Abstract
一种纳米介孔SiO2‐TiO2复合光催化材料的制备方法。配制Ti‐Si复合前驱体溶液、以及将聚氧乙烯‐聚氧丙烯‐聚氧乙烯(P123)、正丁醇和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)等配制成模板剂溶液体系,然后将两种溶液混合得到沉淀,经过滤洗涤除去氯离子,再经过氧化氢重新溶解处理得到纳米介孔二氧化钛\二氧化硅复合光催化材料。该方法实现了纳米氧化硅包覆氧化钛结构的原位合成,避免了合成氧化硅后续负载氧化钛过程易造成的催化剂堵塞介孔及易脱落问题;同时,相比较于合成氧化钛再包覆氧化硅过程,方法流程简单,可操作性强,相对成本低廉,适用于批量制备,具备工业化生产的可能性,具有广泛的应用前景。
