In fig. 4, each terminal function module of the processing method for self-service goods taking in practical application is shown, wherein the function modules included in the self-service goods taking device include: selecting articles by a touch screen, automatically dropping goods by face recognition, maintaining equipment and running logs; the server comprises the following functional modules: personnel management, equipment management, article management, getting records, replenishment records, inventory management, purchase management, personnel point tables and a face recognition library; the functional modules included in the user mobile phone APP (Application) include: number of remaining items, available points; the function modules contained in the administrator mobile phone APP are as follows: early warning information and article replenishment. The information transmission can be carried out between different terminals and between different functional modules, thereby completely realizing the technical scheme of the invention. The specific implementation process has been described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 5 is one of block diagrams of a server of a self-service goods taking device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the server 400 may include:
a pickup request receiving module 401, configured to receive a pickup request, where the pickup request includes a user identifier requesting pickup and a requested item identifier; the goods taking request is generated by the self-service goods taking equipment according to a first input of a user;
a point obtaining module 402, configured to obtain remaining points of the user from user information corresponding to the user identifier, and determine corresponding item points according to the item identifier;
a first control module 403, configured to control the self-service goods taking device to process the goods taking request if the user meets a preset first condition or a preset second condition, where the first condition includes: the user's remaining points are greater than or equal to the item points, the second condition comprising: the remaining points of the user are less than the item points, but the user is a designated authorized user.
For the above device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is relatively simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
To sum up, the server of the self-service goods taking device provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a goods taking request, wherein the goods taking request comprises a user identifier requesting to take goods and a requested article identifier; obtaining the remaining points of the user from the user information corresponding to the user identification, and determining corresponding item points according to the item identification; if the user meets a preset first condition or a preset second condition, controlling the self-service goods taking equipment to process the goods taking request, wherein the first condition comprises the following steps: the user's remaining points are greater than or equal to the item points, the second condition comprising: the remaining points of the user are less than the item points, but the user is a designated authorized user. a pickup information receiving module 404, configured to receive pickup information sent by the self-service pickup device according to the pickup behavior of the user, where the pickup information corresponds to the pickup request;
and a deduction module 405 for deducting the item points from the remaining points of the user according to the pickup information.
Optionally, the server 400 further includes:
the early warning generation module 406 is configured to acquire the type and quantity information of the articles stored in the self-service goods taking device, and generate out-of-stock early warning information according to the type and quantity information of the articles;
and the early warning sending module 407 is used for sending the out-of-stock early warning information to a purchasing system.
Optionally, the server 300 further includes:
a record obtaining module 408, configured to obtain an article pickup record of the user and a credit usage record of the user;
a record sending module 409, configured to send the item pickup record and the point usage record to the mobile terminal of the user and/or the mobile terminal of the administrator.
Optionally, the server 400 further includes:
a second control module 410, configured to control the self-service goods taking device not to process the goods taking request if the user does not meet the first condition and the second condition.

To sum up, the service end of the self-service goods taking device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, besides having the beneficial effects of the service end in fig. 4, also obtains the item pickup record of the user and the point use record of the user, and sends the item pickup record and the point use record to the mobile terminal of the user and/or the mobile terminal of the administrator, so that the user can conveniently know the office item pickup record and the point use condition of the user at any time, and the administrator can conveniently make a more reasonable purchasing plan according to the records, thereby providing a more humanized point distribution system; acquiring the type and quantity information of the articles stored in the self-service goods taking equipment, and generating out-of-stock early warning information according to the type and quantity information of the articles; and sending the out-of-stock early warning information to a purchasing system. Therefore, due to the adoption of the out-of-stock early warning function of the server side, the out-of-stock early warning can be accurately and efficiently carried out, the manager does not need to frequently manually check the inventory items in the self-service goods taking system and manually make the purchasing requirement, and the management efficiency and the purchasing efficiency are improved.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a self-service goods taking device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the self-service goods taking device 500 may include:
a first input receiving module 501, configured to receive a first input of a user for a requested item;
a face information acquisition module 502 for displaying a face recognition interface and acquiring face information in response to the first input;
an identifier generating module 503, configured to generate a user identifier using the face information and generate an article identifier using the first input, when it is determined that the user is a valid user according to the face information;
a pickup request sending module 504, configured to encapsulate the user identifier and the item identifier in a pickup request, and send the pickup request to a server of a self-service pickup device.
Optionally, the self-service goods taking device further comprises:
the goods taking instruction receiving module is used for receiving a goods taking instruction sent by a server side of the self-service goods taking equipment;
and the moving module is used for moving the article corresponding to the article identifier to a preset article taking area according to the article taking instruction.
To sum up, the self-service goods taking device provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a first input of a user for a requested article; responding to the first input, displaying a face recognition interface and collecting face information; under the condition that the user is determined to be a legal user according to the face information, generating a user identifier by using the face information, and generating an article identifier by using the first input; and packaging the user identification and the article identification in a goods taking request, and sending the goods taking request to a server of the self-service goods taking equipment. The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program realizes each process of the embodiment of the self-service goods taking processing method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As is readily imaginable to the person skilled in the art: any combination of the above embodiments is possible, and thus any combination between the above embodiments is an embodiment of the present invention, but the present disclosure is not necessarily detailed herein for reasons of space.

Claims (10)

1. A self-service goods taking processing method is applied to a server side of self-service goods taking equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a goods taking request, wherein the goods taking request comprises a user identifier requesting to take goods and a requested article identifier; the goods taking request is generated by the self-service goods taking equipment according to a first input of a user;
obtaining the remaining points of the user from the user information corresponding to the user identification, and determining corresponding item points according to the item identification;
if the user meets a preset first condition or a preset second condition, controlling the self-service goods taking equipment to process the goods taking request, wherein the first condition comprises the following steps: the user's remaining points are greater than or equal to the item points, the second condition comprising: the remaining points of the user are less than the item points, but the user is a designated authorized user.
2. The method of claim 1, after controlling the self-service pickup device to process the pickup request, further comprising:
receiving goods taking information sent by the self-service goods taking equipment according to the goods taking behaviors of the user, wherein the goods taking information corresponds to the goods taking request;
and deducting the item points from the residual points of the user according to the goods taking information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the type and quantity information of the articles stored in the self-service goods taking equipment, and generating out-of-stock early warning information according to the type and quantity information of the articles;
and sending the out-of-stock early warning information to a purchasing system.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an article pickup record of the user and a point use record of the user;
and sending the item pickup record and the point use record to the mobile terminal of the user and/or the mobile terminal of the administrator.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the user does not meet the first condition and the second condition, controlling the self-service goods taking equipment not to process the goods taking request.
6. A self-service goods taking processing method is applied to self-service goods taking equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first input by a user for a requested item;
responding to the first input, displaying a face recognition interface and collecting face information;
under the condition that the user is determined to be a legal user according to the face information, generating a user identifier by using the face information, and generating an article identifier by using the first input;
and packaging the user identification and the article identification in a goods taking request, and sending the goods taking request to a server of the self-service goods taking equipment.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving a goods taking instruction sent by a server side of the self-service goods taking equipment;
and moving the article corresponding to the article identifier to a preset article taking area according to the article taking instruction.

9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the method of processing of self-service pickup according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of processing of self-service pick goods according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
