Wherein, according to the time point of putting on shelf of the virtual commodity, determining the current sales duration of the virtual commodity may include: and calculating the time difference between the time point of the virtual commodity on shelf and the target selling time point, and taking the time difference as the current selling duration of the virtual commodity. It will be appreciated that in one implementation, the current point in time may be taken as the target point in time for sales of the virtual good; in another implementation, the point in time when the payment is completed by the user may be taken as the target sales point in time, and at this time, the notification information may be further used to notify the user of the point in time when the payment is completed. For example, the time for putting the fresh flowers on shelf is 11:30 on 1 month 1 day 2018, and the target selling time point of the fresh flowers is 12:00 on 1 month 1 day 2018, so that the selling time of the fresh flowers is 30 minutes.
It should be noted that, because the diapause standards corresponding to different virtual commodities may be different, a corresponding relationship between the sales duration and the first quantity threshold may be set for each virtual commodity; of course, in some scenarios, it may be reasonable to set the same correspondence between the sales duration and the first quantity threshold for multiple virtual goods. The correspondence between the sales duration and the first quantity threshold may be set according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited in the present invention.
Moreover, the correspondence between the sales time length and the first number threshold may be a correspondence table between the first number threshold and the sales time length, or may be a pointer relationship between the first number threshold and the sales time length. Any correspondence relationship between the first quantity threshold and the sales duration may be used in the present invention, which is not limited in this embodiment. Exemplary, the correspondence between the first quantity threshold and the sales duration includes: the first quantity threshold 25 corresponds to a sales duration of 20 minutes, the first quantity threshold 50 corresponds to a sales duration of 30 minutes, and the first quantity threshold 75 corresponds to a sales duration of 60 minutes.
Of course, if the current sales duration of a certain virtual commodity is not in the corresponding relation between the first quantity threshold and the sales duration, the target first quantity threshold corresponding to the sales duration with the smallest difference between the current sales durations of the virtual commodity can be searched from the corresponding relation between the first quantity threshold and the sales duration. For example, if the current sales duration of the virtual commodity firework is 40 minutes, the first quantity threshold 50 corresponding to 30 minutes with the smallest difference between 40 minutes may be searched for, and the first quantity threshold is the target first quantity threshold corresponding to 40 minutes of the current sales duration of the firework.
And, the specific implementation manner of determining whether the virtual commodity meets the preset sale-stagnation condition according to the current sales total amount and the current sales duration of the target virtual commodity given above is only an example and should not be taken as a limitation of the embodiment of the present invention. For example: for each virtual commodity, calculating the ratio of the current sales total of the virtual commodity to the current sales duration, judging whether the ratio is not greater than a preset ratio threshold, if so, judging that the virtual commodity is a diapause commodity, and the like. Any implementation manner of judging whether to be in a bad sale or not based on the current sales amount and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity is the protection scope covered by the embodiment of the invention.
In addition, the specific implementation manner of determining whether the virtual commodity satisfies the preset sale-hold condition for each virtual commodity as the monitoring object based on the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity is not limited to the manner given above. For example: in other implementations, for each virtual commodity that is a monitored object, it may be determined whether the current sales total of the virtual commodity is less than a predetermined threshold, and if so, it is determined that the virtual commodity satisfies a preset diapause condition.
In addition, in a specific application, the sales amount of the virtual commodity may also increase with the passage of time, although it is determined that the virtual commodity satisfies the preset diapause condition, if the sales amount of the virtual commodity is in a continuously rising trend, it is indicated that the virtual commodity is gradually approved by the user, and the virtual commodity gradually approved by the user may not be identified as a diapause commodity because the so-called diapause is not approved by the user on the one hand.
Based on the processing idea, in order to improve the accuracy and the rationality of determining the diapause commodity, after judging that the virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition, before determining that the virtual commodity is the diapause commodity, the method can further comprise the following steps A1-A3:
a1, determining the historical sales total amount of the virtual commodity corresponding to each of a plurality of historical sales time points; the historical sales time points are time points before a target sales time point, and the target sales time point is a current time point or a time point when a user finishes payment;
there may be various ways of determining the plurality of historical sales time points before the target sales time point. For example, a predetermined number of historical sales time points before the target sales time point may be determined from all sales time points, or a plurality of historical sales time points whose time interval between adjacent time points is not less than a predetermined time interval may be determined from all sales time points of the target virtual good. Any manner in which a plurality of historical sales time points prior to a target sales time point may be determined may be used with the present invention, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It is emphasized that a sales time point can be obtained each time a notification message is received, that is, each payment corresponds to a sales time point. The selling time point may be a time point when the notification information is received, or may be a payment time point corresponding to the received notification information; at a certain point in time of sale, the category of the target virtual commodity sold is at least one; also, at different point of sale time, the kinds of the target virtual goods sold may be different or the same. Of course, the target virtual commodity sold belongs to a virtual commodity as a monitoring object; at least one of each virtual commodity as a monitoring object is purchased by a user.
For example, if the target sales time point is 20:00 on 1 month 1 in 2018, it is determined that 3 historical sales time points are 19:45 on 1 month 1 in 2018, 19:30 on 1 month 1 in 2018, and 19:26 on 1 month 1 in 2018 before the target sales time point. If the target virtual commodity is a firework, determining sales total of the firework at three time points of 19:45 of 1 month and 1 day of 2018, 19:30 of 1 month and 1 day of 2018, and 19:26 of 1 month and 1 day of 2018, and obtaining three historical sales total. The notification information corresponding to the three historical sales time points may or may not include sales numbers of fireworks.
A2, determining the sales trend of the virtual commodity according to the target sales time point, a plurality of historical sales time points, the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity and a plurality of historical sales total amounts corresponding to the historical sales time points; wherein the sales trend is used for indicating the trend that the sales quantity changes along with the time point;
the sales trend may specifically be a sales trend curve obtained by taking a target sales time point and a plurality of historical sales time points as abscissa, and taking the current sales total of the virtual commodity and a plurality of historical sales total as ordinate, or may be a correspondence table between sales quantity and time points. For each virtual commodity, any relationship that can be used to indicate a trend of the total sales amount changing with the point in time may be determined as the sales trend of the virtual commodity, which is not limited in this embodiment.
A3, when the sales trend indicates that the sales number of the virtual commodity does not continuously rise, executing the step of determining that the virtual commodity is a diapause commodity, wherein the continuously rising is that: and the target sales time point and two adjacent time points in the plurality of historical sales time points are higher than the sales total corresponding to the previous time point.
The specific manner in which the sales trend is determined to indicate that the sales amount of the virtual good is not in the upward trend may be various. For example, when the sales trend is a sales trend curve, whether the sales number of the target virtual good is continuously increasing may be indicated by the slope of the sales trend curve, and if the slope is not greater than 0, it is indicated that the sales number of the target virtual good is not continuously increasing. Alternatively, when the sales trend is a correspondence table between the sales number and the time point, it may be indicated by a change in the sales number with the time point whether the sales number of the virtual commodity is continuously increasing, and if the sales number is not increased with the increase in the time point, it is indicated that the sales number of the virtual commodity is not continuously increasing.
Of course, if the sales trend indicates that the sales number of the virtual commodity is continuously rising, the virtual commodity is determined to be a non-diapause commodity.
Exemplary, cola sales trends are: the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 09:00 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 20, the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 09:30 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 20, the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 09:50 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 20, and the target sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 10:00 corresponds to the current sales volume 20. The sales trend of the fireworks is: the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 19:26 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 18, the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 19:30 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 20, the historical sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 19:45 corresponds to the second historical sales volume 23, and the target sales time point 2018, 1 month, 1 day, 20:00 corresponds to the current sales volume 24. And the sales amount corresponding to the next time point is higher than the sales amount corresponding to the previous time point, the sales amount of the fireworks increases along with the increase of time, the sales trend shows that the sales amount of the virtual commodity is continuously in an ascending trend, and the virtual commodity is determined to be a non-diapause commodity.
In addition, in a specific application, abnormal situations such as purchase failure, abnormal display and the like caused by abnormal configuration of the virtual commodity may exist in a certain time period, so that the sales number of the virtual commodity is too small, and the virtual commodity is misjudged as a bad commodity.
Therefore, optionally, in order to reduce misjudgment of the sold commodity caused by abnormal configuration of the virtual commodity, improve accuracy of determining the sold commodity, before judging whether the virtual commodity meets a preset sold condition based on the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity, the method for monitoring data of the virtual commodity according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following step B1:
B1, judging whether the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity is smaller than a second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity, if not, executing the step of judging whether the virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition based on the current sales total amount and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity; the second quantity threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity is the preset minimum sales quantity of the virtual commodity;
it can be understood that if abnormal conditions such as purchase failure, abnormal display and the like caused by abnormal configuration of a certain virtual commodity exist in a certain time period, the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is unreasonable and is lower than the preset minimum sales amount, so that whether the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is smaller than the second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity can be judged.
For each virtual commodity, if the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is not less than the second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity, the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is not less than the preset minimum sales amount, and no abnormality is caused, so that the step of judging whether the target virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition or not based on the current sales amount and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity can be performed.
The second number threshold may be determined in a variety of ways. For example, if the virtual good is determined from the hot goods in the sold virtual good, having the characteristics of the hot goods, the predetermined minimum sales number of the virtual good may be determined based on the minimum sales number of the hot goods. For example, the hot commodity is a skin a with a scientific sense of a game character a, the virtual commodity is a skin B with a scientific sense of a game character B, and the second number threshold may be the minimum sales number of the skin a, or may be obtained by adjusting the minimum sales number of the skin a according to a preset adjustment ratio. If the virtual good is a brand new good, having no similar characteristics to the existing good, a second number threshold, e.g., 1 or 3, etc., may be determined based on historical experience with sales of the existing good.
Optionally, in order to reduce misjudgment of the sold commodity caused by abnormal configuration of the virtual commodity and improve accuracy of determining the sold commodity, when the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity is determined to be less than the second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity in the step B1, the data monitoring method of the virtual commodity provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include steps B11 to B12 as follows:
B11, outputting prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting and checking the historical configuration of the virtual commodity;
and B12, if a notice indicating that the historical configuration is not abnormal is received, executing the step of judging whether the virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition or not based on the current sales total amount and the current sales duration of the target virtual commodity.
For each virtual commodity, if the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is smaller than the second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity, the sales amount of the virtual commodity is unreasonable, so that prompt information can be output to prompt the historical configuration of the virtual commodity to be checked so as to determine whether the current sales amount abnormality is caused by diapause or historical configuration abnormality.
If a notification indicating that the historical configuration is not abnormal is received, it indicates that the irrational amount of the current sales amount of the virtual commodity is not caused by the abnormality of the historical configuration of the virtual commodity, and thus, a step of judging whether the virtual commodity satisfies a preset diapause condition based on the current sales amount of the virtual commodity may be performed.
The notification indicating that the history configuration is not abnormal may be a notification that an operator directly inputs a server, or may be a notification that an operator inputs a client and forwards the notification from the client.
For example, if the second number threshold corresponding to the skin B of the virtual commodity game character B is 3 and the current sales total 1 of the skin B is less than 3, a prompt message is output to prompt checking of the historical configuration of the skin B. When a notification indicating that the history of the skin B is configured without abnormality is received, a step of judging whether the skin B satisfies a preset diapause condition based on the current sales volume of the skin B is performed.
Of course, if a notification indicating that the historical configuration is abnormal is received, it indicates that the current sales volume of the virtual good is due to the historical configuration of the virtual good, not due to the stasis, and therefore, it may not be judged whether the virtual good is due to the stasis.
As shown in fig. 2, a flow of a method for monitoring data of a virtual commodity according to another embodiment of the present invention may include:
s201, obtaining notification information sent by the client when the user is detected to finish payment, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the user of the type of the target virtual commodity which finishes payment and the current sales quantity of each target virtual commodity.
S202, for each target virtual commodity, updating the sales total of the target virtual commodity according to the current sales quantity of the target virtual commodity.
S201 to S202 are the same steps as S101 to S102 in the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present invention, and are not described herein again, and detailed descriptions of the above embodiment of fig. 1 of the present invention are omitted.
S203, for each virtual commodity as a monitoring object, judging whether the virtual commodity meets a preset diapause condition or not based on the current sales total of the virtual commodity, and if so, executing step S204; if not, steps S205 to S206 are performed.
S203 is similar to S103 in the embodiment of fig. 1 of the present invention, and is used for determining whether the virtual commodity meets the preset sale-hold condition, except that when it is determined that the virtual commodity does not meet the preset sale-hold condition, steps S205 to S206 are performed to determine a popular commodity.

S206, when the popular virtual commodity determining instruction is detected, the popular virtual commodity is determined from a plurality of virtual commodities with sales attributes not being diapaused.
In a specific application, the determined hot virtual commodity can be utilized to determine a replacement commodity with similar characteristics to the hot virtual commodity to replace a diapause virtual commodity, or the hot virtual commodity is preferentially displayed, or the hot virtual commodity is pushed to a user, so that the sales quantity of the hot virtual commodity is increased, and the revenue and the user viscosity are further improved. For this reason, the sales attribute of the virtual commodity that does not satisfy the preset stock condition may be recorded as non-stock, and when the popular virtual commodity determination instruction is detected, the popular virtual commodity may be determined from a plurality of virtual commodities whose sales attribute is non-stock.
The method for determining the popular virtual commodity can be various. For example, when a popular virtual commodity determination instruction is detected, the current sales total of a plurality of virtual commodities with sales attributes of non-diapause can be obtained. And selecting a plurality of non-diapaused virtual commodities of the preset category number which are ranked in front according to the sequence of the current sales total quantity from large to small, and determining the virtual commodities as popular virtual commodities. Or, the method can select a plurality of virtual commodities which are ordered in the preset category and quantity and are not in diapause according to the order from the current sales total to the large, and determine the virtual commodities as popular virtual commodities.
For example, when a popular virtual commodity determining instruction is detected, the current sales amount of virtual commodity flowers with sales attributes of non-diapause is obtained to be 500, the current sales amount of fireworks is 600, the current sales amount of cakes is 300, and the current sales amount of color bands is 400. And if the number of the preset categories is 3, determining the fireworks, the flowers and the color ribbons as popular virtual commodities.
In addition, the popular virtual commodity determining instruction can be input by an operator or preset and triggered according to a preset period.
Optionally, in order to determine a replacement commodity with similar characteristics to the popular virtual commodity to replace the diapause virtual commodity, to achieve the improvement of the sales number of the virtual commodity, after step S206 in the embodiment of fig. 2, the data monitoring method of the virtual commodity according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following steps C1 to C3:

The popular commodity information can be specifically a commodity identifier of each popular virtual commodity, so that operators can acquire popular characteristic information such as the shape, color, size and the like of the virtual commodity with the popular commodity identifier from the virtual commodity data, and further determine a replacement commodity with the popular characteristic information.
And C2, receiving replacement commodity information of at least one type of replacement commodity input by an operator. The replacement commodity is a virtual commodity determined by an operator according to the popular commodity information.
The replacement commodity is a virtual commodity determined by an operator according to the information of the hot commodity, has the characteristics of the hot commodity or the characteristics similar to the characteristics of the hot commodity, and can reach the sales quantity of the hot commodity as much as possible.
In a specific application, the number of types of the replaced commodities can be the same as the number of types of the hot commodities, can be larger than the number of types of the hot commodities, and can be smaller than the number of types of the hot commodities. The information of the replacement commodity can be a replacement commodity identifier of the replacement commodity, so that the replacement commodity with the replacement commodity identifier can be searched from the virtual commodity database.
The way of replacing the retail commodity with the replacement commodity in step C3 described above may be various.
For example, the same number of diapause commodities as the number of types of the replacement commodities in the virtual commodity table may be deleted to obtain a first updated virtual commodity table; and adding the replacement commodity to the first updated virtual commodity table to obtain an updated virtual commodity table.
Or deleting all the diapause commodities in the virtual commodity table to obtain a second updated virtual commodity table; and adding the replacement commodity to the second updated virtual commodity table to obtain an updated virtual commodity table.
Or, if the number of kinds of the replaced commodity is larger than the number of kinds of the sold commodity, it may be determined whether the communication quality allows the transmission of the virtual commodity table having a relatively large data amount according to the communication quality between the server and the client. If so, the number of types of virtual articles included in the updated virtual article table may be greater than the number of types of virtual articles included in the virtual article table before updating, and then replacement of the sold article may be performed based on the determined number of types of virtual articles. In a specific application, if the virtual commodity table is updated, the server is required to send the updated virtual commodity table to the client. Therefore, if the data size of the updated virtual commodity table is too large, and the communication quality between the server and the client is relatively low, the problem that the delivery rate of the updated virtual commodity table is low, or the sending rate is low may be caused, so that the user experience of purchasing the virtual commodity is poor.
In order to reduce the problem that the updated virtual commodity table has a low delivery rate or a low transmission rate, the step C3 may specifically include the following steps C31 to C33:
c31, based on the replacement commodity information, judging whether the type number of the input replacement commodity is larger than the type number of the diapause commodity; if so, steps C32 through C33 are performed.
If the number of types of the inputted replacement commodity is greater than the number of types of the retail commodity, the number of types of the virtual commodity contained in the updated virtual commodity table may be greater than the number of types of the virtual commodity contained in the virtual commodity table before the update when the replacement commodity is directly used to replace the retail commodity in the virtual commodity table, resulting in an excessive data amount of the updated virtual commodity table, and thus steps C32 to C33 may be performed. When the number of types of the inputted replacement commodity is not greater than the number of types of the diapause commodity, the data volume of the updated virtual commodity table is not greater than the data volume of the virtual commodity table before updating, and the influence of communication quality on the delivery rate and the sending rate is relatively avoided, so that the replacement commodity can be directly used for replacing the diapause commodity.

The manner of determining whether the communication information satisfies the preset low quality condition may be various. By way of example, it may be determined whether the data transmission rate with the client is less than a preset rate threshold, and if so, a preset low quality condition is satisfied. Alternatively, it may be determined whether the CQI with the client is less than a preset channel quality threshold, and if so, a preset low quality condition is satisfied. Any manner in which the quality of communication with the client can be determined to be relatively low can be used with the present invention, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
C34, selecting a target number of replacement commodities from the replacement commodities corresponding to the replacement commodity information, and replacing the diapause commodities in the virtual commodity list to obtain an updated virtual commodity list; wherein the target quantity is a quantity not greater than the kind quantity of the retail commodity.
It can be appreciated that, because the communication information satisfies the preset low quality condition, the communication quality between the communication information and the client is relatively low, so that the problem that the delivery rate of the updated virtual commodity table is low or the sending rate is low needs to be avoided because the data volume of the updated virtual commodity table is too large.
Therefore, it is necessary to select a target number of replacement products, which is not greater than the number of types of the articles to be sold, from the replacement products corresponding to the replacement product information so that the data amount of the updated virtual product table is smaller than the data amount of the virtual product table before the update, thereby avoiding the problem of low delivery rate or low transmission rate caused by the excessively large data amount of the updated virtual product table as much as possible when the communication quality is relatively low.

As shown in fig. 3, the structure of the data monitoring device for virtual goods according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a server corresponding to a client, and the device may include:

When a popular virtual commodity determining instruction is detected, determining a popular virtual commodity from a plurality of virtual commodities with sales attributes of non-diapause;
after the determining the popular virtual good, the method further comprises:
outputting hot commodity information of various hot virtual commodities;
receiving replacement commodity information of at least one type of replacement commodity input by an operator; the replacement commodity is a virtual commodity determined by an operator according to the hot commodity information;
replacing the diapause commodity in the virtual commodity table by using the replacement commodity corresponding to the replacement commodity information to obtain an updated virtual commodity table;
and replacing the diapause commodity in the virtual commodity table by using the replacement commodity corresponding to the replacement commodity information to obtain an updated virtual commodity table, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
judging whether the number of types of the input replacement commodity is larger than the number of types of the diapause commodity based on the replacement commodity information;
if the communication quality is larger than the communication quality, acquiring communication information used for representing the communication quality between the client and the client;
judging whether the communication information meets a preset low-quality condition or not;
if the information is satisfied, selecting a target number of replacement commodities from the replacement commodities corresponding to the replacement commodity information, and replacing the diapause commodity in the virtual commodity list to obtain an updated virtual commodity list; wherein the target quantity is a quantity not greater than the category quantity of the retail commodity.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the virtual commodity satisfies a preset diapause condition based on a current sales amount of the virtual commodity for each virtual commodity as a monitoring object comprises:
for each virtual commodity as a monitoring object, whether the virtual commodity meets a preset diapause condition or not is judged based on the current sales total quantity and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining, for each virtual commodity as a monitoring object, whether the virtual commodity satisfies a preset diapause condition based on a current sales amount and a current sales duration of the virtual commodity includes:
for each virtual commodity as a monitoring object, determining the current sales duration of the virtual commodity according to the time point of putting the virtual commodity on shelf;
for each virtual commodity, searching a target first quantity threshold corresponding to the current sales duration of the virtual commodity from the corresponding relation between the sales duration and the first quantity threshold, judging whether the current sales total quantity of the virtual commodity is smaller than the searched target first quantity threshold, and if so, judging that the virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein after determining that the virtual good meets a preset retail outlet condition, before determining that the virtual good is a retail outlet, the method further comprises:
determining the historical sales total amount of the virtual commodity corresponding to each of a plurality of historical sales time points; the historical sales time points are time points before a target sales time point, and the target sales time point is a current time point or a time point when the user finishes payment;
determining the sales trend of the virtual commodity according to the target sales time point, the plurality of historical sales time points, the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity and the historical sales total amount corresponding to the plurality of historical sales time points; wherein the sales trend is used for indicating the trend that the sales quantity changes along with the time point;
when the sales trend indicates that the sales number of the virtual commodity does not continuously increase, the step of determining that the virtual commodity is a diapause commodity is executed, wherein the continuously increasing is that: and the target sales time point and two adjacent time points in the plurality of historical sales time points are higher than the sales total corresponding to the previous time point.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein before determining whether the virtual good meets a preset diapause condition based on the current sales volume and the current sales duration of the virtual good, the method further comprises:
judging whether the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity is smaller than a second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity, if not, executing the step of judging whether the virtual commodity meets the preset diapause condition based on the current sales total amount and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity; the second quantity threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity is the preset minimum sales quantity of the virtual commodity.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
outputting prompt information when judging that the current sales total amount of the virtual commodity is smaller than a second number threshold corresponding to the virtual commodity, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting and checking the historical configuration of the virtual commodity;
and if the notice indicating that the historical configuration is not abnormal is received, executing the step of judging whether the virtual commodity meets the preset sale-hold condition or not based on the current sales total quantity and the current sales duration of the virtual commodity.
7. A data monitoring device for a virtual commodity, which is applied to a server corresponding to a client, the device comprising:
