Abstract

背景技术
在自行车的设计中重要的问题是以使得形成组装的稳定性和刚性的方式将车轮安装至框架。基本上稳定的安装应当不允许轮轴相对于叉部或后摇杆的任何运动。存在许多已知的这种组装的设计,这些设计表明难以获得针对将车轮固定至叉部的有效的技术方案。通过美国专利说明No.US20060087096已知一种轮轴与叉腿部连接的组件,其中腿部从顶部坐置在轮轴上,并且轮轴在一个端部上通过以铰接的方式附接的半球形夹件而从下方被固定至叉腿部,并且轮轴在另一端部具有与夹紧杆偏心地连接的旋转锁。通过已公开的专利说明No.US20150246706也已知一种轮轴与叉腿部连接的组件。轮轴通过螺栓固定至安装结构。螺栓被套置在固定至安装结构的保持件中。轮轴具有与安装结构的相配合的非圆形表面接合的不同于圆形的表面。保持件安装在安装结构的带螺纹部分中。
通过专利No.EP 256505的公开描述已知下述前轮轴:所述前轮轴具有被螺栓保持的环,在所述环的与叉部的内部平坦侧部相邻的外侧部上带有齿。叉部通过具有带凸轮的杆的连杆而固定至这些环。
发明内容
根据本轮轴发明,在轮轴的坐置部中具有带反向的倾斜表面的凸起部和中空部。轮轴的与轮对称平面平行且穿过各个倾斜表面的壁截面的外部轮廓具有非圆形的形状,该非圆形的形状优选地为规则多边形或近似规则多边形的形状、或不规则多边形的形状、或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
根据变型的解决方案,在轮轴的坐置部中,围绕坐置部的周向包括具有V形轮廓的收缩部,该收缩部的侧表面定位成朝收缩部的中间方向向内倾斜。轮轴的与轮对称平面平行且穿过各个倾斜表面的壁截面的外部轮廓具有非圆形的形状,该非圆形的形状优选地为规则多边形或近似规则多边形的形状、或不规则多边形的形状、或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
根据不同的变型,轮轴的坐置部具有带两个相反的倾斜表面的凸起部,而轮轴壁部的处于与轮平面平行且穿过倾斜表面的壁截面的位置处的外部轮廓具有规则多边形或近似规则多边形的形状、或不规则多边形的形状、或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
根据轮轴的变型,轮轴在坐置部中于该坐置部的周向上具有锯齿状凸起部。轮轴的与轮对称平面平行且穿过各个倾斜表面的壁截面的外部轮廓具有非圆形的形状,该非圆形的形状优选地为规则多边形或近似规则多边形的形状、或不规则多边形的形状、或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
优选地,轮轴的壁部的位于收缩部或凸起部的位置处且穿过一个倾斜表面的横截面的外部轮廓是另一倾斜表面的轮廓的镜像反射。
优选地,轮轴的一个端部处的与轮平面平行且穿过收缩部或凸起部的倾斜表面的轮轴壁截面的外部轮廓构成轮轴的另一端部处的截面的轮廓的镜像反射。
优选地,轮轴座部中的收缩部或凸起部的倾斜表面通过配装有形状与轮轴的表面形状相配合的刚性垫的弹性带而固定至叉腿部。
根据本发明的解决方案消除了用于夹紧叉部的侧表面的复杂的组件。具有倾斜的收缩部或凸起部的轮轴仅通过夹紧套圈或夹紧件而被牢固地固定。这种解决方案消除了用于从侧部将叉部钩爪夹紧至轮轴的组件,同时其限制了三个垂直平面中的自由度。
具体实施方式

呈由复合材料制成的管的形式的轮轴1的周向上且于两个端部处具有相同的圆形收缩部2,圆形收缩部2形成有根据叉腿部3定位的V形槽。每个收缩部2的倾斜表面4和5向内汇聚。
在图4中示出的另一种变型的轮轴1中,轮轴1的坐置部具有凸起部8,凸起部8具有锯齿状轮廓并且具有倾斜表面9和10。
图3示出了在窄的端部11上具有凸起部12的轮轴1,其中凸起部12包括相反倾斜的两个倾斜表面13和14。
如图5中所示,平行于轮对称平面并穿过收缩部2的倾斜表面4的壁截面7的外部轮廓6具有规则六边形的形状。另一倾斜表面5具有作为镜像反射的相同的壁7的外部轮廓6。倾斜表面4和5的截面具有非圆形轮廓倾斜表面4和5决定了轮相对于自行车框架的纵向取向和横向取向。
图6、图7和图8中示出了轮轴1的平行于轮对称平面并穿过倾斜表面4、5、9、10、13和14的壁截面7的外部轮廓6的其他示例形状。图6示出了呈带顶点18的椭圆17的轮廓6,且图6涉及所有的倾斜表面4、5、9、10、13和14。图7示出了呈不规则曲线形状的截面轮廓线6,并且图8示出了呈不规则多边形形状的轮廓线6,且图8可以出现在所有前述的轮轴1的坐置部的轮廓中。
所示出的示例并非意在穷举倾斜表面的其他轮廓形状。
图1示出了安装有具有六边形轮廓6的肋件的轮轴1。叉部3以具有带半六边形轮廓的座置部21的钩部20作为终端,其中在座置部21的边缘上具有倾斜角度与轮轴1上的倾斜表面4、5的角度相等的倾斜表面22和23。另外,夹紧套圈24的座置部具有带倾斜边缘25、26的部分六边形轮廓。安装套圈14通过螺栓27连接至钩部20。
根据图9中示出的不同的解决方案,轮轴1通过与杆29固定的弹性带28而安装至叉部3。带28具有刚性垫30,刚性垫30的抵接轮轴1的表面与倾斜表面4和5的轮廓相配合。
Claims (7)
1.一种车辆轮轴,该车辆轮轴呈由金属或碳纤维加强的复合材料制成的管的形式,其中,在所述轮轴(1)的每个坐置部中具有带有反向的倾斜表面的凸起部和中空部,所述轮轴(1)的与轮的对称平面平行且穿过所述倾斜表面的壁截面(7)的外部轮廓(6)具有非圆形的形状,所述非圆形的形状为规则多边形的形状或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆轮轴,其中,在所述轮轴(1)的坐置部中,具有围绕所述坐置部的周向呈V形轮廓的收缩部(2),所述收缩部(2)的侧表面定位成朝所述收缩部(2)的中央方向向内倾斜的所述倾斜表面,所述不规则闭合曲线的形状为近似规则多边形的形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆轮轴,其中,所述坐置部的周向上具有锯齿状的所述凸起部(8),所述轮轴(1)的与所述轮的对称平面平行且穿过所述凸起部(8)的所述倾斜表面的壁截面(7)的外部轮廓(6)具有非圆形的形状,所述非圆形的形状为规则多边形的形状或者不规则闭合曲线的形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆轮轴,其中,所述轮轴(1)的坐置部的周向上具有带有两个所述倾斜表面的所述凸起部(12)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的车辆轮轴,其中,所述轮轴的一个端部上的与所述轮的对称平面平行且穿过所述倾斜表面的壁截面(7)的外部轮廓(6)是所述轮轴(1)的另一端部上的所述壁截面(7)的外部轮廓的镜像反射。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的车辆轮轴,其中,所述轮轴以所述倾斜表面坐置在框架的钩部(20)中并通过弹性带(28)被固定,所述弹性带(28)具有呈与所述轮轴(1)的所述倾斜表面相配合的形状的刚性垫(30)。
7.根据权利要求1或3所述的车辆轮轴,其中,所述不规则闭合曲线的形状为不规则多边形的形状。
