In the technical scheme, a server receives user preset information sent by a sales counter and/or a mobile terminal and the current inventory sent by the sales counter, generates a replenishment order (including commodity placement) by analyzing the two information, sends the replenishment order to a commodity storage bin for commodity export/warehousing, and simultaneously sends the replenishment order to a logistics distribution system for logistics distribution; after receiving the commodity ex-warehouse command, the commodity storage bin performs commodity ex-warehouse/warehouse-in management; after receiving the distribution command, the logistics distribution system receives the commodities in the commodity storage bin and distributes the commodities to the established unmanned retail cabinet, shelves on/off commodities, and if the commodities are shelved off, the commodities are sent back to the commodity storage bin, and the commodity storage bin stores and receives the commodities; after goods are put on/off shelves, the logistics distribution system sends a task completion message to the server, and the server receives the goods inventory change data transmitted by the sales counter and updates the goods inventory.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer device comprising a processor for implementing the method for automatic restocking according to any of the above-mentioned technical solutions when executing a computer program stored in a memory, and therefore, the computer device has all the advantages of the method for automatic restocking according to any of the above-mentioned technical solutions.

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Methods of automatic replenishment, systems of automatic replenishment, sales containers, sales container systems, computer devices, and computer-readable storage media provided according to some embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-15.
As shown in fig. 1, a method of automatically replenishing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s102, sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
s104, successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold value of each commodity;
s106, counting the number of the commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in each commodity;
s108, when the number of the commodities to be replenished is larger than or equal to the total shortage threshold value, generating a first replenishment order, wherein the first replenishment order comprises commodity information of the commodities to be replenished and shortage information of the commodities to be replenished;
wherein, the total quantity threshold of the out-of-stock is the maximum value of the quantity of the out-of-stock commodities in the set sales counter.
The automatic replenishment method provided by the invention comprises the steps of firstly detecting the current quantity of each commodity in a storage area of a sales counter in sequence, recording the current quantity of each commodity, then comparing the current quantity of each commodity with a replenishment threshold value of each commodity in sequence, defining the commodity of which the current quantity is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold value in each commodity as a commodity to be replenished, indicating that the commodity needs to be replenished at the moment, counting the quantity of the commodity to be replenished, indicating that a certain quantity of commodities in the sales counter need to be replenished when the quantity of the commodity to be replenished is more than or equal to a shortage total quantity threshold value, generating a first replenishment order, and including commodity information of the commodity to be replenished and shortage information of the commodity to be replenished in the first replenishment order, wherein the commodity information includes the name of the commodity, the manufacturer of the commodity, the position in a commodity storage bin and the like, the out-of-stock information comprises information such as the current quantity of the commodity, the quantity required to be supplemented and the like; the total shortage threshold is set as the maximum value of the number of the commodities which can be out of stock in the sales counter, so that when the number of the commodities to be replenished in the sales counter does not reach the total shortage threshold, even if the phenomenon of shortage exists in the sales counter, the first replenishment order can not be generated, and the situation that replenishment orders are generated excessively frequently to increase replenishment times of replenishment personnel can be avoided. Only when the goods to be supplemented are accumulated to a certain amount, the first supplement order is generated uniformly to supplement the goods, so that the efficiency of supplementing and distributing the goods is improved, the labor intensity of the distributing personnel can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
It is conceivable that the total out-of-stock threshold may be set by itself, or may be generated according to the total sales of the vending machine on a daily basis or for a period of time, and preferably, the total out-of-stock threshold may be set to be inversely related to the total sales, that is, if the total sales of the vending machine is relatively high, the total out-of-stock threshold is set to be relatively small, so that it is ensured that the sales of the sold containers with good sales will be less affected by the out-of-stock. In addition, the total shortage threshold can be obtained by the total shortage ratio, and the total shortage ratio is controlled to ensure that the corresponding total shortage threshold can be calculated no matter how many commodities are sold in the sales counter, so that the sales counter can be suitable for the sales counter with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 2, a method of automatically replenishing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s202, sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
s204, successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stocking area is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold of each commodity;
s206, counting the number of the commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in each commodity;

In this embodiment, it is determined whether a predetermined order is stored in the storage module in the sales container, and when the predetermined order is stored in the storage module, it is necessary to determine whether the predetermined commodity is out of stock, that is, whether a situation that the quantity predetermined by the consumer cannot be met in the current sales container occurs, so that the predetermined quantity and the current quantity of the predetermined commodity need to be read, and when the current quantity is smaller than the predetermined quantity, a second replenishment order is generated, where the second replenishment order includes commodity information of the predetermined commodity and out-of-stock information of the predetermined commodity, so that the commodity predetermined by the user can be replenished in time. And the number of the supplements is more than or equal to the preset number, so that the condition that after the preset goods are taken away by the consumer, the remaining goods can be sold in the sales counter.
It is contemplated that the determination of the order may occur when the current quantity of each item in the inventory area is greater than the replenishment threshold for each item, or may begin at any time period.
As shown in fig. 3, a method of automatically replenishing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s302, sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
s304, successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stocking area is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold of each commodity;
s306, counting the number of the commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in each commodity;
s308, when the number of the commodities to be replenished is larger than or equal to the total shortage threshold value, generating a first replenishment order, wherein the first replenishment order comprises commodity information of the commodities to be replenished and shortage information of the commodities to be replenished;
s310, judging whether a preset order is stored in a storage module of the sales counter;
s312, when the storage module stores the predetermined order, reading the type of the predetermined goods and the predetermined quantity of each predetermined goods included in the predetermined order;

the goods to be separated are not preset goods, and the quantity of the goods to be separated is the difference between the preset quantity of the preset goods and the maximum storage quantity of the preset goods.
In this embodiment, after the second replenishment order is generated, it is also necessary to determine whether the predetermined quantity of the predetermined product reserved by the consumer is greater than the maximum storage quantity of the product, so as to determine whether there is sufficient space for storage in the sales counter when the quantity of the predetermined product is replenished to the predetermined quantity; and when the predetermined quantity of the predetermined commodities is greater than the maximum storage quantity of the predetermined commodities in the storage area, generating goods adjusting information to adjust away other non-predetermined products so that the predetermined commodities can be stored in sufficient space in the sales counter. Therefore, a part of commodities are temporarily separated, so that the commodities predetermined by a consumer can be stored in sufficient positions, and the benefit of the consumer is met to the greatest extent.
As shown in fig. 4, a method of automatically replenishing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s402, sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
s404, successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stocking area is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold of each commodity;

In the embodiment, whether the stock area contains the lost commodity or not is judged, when the stock area contains the lost commodity, the lost commodity needs to be placed, the order does not need to be generated independently for placing, and only the order is needed to be added in the replenishment order, so that the replenishment personnel can place the lost commodity by the way when the replenishment is carried out, the operation of the personnel is not needed independently, and the single handling efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, a method of automatically replenishing goods according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s502, sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
s504, successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stocking area is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold of each commodity;
s506, counting the number of the commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in each commodity;
s508, when the number of the commodities to be replenished is larger than or equal to the total shortage threshold value, generating a first replenishment order, wherein the first replenishment order comprises commodity information of the commodities to be replenished and shortage information of the commodities to be replenished;

In this embodiment, after the second replenishment order is generated, the pickup time in the predetermined order is also read, and preferably, the pickup time is the pickup time provided by the consumer at the predetermined commodity, so that replenishment needs to be completed before the pickup time; therefore, the delivery schedule needs to be generated according to the goods taking time, historical delivery speed, delivery number of people and the like can be considered when the delivery schedule is produced, and delivery personnel can complete goods replenishment before the goods taking time by delivering according to each time period required on the delivery schedule.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the replenishment threshold value of each commodity is generated according to the sales volume of each commodity.
In this embodiment, the replenishment threshold value for each commodity may be generated according to the sales volume of each commodity, and preferably, the sales volume of the commodity is directly correlated with the replenishment threshold value, that is, the higher the sales volume of the commodity, the better the product is sold, and the replenishment threshold value is set to a larger value, so that the replenishment can be started when the commodity has a certain stock, and the occurrence of the stock failure of the commodity can be minimized.
As shown in fig. 6, a system 100 for automatic restocking according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the detection unit 102 is used for sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
a comparison unit 104, configured to successively compare whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stock area is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold of each commodity;
the counting unit 106 is configured to count the number of the commodities to be replenished, where the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in each commodity;
the control unit 108 is configured to generate a first replenishment order when the number of the goods to be replenished is greater than or equal to the total out-of-stock threshold, where the first replenishment order includes the goods information of the goods to be replenished and the out-of-stock information of the goods to be replenished;
wherein, the total quantity threshold of the out-of-stock is the maximum value of the quantity of the out-of-stock commodities in the set sales counter.
The automatic replenishment system 100 of the present invention first detects the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter sequentially through the detection unit 102, records the current quantity of each commodity, then compares the current quantity of each commodity with the replenishment threshold of each commodity successively through the comparison unit 104, defines the commodity whose current quantity is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold in each commodity as the commodity to be replenished, at this time, it indicates that the commodity needs to be replenished, and counts the quantity of the commodity to be replenished through the counting unit 106, and when the quantity of the commodity to be replenished is greater than or equal to the shortage total quantity threshold, it indicates that a certain quantity of commodities in the sales counter need to be replenished, at this time, the control unit 108 generates the first replenishment order, and the first replenishment order includes the commodity information of the commodity to be replenished and the shortage information of the commodity to be replenished, the commodity information comprises information such as the name of the commodity, a commodity manufacturer, the position in the commodity storage bin and the like, and the out-of-stock information comprises information such as the current quantity of the commodity, the quantity required to be supplemented and the like; the total shortage threshold is set as the maximum value of the number of the commodities which can be out of stock in the sales counter, so that when the number of the commodities to be replenished in the sales counter does not reach the total shortage threshold, even if the phenomenon of shortage exists in the sales counter, the first replenishment order can not be generated, and the situation that replenishment orders are generated excessively frequently to increase replenishment times of replenishment personnel can be avoided. Only when the goods to be supplemented are accumulated to a certain amount, the first supplement order is generated uniformly to supplement the goods, so that the efficiency of supplementing and distributing the goods is improved, the labor intensity of the distributing personnel can be reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.
It is conceivable that the total out-of-stock threshold may be set by itself, or may be generated according to the total sales of the vending machine on a daily basis or for a period of time, and preferably, the total out-of-stock threshold may be set to be inversely related to the total sales, that is, if the total sales of the vending machine is relatively high, the total out-of-stock threshold is set to be relatively small, so that it is ensured that the sales of the sold containers with good sales will be less affected by the out-of-stock. In addition, the total shortage threshold can be obtained by the total shortage ratio, and the total shortage ratio is controlled to ensure that the corresponding total shortage threshold can be calculated no matter how many commodities are sold in the sales counter, so that the sales counter can be suitable for the sales counter with different specifications.
As shown in fig. 7, an automatic restocking system 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a detection unit 202 for sequentially detecting the current number of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
a comparing unit 204, configured to successively compare whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stock area is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold of each commodity;
the counting unit 206 is configured to count the number of the goods to be replenished, where the current number of the goods to be replenished is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold;
the control unit 208 is configured to generate a first replenishment order when the number of the goods to be replenished is greater than or equal to the total out-of-stock threshold, where the first replenishment order includes the goods information of the goods to be replenished and the out-of-stock information of the goods to be replenished;
the first judging unit 210 is configured to, when the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area is greater than the replenishment threshold of each commodity, judge whether a predetermined order is stored in the storage module of the sales counter;
a first reading unit 212, configured to read a type of a predetermined item and a predetermined quantity of each predetermined item included in a predetermined order when the predetermined order is stored in the storage module;
the first processing unit 214 is configured to read a current quantity of the predetermined product, and generate a second replenishment order when the current quantity of the predetermined product is smaller than the predetermined quantity of the predetermined product, where the second replenishment order includes product information of the predetermined product and stock shortage information of the predetermined product.
In this embodiment, the first determining unit 210 determines whether the storage module in the sales container stores the predetermined order, and the first reading unit 212 reads the type of the predetermined product and the predetermined quantity of each predetermined product included in the predetermined order when the storage module stores the predetermined order, so as to determine whether the predetermined product has a shortage problem, that is, whether the quantity predetermined by the consumer cannot be met in the current sales container, so that the predetermined quantity and the current quantity of the predetermined product need to be read, and when the current quantity is smaller than the predetermined quantity, the first processing unit 214 generates a second replenishment order, which includes the product information of the predetermined product and the shortage information of the predetermined product, so as to replenish the product predetermined by the user in time. And the number of the supplements is more than or equal to the preset number, so that the condition that after the preset goods are taken away by the consumer, the remaining goods can be sold in the sales counter.

the second processing unit 318 is configured to generate the goods dispatching information when the predetermined number of the predetermined goods is greater than the maximum storage number of the predetermined goods in the storage area, where the goods dispatching information includes the goods information of the goods to be dispatched and the number of the goods to be dispatched; the goods to be separated are not preset goods, and the quantity of the goods to be separated is the difference between the preset quantity of the preset goods and the maximum storage quantity of the preset goods.
In this embodiment, after the second replenishment order is generated, it is also necessary to determine whether the predetermined quantity of the predetermined product predetermined by the consumer is greater than the maximum storage quantity of the product by the second determination unit 316 to determine whether there is sufficient space for storage in the sales counter when the quantity of the predetermined product is replenished to the predetermined quantity; and the second processing unit 318 generates the tuning information to tune away other non-predetermined products when the predetermined number of the predetermined products is greater than the maximum storage number of the predetermined products in the storage area, so that there is sufficient space to store the predetermined products in the sales counter. As shown in fig. 9, a system 400 for automatic restocking according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a detecting unit 402 for sequentially detecting the current number of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
a comparing unit 404, configured to successively compare whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stock area is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold of each commodity;
the counting unit 406 is configured to count the number of the goods to be replenished, where the goods to be replenished are the goods whose current number is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold value in each goods;
the control unit 408 is configured to generate a first replenishment order when the number of the goods to be replenished is greater than or equal to the total out-of-stock threshold, where the first replenishment order includes the goods information of the goods to be replenished and the out-of-stock information of the goods to be replenished;

the lost commodity is a commodity with the sales volume less than a preset value in a preset time period.
In this embodiment, whether the stock area contains the lost commodity is judged by the third judging unit 410, when the stock area contains the lost commodity, the lost commodity needs to be placed, and an order does not need to be generated separately for placing, only the third processing unit 412 needs to be added in the replenishment order, so that the replenishment worker can place the lost commodity incidentally during replenishment, and the worker does not need to operate separately, thereby improving the single handling efficiency.
As shown in fig. 10, a system 500 for automatic restocking according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a detection unit 502 for sequentially detecting the current number of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
a comparing unit 504, configured to successively compare whether the current quantity of each commodity in the stock area is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold of each commodity;
the counting unit 506 is configured to count the number of the goods to be restocked, where the goods to be restocked are the goods whose current number is less than or equal to a restocking threshold in each goods;
the control unit 508 is configured to generate a first replenishment order when the number of the goods to be replenished is greater than or equal to the total out-of-stock threshold, where the first replenishment order includes the goods information of the goods to be replenished and the out-of-stock information of the goods to be replenished;
a first judging unit 510, configured to judge whether a predetermined order is stored in a storage module of a sales counter when the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area is greater than a replenishment threshold of each commodity;
a first reading unit 512, configured to read a type of a predetermined commodity and a predetermined quantity of each predetermined commodity included in a predetermined order when the predetermined order is stored in the storage module;
the first processing unit 514 is configured to read a current quantity of the predetermined product, and generate a second replenishment order when the current quantity of the predetermined product is smaller than the predetermined quantity of the predetermined product, where the second replenishment order includes product information of the predetermined product and out-of-stock information of the predetermined product;
a second reading unit 516, configured to read a pickup time in the predetermined order;
the fourth processing unit 518 is configured to generate a delivery schedule according to the pickup time, and add the delivery schedule to the second replenishment order, so that replenishment is completed before the pickup time.
In this embodiment, after the second replenishment order is generated, the second reading unit 516 further reads the pick time in the predetermined order, preferably the pick time when the customer is also provided with the predetermined goods, and therefore needs to complete the replenishment before that time; in this way, the fourth processing unit 518 needs to generate a delivery schedule according to the pickup time, and the delivery schedule is produced in consideration of the historical delivery speed, the number of delivered persons, and the like, so that the delivery personnel can complete replenishment before the pickup time by delivering according to each time period required on the delivery schedule.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the replenishment threshold value of each commodity is generated according to the sales volume of each commodity.
In this embodiment, the replenishment threshold value for each commodity may be generated according to the sales volume of each commodity, and preferably, the sales volume of the commodity is directly correlated with the replenishment threshold value, that is, the higher the sales volume of the commodity, the better the product is sold, and the replenishment threshold value is set to a larger value, so that the replenishment can be started when the commodity has a certain stock, and the occurrence of the stock failure of the commodity can be minimized.
According to a further aspect of the invention, as shown in figures 11 to 13, there is provided a sales counter comprising the system for automatic restocking as provided in any of the embodiments described above. The vending cabinet thus has all the benefits of the automatic replenishment system provided in any of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the sales counter comprises: a case 12; a door 14, the door 14 being openably and closably connected to the cabinet 12.
In this embodiment, the sales counter comprises: the container comprises a container body 12 and a door body 14, wherein the door body 14 is connected with the container body 12 in an openable and closable manner, at least one layer of shelf is arranged in the container body 12 and is suitable for placing goods, and the door body 14 is preferably made of transparent materials and can be used for seeing goods in the container.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the sales counter further comprises: and the display assembly 16 is arranged on the box body 12 and/or the door body 14.
In this embodiment, the display module 16 is mounted on the box body 12 above the door body 14, and the display module 16 may also be mounted above the door body 14; a display assembly 16 may also be mounted to the side of the housing 12 for display and/or touch input. In addition, the display component 16 may be eliminated, with display and touch input functions being performed at the mobile terminal instead; specifically, a user scans codes through a two-dimensional code pasted on the display component 16 or the door body 14 to open the door, the data are uploaded to a server by the sales counter after the door is closed, and the server performs remote payment settlement and deduction; the user carries out commodity reservation through the display component 16 or the mobile terminal, the sales counter uploads the data to the server, and the server carries out remote deduction after receiving the reservation information.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the door 14 includes a handle 142, and the handle 142 is disposed on an outer shell of the door 14; a door lock 122 is provided on the side of the housing 12 adjacent the handle 142.
In this embodiment, the door 14 includes a handle 142 to assist in opening and closing the door 14; the handle 142 is arranged on the outer shell of the door body 14; a door lock 122 is provided on the side of the housing 12 adjacent the handle 142. The door 14 can be kept closed and controlled by a master control system in the box 12.
According to a further aspect of the invention, as shown in fig. 14, there is provided a sales counter system comprising the system for automatic replenishment as provided in any of the embodiments described above. The vending cabinet thus has all the benefits of the automatic replenishment system provided in any of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the sales counter system 20 comprises: the server 202, the server 202 interacts with the sales counter 204 and the terminal 206; and the commodity storage bin 208 is used for storing commodities, receiving the first replenishment order sent by the server 202, and performing commodity allocation according to the first replenishment order.
In this embodiment, the sales counter system 20 comprises: server 202, sales counter 204, terminal 206, commodity storage bin 208. The server 202 is responsible for receiving the information sent by the terminal 206 sales counter 204, the commodity storage bin 208 and the logistics distribution system 210, analyzing and processing the information, and sending a relevant instruction to a corresponding system; the terminal 206 performs code scanning payment, reserves commodities, displays shopping details and deducts money information; the sales counter 204 is used for storing commodities, receiving input information, displaying output information and sending commodity data information to the server 202 after closing the door; a commodity storage bin 208 for storing and managing commodities, receiving the warehouse entry and exit instruction sent by the server 202, and managing the commodity entry and exit; the warehouse management system is in butt joint with the logistics system.
In one embodiment provided by the present invention, preferably, the sales counter system 20 further comprises: the logistics distribution system 210, the logistics distribution system 210 is configured to receive the instruction sent by the server 202.
In this embodiment, the server 202 receives the user reservation information sent by the sales counter 204 and/or the mobile terminal 206 and the current inventory sent by the sales counter 204, analyzes the above two kinds of information to generate a replenishment order (including commodity placement), sends the replenishment order to the commodity storage bin 208 for commodity export/warehousing, and simultaneously sends the replenishment order to the logistics distribution system 210 for logistics distribution; after receiving the commodity ex-warehouse command, the commodity storage bin 208 performs commodity ex-warehouse/warehouse-in management; after receiving the distribution command, the logistics distribution system 210 receives the commodities in the commodity storage bin 208, distributes the commodities to the established unmanned retail cabinet, puts the commodities on the shelf/off the shelf, returns the commodities to the commodity storage bin 208 if the commodities are put off the shelf, and stores the commodities in the commodity storage bin 208 for receiving; after the goods are put on/off the shelf, the logistics distribution system 210 sends a task completion message to the server 202, and the server 202 updates the goods inventory after receiving the goods inventory change data transmitted by the sales counter 204.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer device comprising a processor for implementing the method of automatic restocking as in any of the above embodiments when executing a computer program stored in a memory, and therefore, the computer device has all the benefits of the method of automatic restocking as in any of the above embodiments.
As shown in fig. 15, an embodiment of an aspect of the present invention provides a computer device 5, which includes a memory 52, a processor 54 and a computer program stored on the memory 52 and capable of running on the processor 54, and when the processor 54 executes the computer program, the steps of the method for automatically replenishing goods according to any one of the above embodiments are implemented, so that all the beneficial technical effects of the method for automatically replenishing goods are achieved, and are not described herein again.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of automatic restocking as in any of the above embodiments, and therefore, has all the advantages of the method of automatic restocking as in any of the above embodiments.
In the present invention, the term "plurality" means two or more unless explicitly defined otherwise. The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; "coupled" may be direct or indirect through an intermediary. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
In the description herein, the description of the terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "specific embodiments," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.

Claims (10)

1. A method of automatically restocking, the method comprising:
sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold value of each commodity;
counting the number of commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in the commodities;
when the quantity of the goods to be replenished is larger than or equal to the total out-of-stock threshold value, generating a first replenishment order, wherein the first replenishment order comprises the goods information of the goods to be replenished and the out-of-stock information of the goods to be replenished;
the total quantity threshold of the out-of-stock is the maximum value of the quantity of the out-of-stock commodities in the sales counter.
2. The method of automatically restocking as claimed in claim 1, wherein said method of automatically restocking further comprises:
judging whether a preset order is stored in a storage module of the sales counter;
when a preset order is stored in the storage module, reading the type of preset commodities and the preset quantity of each preset commodity contained in the preset order;
reading the current quantity of the preset commodity, and generating a second replenishment order when the current quantity of the preset commodity is smaller than the preset quantity of the preset commodity, wherein the second replenishment order comprises commodity information of the preset commodity and shortage information of the preset commodity.
3. The method of automatically restocking according to claim 2, wherein said step of reading the current quantity of the predetermined item, and generating a second restocking order when the current quantity of the predetermined item is less than the predetermined quantity of the predetermined item, further comprises:
judging whether the preset quantity of the preset commodities is larger than the maximum storage quantity of the preset commodities in the storage area or not;
when the preset quantity of the preset commodities is larger than the maximum storage quantity of the preset commodities in the storage area, generating goods adjusting information, wherein the goods adjusting information comprises commodity information of the commodities to be adjusted away and the quantity of the commodities to be adjusted away;
the to-be-removed commodities are not the preset commodities, and the number of the to-be-removed commodities is the difference between the preset number of the preset commodities and the maximum storage number of the preset commodities.
4. The method of automatically restocking as claimed in claim 1, wherein said method of automatically restocking further comprises:
judging whether the storage area contains the lost commodities or not;
adding shelving information in the first replenishment order when the lost commodity is contained in the stock area, wherein the shelving information comprises the lost commodity;
the lost commodity is a commodity with the sales volume less than a preset value in a preset time period.
5. The method of automatically restocking according to claim 2, wherein said step of reading the current quantity of the predetermined item, and generating a second restocking order when the current quantity of the predetermined item is less than the predetermined quantity of the predetermined item, further comprises:
reading the goods taking time in the preset order;
and generating a delivery schedule according to the goods taking time, and adding the delivery schedule into the second replenishment order so as to complete replenishment before the goods taking time.
6. The method of automatic restocking according to claim 1,
and the replenishment threshold value of each commodity is generated according to the sales volume of each commodity.
7. An automatic restocking system, characterized in that the automatic restocking system comprises:
the detection unit is used for sequentially detecting the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area of the sales counter;
the comparing unit is used for successively comparing whether the current quantity of each commodity in the storage area is less than or equal to the replenishment threshold value of each commodity;
the counting unit is used for counting the number of commodities to be replenished, wherein the commodities to be replenished are commodities of which the current number is less than or equal to a replenishment threshold value in the commodities;
the control unit is used for generating a first replenishment order when the quantity of the commodities to be replenished is larger than or equal to a total stock shortage threshold value, wherein the first replenishment order comprises commodity information of the commodities to be replenished and stock shortage information of the commodities to be replenished;
the total quantity threshold of the out-of-stock is the maximum value of the quantity of the out-of-stock commodities in the sales counter.
8. A sales counter, characterized in that the sales counter comprises the system for automatic replenishment according to claim 7.
9. A computer arrangement comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, carries out the steps of the method of automatic restocking according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of automatic restocking as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
