Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a task configuration method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the task configuration method includes the following steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, user portrait data is acquired;
in step S102, determining a user type from the user representation data;
in step S103, a task to be executed is configured at least according to the user type.
In this embodiment, the user portrait data may be obtained by analyzing the user's own attributes and user behaviors of the online platform of the internet, and is used to identify some data preferred by the user. The user behavior can be effective behavior of the user in an online platform of the internet, and comprises various operations of the online platform of the user, for example, for a business operation application platform, the user behavior comprises the behaviors of ordering, searching, collecting, browsing, clicking, evaluating, logging in and the like. The user portrait data includes, for example, the total number of orders placed, the frequency of login, the objects viewed, the objects purchased, the objects clicked, the objects evaluated, the height of evaluation, the objects collected, and the objects searched for by the user on the online platform. The disclosed embodiments may periodically generate user representation data for each user based on data such as behavior generated by the user on the online platform, which may be used to identify characteristics of the user in some or some aspects.
In some embodiments, the user type is related to the liveness of the user on the online platform, and the like. For example, the user types may include new users (e.g., users who have not placed a list after registration), old users (e.g., users who have placed a list after registration), reflow users (e.g., users who have placed a list after registration but have not placed a list for a long period of time thereafter), and so on; the old users can also comprise member users and non-member users; non-member users may in turn include active users and inactive users; reflow users may, in turn, include attrition users (e.g., users who have not singled out for more than a certain amount of time) and silence users (e.g., users who will periodically log on to an online platform for browsing, but who have not singled out a year). The activity of the user on-line platform can be measured according to one or more of the data such as the browsing frequency of the user opening the on-line platform, the time spent in each browsing, the ordering frequency of the user, and the like.
After the user type is determined from the user representation data, different tasks to be performed may be configured for users having different user types. The task to be performed may be a task that the user can complete through some user actions on the online platform, such as placing an order, evaluating, checking in, browsing certain content, and the like.
Since there are many users of the online platform, and different users have different features and different requirements, the behavior of these users on the online platform will also vary. By analyzing the user behavior of the online platform of the user over a period of time, corresponding portrait data can be generated for the user from a plurality of different aspects, and the portrait data can reflect some characteristics of the user, namely different points among different users. According to the method and the device, the user portrait data capable of reflecting different characteristics of the user are analyzed, the user is divided into different user types, and the task to be executed suitable for the user is configured for different users according to the user types, so that the service provided by the online platform for the user is more targeted, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, for a user of an internet online platform, the user portrait data of the user on the internet online platform is collected, the user is divided into different user types according to the user portrait data, and different tasks to be executed are configured for different users according to the different user types. Through the above mode of the embodiment of the present disclosure, on one hand, the task to be executed of the user is configurable; on the other hand, the task to be executed configured for the user is related to the portrait data of the user, namely the task to be executed which the user prefers to accept is configured, so that the flexibility of platform operation on the Internet is improved, different requirements of different user types are considered, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step S102 of determining the user type according to the user portrait data further includes the following steps S201 to S202:
in step S201, determining a user liveness from the user representation data;
in step S202, the user type is determined based at least on the user activity.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, the user representation data may include data that identifies behavioral characteristics of the user's online platform, such as user A frequently browsing the online platform, user B frequently ordering the online platform, user C rarely opens the online platform, and so forth. User liveness, whether the user is active on the online platform, may thus be determined by the user representation data. The activity of the user on-line platform can be measured according to one or more of the data such as the browsing frequency of the user opening the on-line platform, the time spent in each browsing, the ordering frequency of the user, and the like.
Since the user type in this embodiment is related to the user activity of the user on the online platform, the user type can be determined according to the user activity. For example, a user who has not placed a bill after registration may be determined as a new user, a user who has placed a bill on the online upper platform after registration may be determined as an old user, and a user who has placed a bill but has not placed a bill for a long time may be determined as a reflow user; it is also possible to determine a user who purchased member service among old users as a member user, and a user who did not purchase member service as a non-member user, etc. The user type division principle may be specifically determined according to the actual service provided by the online platform, and is not limited herein.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and configuring user rewards for completing the tasks to be executed at least according to the user types.
In the optional implementation manner, after the task to be executed is configured for the user according to the user type, the user reward which can be obtained after the user completes the task to be executed can be configured, so that the enthusiasm of the user for completing the task to be executed is improved. The user reward may be determined according to characteristics of the online platform, for example, the user reward may be a member trial providing the user for a period of time without charge, or an online resource additionally allocated to the user (for example, the online platform purchasing goods may reward the user with an online resource such as a red envelope), and the like.
In some embodiments, different tasks to be performed may be configured for different user types, and different user rewards upon completion of the tasks to be performed may be configured for users of different user types. For example, for a non-member user on a take-away catering platform, the configured task to be executed may be to place N more orders, where N is greater than or equal to 1; the corresponding user reward can serve for free members trying for one month; for the member user, the configured task to be executed can be to issue an M list, wherein M is greater than or equal to 1; and the corresponding user reward may be a red pack reward, a coupon, etc.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of configuring, according to at least the user type, a user reward for completing the task to be performed further includes the following steps:
and configuring user rewards for completing the tasks to be executed according to the user types and the user preference data.
In this alternative implementation, user preference data may be considered in addition to the user type when configuring the user reward for completing the task to be performed. The user preference data may also be obtained by statistical analysis of behavior data of the online platform of the user, for example, the user preference data may be determined by behavior data of the user, such as searching, browsing, collecting, clicking, purchasing products operated by the online platform, and the like, and by user's preference for resources provided by the past online platform. In order to be able to incentivize the user to complete the task to be performed to a greater extent, the most appropriate user reward may be selected for the user based on the user preference data. For example, if a user of a take-out dining platform frequently clicks on a store but never purchases food, then the user's price for food that is more important can be determined from this user behavior data, and thus the user can be configured with a red envelope award for the store.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and displaying the task to be executed and/or the user reward on a user page.
In this optional implementation manner, after the online platform configures the task to be executed and/or the corresponding user reward for the user according to the user type, the task to be executed and/or the user reward may be displayed on a user page, for example, after the user opens the client, the task to be executed and/or the user reward is displayed in a position where a top page is conspicuous, or is displayed in a pop-up dialog box. After seeing the task to be executed and/or the user reward, the user can execute the task according to the self requirement, and the online platform can monitor whether the user completes the task in real time.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes the following steps:
and in response to detecting the event of completing the task to be executed, binding the user reward to a user account.
In this optional implementation, the online platform may monitor the user behavior in real time, and after the task to be executed is configured for the user, the online platform may monitor whether the user completes the task to be executed according to the user behavior. And when the user finishes the task to be executed, binding the user reward corresponding to the task to be executed to the user account, and informing the user in a mode of popping up a dialog box and the like. The user can log in the own account to view and use the user reward.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of an application scenario for showing configured tasks to be performed and user rewards for a takeaway dining platform user according to an embodiment of the disclosure. As can be seen from fig. 3, the task to be executed configured for the user is "full 3 orders again", and the completion deadline countdown of the task and the prompt information of the completed task and the uncompleted task are also shown below the task to be executed that is shown again; meanwhile, the display page also displays user rewards for the tasks to be executed, including '1 month super membership' and 'quality alliance red package', and rule descriptions and the like are noted under the user rewards.
In an optional implementation of the embodiment, the user reward includes at least one of a membership reward and a red pack reward.
In this alternative implementation, the member reward may be a free trial reward for member services in the online platform. While free trials of the member service are typically on an expirable basis. The member services provided by the online platform usually have some attractive member benefits, and the user can enjoy the member benefits during the trial of the member services. The red envelope reward can directly withhold cash when the online platform consumes, so that the user can obtain products operated by the online platform at a lower price than the conventional price. In some embodiments, only the member awards may be configured for some types of users, only the red pack awards may be configured for other types of users, and both the member awards and the red pack awards may be configured for still other types of users, which may be determined according to practical situations and is not limited herein.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.

In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the second configuration module includes:
a configuration submodule configured to configure a user reward for completing the task to be performed based at least on the user type and user preference data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
a presentation module configured to present the task to be performed and/or the user reward on a user page.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
a response module configured to bind the user reward to a user account in response to detecting the event of completing the task to be performed.
