求高,坡面不能绿化。较为普遍的使用传统的移栽施工进行绿化,生长周期较长,覆盖率低,对于水土流失控制不及时。而且对于移栽植物则需要培育用地,浪费土地资源。因此,需要一种绿化方式,能够快速、高质量的实现较高覆盖率的绿化,节约运输和移植的费用,降低建植成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种可降解环保植被毯,该环保植被毯由多层可降解非织造布和植物纤维网复合而成,是具有多层结构复合网垫。其质地疏松,植物根系可以穿过其间,舒适、整齐、均衡的生长,长成后的植物根系使网垫、植物、泥土表面牢固地结合在一起,形成了一层坚固的绿色复合保护层,适用于水土保持的新型坡面植草防护用材料,可有效地防止水土流失,增加绿化面积,改善生态环境。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:
一种边坡环保植被毯,该材料包括五层,由上到下依次为可降解聚乳酸膜、椰纤维非织造布层、黄麻非织造布层、保水层、黄麻网布层;五层材料通过缝被机缝合连接在一起呈毯状;所述保水层由黄麻网布包裹保水剂而成;所述黄麻网布层底部还设有竹钉,所述竹钉是由竹子制成的带有尖端的钉状物,所述竹钉通过天然乳胶固定于黄麻网布层的下表面。
所述的可降解聚乳酸膜位于植被毯的最上层,在植物的生长初期起到提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,减轻杂草和病虫危害等作用。
所述的椰纤维非织造布层铺设在地面后,能有效防止风、水、盐碱等不利因素对土壤的侵蚀;椰纤维非织造布层具有立体网状结构,营养基质可直接加在其中,而且椰纤维植被毯降解性好,降解后可为植物提供营养。
所述的黄麻非织造布层由黄麻纤维非织造布经湿法非织造工艺制成。植物种子通过天然乳胶均匀固定在黄麻非织造布层的上表面。
所述的保水层由黄麻网布包裹保水剂而成。
所述的黄麻网布采用黄麻纱线编织制成。
所述的竹钉通过天然乳胶或者直接编织固定在黄麻网布层的下表面,可以很好的使该植被毯固定在坡面上,尤其对于坡度较大的坡面,使用效果更好;并能够防止雨水对整个植被毯的冲刷而使植被毯脱离边坡。
