本发明多功能可纺金属纤维属于为纺织业提供一种新的纤维资源,将此多功能可纺金属纤维与棉、麻、丝、毛或化学纤维混纺后,可将这些传统纺织品改性,多功能化,达到抗菌,抗静电,抗微波辐射和某些防病治病的效果。

多功能可纺金属纤维
本发明属于将具有抗菌、抗静电、抗微波辐射和防病治病功能的某些金属和合金制成微米级可纺金属纤维。
已知的各种传统纤维,如棉纤维、麻纤维、丝纤维和化学纤维,均不具有抗菌、抗静电,抗微波辐射和某些防病治病功能。为实现上述的某一种功能,必须经过繁杂的物理和化学处理。
本发明的目的是为纺织业提供一种新的多功能金属纤维资源,以利于将各种传统纺织品改性,多功能化。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,它是利用现代金属材料加工技术,运用已成熟的物理和化学方法,将经过直接和间接考核证实具有抗菌、抗静电、抗微波辐射和某些防病治病功能的其表面分布含有Ag,Cu,Mn,Zn,Ni等多种元素不锈钢基,镍基,铜基的金属和合金制成多功能可纺的金属纤维。
实施例1,取奥氏体不锈钢丝(线)为基材,将其表面包覆Ag,Cu,Mn,Zn等金属,然后运用集束拉拨法成纤,便可制成多功能可纺不锈钢基纤维。
实施例2,取镍基丝(线)为基材,将其表面包覆Cu,Ag,Mn,Zn等金属,然后运用集束拉拨法成纤,便可制成多功能可纺镍基纤维。

Claims (3)

1、一种表面分布含有Ag,Cu,Mn,Zn等多种元素的具有抗菌,抗静电,抗微波辐射和某些防病治病功能的可纺不锈钢基纤维。
2、一种表面分布含有Ag,Cu,Mn,Zn等多种元素的具有抗菌,抗静电,抗微波辐射和某些防病治病功能的可纺镍基纤维。
3、一种表面分布含有Ag,Ni,Mn,Zn等多种元素的具有抗菌,抗静电,抗微波辐射和某些防病治病功能的可纺铜基纤维。
