Wherein, if the advertisement click of the promotion channel is completely matched with the order placing product (for example, the SKU bound on the advertisement material clicked by the user a at a certain time is completely matched with the SKU placed by the user a), the correlation degree of the order product and the promoted product belongs to the direct order. If the advertisement click is strongly related to the order placing commodity (for example, the SKU bound on the advertisement material clicked by the user A and the SKU placed by the user A belong to the same commodity but different in style or color), the correlation degree of the order commodity and the promoted commodity belongs to an indirect order, and in addition, different strategies can be provided for different types of advertisers for strong correlation evaluation. If there is no strong correlation between the ad click and the placed item (e.g., user A clicks on the SKU bound in the ad material at a time, there is no strong correlation with the SKU placed by user A), then the correlation of the item in the order with the promoted item belongs to the affected order. Generally, the correlation degree is not in the case of a direct order or an indirect order, and is considered to affect the order.
The on-screen click refers to that the same user equipment is used for order placing and the click on the promotion channel, and the cross-screen click refers to that different user equipment is used for order placing and the click on the promotion channel.
In an embodiment, when determining the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the determination rule according to the correlation between the commodities in the order and the commodities in each promotion channel, the category information and the click type of the click data of each promotion channel, the source promotion channel may be determined according to the following determination rule: the priority of the on-screen click is higher than that of the cross-screen click; the priority of the correlation degree between the order commodities and the commodities in the promotion channel is as follows: direct order > indirect order > affects orders, with the order commodity having a higher priority with the store than the cross-store commodity with the commodity of the promotion channel clicked. And judging according to the priority principle, finding the advertisement click of the promotion channel closest to the order-placing time, and taking the promotion channel as a source promotion channel.
The click time, the category of the click data, the click type and the judgment sequence between the commodity in the order and the commodity in the promotion channel can be flexibly set, for example, the click data are preferably sorted according to the click time, a plurality of (specific numerical values can be customized) click data in the front are taken according to the sorting of the click data, whether the on-screen click exists or not is judged, the on-screen click has a higher priority than the cross-screen click principle, the click data are selected, the correlation between the order commodity in the selected click data and the promoted commodity is judged again, the screening is continued according to the principle that the direct order > indirect order > influences the order, whether the on-screen click exists or not is judged finally, and one click data is finally selected according to the principle that the priority of the on-screen shop is higher than the cross-shop, so that the promotion channel is determined.
It should be noted that the determination rule in the embodiment of the present invention may be flexibly set and adjusted according to the business needs, and is not limited to the determination manner described in the above example.
In another embodiment, the determining, according to the relevancy between the commodity in the order and the commodity in each promotion channel, the category information and the click type of the click data of each promotion channel, the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the determination rule may specifically include: filtering the click data of each promotion channel according to a filtering rule, and taking the filtered click data as effective click data; and determining a promotion channel from each effective click data according to the judgment rule according to the correlation degree of the commodities in the order and the commodities in each promotion channel, the category information and the click type of the click data of each promotion channel, and taking the promotion channel as a source promotion channel corresponding to the order information.
The click data filtered out according to the filtering rules includes, for example, some invalid channel clicks, or swipe clicks, or click of advertisement in e-commerce platform, etc. The filtering rules may be adjusted according to business needs.
In another embodiment, after the click data of each promotion channel is filtered according to the filtering rule, the effective click data can be deduplicated and arranged in descending order according to the reporting time, and a promotion channel is determined from each effective click data according to the judgment rule according to the correlation degree of the commodities in the order and the commodities in each promotion channel, the category information and the click type of the click data of each promotion channel, and is used as the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information.
In an embodiment, determining the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the click data may specifically include: and determining a first source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the click data, judging whether the first source promotion channel is a preset type channel or not, and outputting a corresponding relation between the order information and the first source promotion channel under the condition that the first source promotion channel is the preset type channel.
It has been described above that the preset type channel may be an out-of-station broadcast channel, and therefore, in some business scenarios, it is necessary to specifically perform source tracking on orders of the out-of-station broadcast channel and output a corresponding relationship between the orders and the corresponding out-of-station broadcast channel. And will not be described in detail herein.
In an embodiment, when the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information cannot be determined according to the order following identifier or according to the click data, the order information may be further added to a delay queue, the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information is determined at regular time, and when the execution time reaches a preset time threshold value, the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information is not determined yet, and the order information is deleted from the order set to be subjected to source tracking.
For example, the delay queue is set to execute the determination of the source promotion channel corresponding to the order information once every 5 minutes, and if the determination of the source promotion channel is not yet determined according to the order information after 15 minutes, the order information is discarded and no source tracking is performed on the order information.
The embodiment of the invention determines the source popularization channel corresponding to the order information through the order following identification or the click data, thereby overcoming the defects that the prior art can not count the complex and deeper pages of the APP, the order path is longer, the correlation between part of order following events and the order is weaker, and the like.
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an order source tracking process according to an embodiment of the invention.
Taking the tracking of the order source of a certain e-commerce platform as an example, the tracking process of the order source includes the following steps S301 to S314.
Step S301: an order set of the merchant platform is obtained, and step S302 to step S314 are executed for each order in the order set.
Step S302: and judging whether the order has an order following identifier, if so, executing the step S303, otherwise, executing the step S305.
Step S303: and judging whether the order following identification of the order indicates an in-station promotion channel, if so, ending the source tracking process of the order, and otherwise, executing the step S304.
In the service scenario of this embodiment, it is necessary to perform source tracking on orders of the out-of-station broadcast channel, and output a corresponding relationship between the orders and the corresponding out-of-station broadcast channel, so that when an order source is tracked as an in-station broadcast channel, the source tracking of the order is finished.
Step S304: and determining the order source as the station-based advertising channel indicated by the order-following identification.
Step S305: and searching each associated identifier which is matched with the user identifier and meets the preset conditions according to the user identifier in the order, wherein the associated identifiers comprise a user equipment identifier and a list following identifier, and the user equipment identifier and the list following identifier are determined when the user accesses the e-commerce platform.
Step S306: and determining user equipment used when the user accesses the E-commerce platform through each promotion channel according to the searched association identifiers.

It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the sequences of the steps S308, S309, and S310 may be interchanged with each other.
The browsing and shopping scenes of the current user are multi-terminal fusion scenes of a PC (personal computer), a mobile phone H5 page (a mobile terminal web page) and an APP (application program), and the embodiment of the invention provides a more flexible and complete cross-terminal and cross-screen order-following method, accurately counts an order source entrance and tracks the source of the order.
For example, scenario one: a user firstly clicks a link of a pushing hand (namely, a promoter) A on a mobile phone, browses commodities in an M station, does not click other pushing hand links in the middle, and finally places an order on other platforms, such as an APP or a PC end or other M station browsers.
Scene two: the method comprises the steps that a pusher A and a pusher B share a link for the same commodity, a consumer firstly clicks the link of the pusher A on a mobile phone, browses the commodity at an M station, then opens the link of the pusher B at a PC end, continuously browses the commodity, and finally places an order in a browser at the mobile phone end.
The order source tracking process of embodiments of the present invention may be more clearly understood by those skilled in the art in conjunction with the following specific example.
The user equipment used when the user accesses the e-commerce platform through each promotion channel is assumed to be: the popularization channels of the H-brand mobile phone and the P-brand computer are respectively a channel 1, a channel 2 and a channel 3, wherein the commodity popularized by the channel 1 is a blue G brand toothbrush, the commodity popularized by the channel 2 is a yellow G brand toothbrush, and the commodity popularized by the channel 3 is an S brand toning lotion. And (3) in a preset time period, such as the last day, a user accesses the page of the e-commerce platform from the three channels through the H-brand mobile phone respectively, and finally places an order A through the P-brand computer, wherein the commodity in the order A is the blue G brand toothbrush.
Because the user enters the e-commerce platform page for placing an order on the P-brand computer not through an advertisement link of a promotion channel, only the user equipment identification is contained in the order information, and the order-following identification is not contained. Then, according to the user identifier in the order, the associated identifier matched with the user identifier can be found, taking the example that the user enters the page of the e-commerce platform through the blue G brand toothbrush advertisement link of the channel 1, the click data comprises the order following identifier indicating the channel 1 and the equipment identifier of the H-brand mobile phone, the order following identifier and the equipment identifier are the associated identifiers, and the associated identifier can be matched through the user identifier. And then determining that the equipment used by the user for accessing the E-commerce platform page through the promotion channel is an H-brand mobile phone and a P-brand computer according to the associated identification.
And acquiring all click data of the user on each channel of the E-commerce platform on the H-brand mobile phone and the P-brand computer within one day, namely acquiring the click data of the H-brand mobile phone clicking the three channels.
Because the click data belong to cross-screen click and belong to the same priority, and in addition, because the commodity in the order is blue G brand toothbrush, the commodity is completely consistent with the commodity in the channel 1, and the shops are G brand shops, the correlation degree of the commodity and the commodity popularized in the channel 1 is the direct order of which the commodity is the channel 1. Since the product is strongly correlated with the product of channel 2 (the store is brand G, the product type is toothbrush, but the color is different), the product is an indirect order for channel 2. Since the item is not related to the item in channel 3, but the user clicks through channel 3, the item is an order for channel 3.
Direct orders > indirect orders > affect orders according to relevance priority, so the order is attributed to channel 1.
The advertisement click directly tracked according to the associated identification in the order information is a direct identification click, the advertisement click found according to the associated identification expanded by the user identification is an expanded identification click, the expanded identification click is regarded as a cross-screen click, identification can be carried out in the order, and follow-up statistics is facilitated. For example, in the above example, order a is placed at the PC side, but click data of the channel is generated at the APP side, and belongs to cross-screen placing of the user, and the order is placed with the expanded click mark.
FIG. 4 is a flow diagram illustrating an order source determination process according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the User X places a single commodity D, obtains the recorded mapping relationship between the User PIN and the IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) or the IDFA and the like through the User mapping table (User mapping table), determines each User equipment used by the User, and further acquiring click data of the user on the promotion channel of the e-commerce platform on each user equipment, such as advertisement click A, advertisement click B and advertisement click C … …, according to the determination rule of the embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the correlation between the determined order and the products promoted in advertisement click a, advertisement click B, and advertisement click C corresponds to the influence order, indirect order, and influence order … …, and according to the judgment rules of direct order, indirect order, intermediate page, out-of-station, cash, non-cash, closest click time and the like, the order is finally attributed to a certain advertisement click. It should be noted that the determination rule in the embodiment of the present invention is merely an example, and does not limit the scope of the present invention.
FIG. 5 is a block diagram of an information tracking device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, an information tracking apparatus 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes an obtaining module 501 and a source determining module 502.
The obtaining module 501 is configured to obtain a parameter and a user identifier in the object operation information, where the parameter is generated when the operation user accesses the object providing platform, and is added to the object operation information after the operation user performs the object operation.
A source determining module 502, configured to determine, according to the tracking identifier, a source display page corresponding to the object operation information when the parameter includes the tracking identifier; and under the condition that the parameters do not include the tracking identification, determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user identification, acquiring click data of each display page by each user equipment, and determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the click data.
The source determination module 502 may include a user device determination submodule to: according to the user identification, finding out each associated identification which is matched with the user identification and meets the preset conditions, wherein the associated identification is generated when an operation user accesses an object providing platform through a display page; and determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user equipment identification in the associated identification.
The user equipment determining submodule searches out each associated identifier which is matched with the user identifier and accords with the preset condition according to the user identifier in the following mode: according to the user identification, finding out the associated identification which is matched with the user identification and meets one or more of the following conditions: the associated identification is generated in a preset time range before and after the object operation; the associated identifier is currently in an effective state; the associated identifiers are preset numbers of associated identifiers which are arranged in front according to a time sequence in the associated identifiers matched with the user identifiers.
The source determining module 502 may further include a source presentation page determining sub-module for: acquiring click data of each user equipment to each display page within a preset time period; comparing object information and user equipment information in the click data and the object operation information to determine the correlation degree of the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of each click data, wherein the category information comprises on-screen click and cross-screen click, and the click type indicates whether the object in the object operation and the object in the display page correspond to the same shop or not; and determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the relevance between the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of the click data of each display page and the judgment rule.
The source display page determining submodule determines a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the relevance between the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of the click data of each display page and a judgment rule, and the method comprises the following steps: the source display page determining submodule filters the click data of each display page according to a filtering rule, and the filtered click data is used as effective click data; and determining a display page from each effective click data according to the judgment rule and the relevance between the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of the click data of each display page, and taking the display page as a source display page corresponding to the object operation information.
The determining, by the source determining module 502, a source display page corresponding to the object operation information may specifically include: the source determining module 502 determines a first source display page corresponding to the object operation information, and determines whether the first source display page is a preset type display page, and outputs a corresponding relationship between the object operation information and the first source display page when the first source display page is the preset type display page.
The information tracking device 500 may further include an exception handling module to: and under the condition that the source display page corresponding to the object operation information cannot be determined according to the tracking identifier or according to the click data, adding the object operation information into a delay queue, and periodically executing the determination of the source display page corresponding to the object operation information, and when the execution times reach a preset time threshold value, if the source display page corresponding to the object operation information is not determined yet, deleting the object operation information from an object operation information set to be subjected to source tracking.
In addition, the detailed implementation of the information tracking device in the embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail in the above information tracking method, and therefore, the repeated description is not repeated here.
Fig. 6 shows an exemplary system architecture 600 to which the information tracing method or the information tracing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture 600 may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. Network 604 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 to interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping applications, web browser applications, search applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 605 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (for example only) providing support for shopping websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 601, 602, 603. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, target push information, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the information tracking method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 605, and accordingly, the information tracking apparatus is generally disposed in the server 605.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 7, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 700 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device or server of an embodiment of the present application. The terminal device or the server shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 7, the computer system 700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)701, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from a storage section 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 700 are also stored. The CPU 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other via a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 705: an input portion 706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 710 is also connected to the I/O interface 705 as needed. A removable medium 711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 708 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 709, and/or installed from the removable medium 711. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In this application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: acquiring parameters and user identification in object operation information, wherein the parameters are generated when an operation user accesses an object providing platform and are added into the object operation information after the operation user performs object operation; determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the tracking identifier under the condition that the parameter comprises the tracking identifier; and under the condition that the parameters do not include tracking identifiers, determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user identifiers, acquiring click data of each display page by each user equipment, and determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the click data.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the parameters and the user identification in the order information are obtained, wherein the parameters are generated when the order placing user accesses the order placing platform and are added into the order information after the order placing user places an order; under the condition that the parameters comprise the order following identification, determining a source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the order following identification; and under the condition that the parameter does not include the order following identification, determining user equipment used by an order placing user for accessing the order placing platform through each promotion channel according to the user identification, acquiring click data of each user equipment to each promotion channel, and determining a source promotion channel corresponding to the order information according to the acquired click data. The method can more flexibly and completely cross the terminal, cross the screen and follow the order, accurately count the order source entrance, truly restore the order placing source of the user, and overcome the defects that the complex and deeper page of the APP cannot be counted, the order path is longer, the relevance between part of the order following events and the order is weaker, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. An information tracking method, comprising:
acquiring parameters and user identification in object operation information, wherein the parameters are generated when an operation user accesses an object providing platform and are added into the object operation information after the operation user performs object operation;
determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the tracking identifier under the condition that the parameter comprises the tracking identifier;
and under the condition that the parameters do not include tracking identifiers, determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user identifiers, acquiring click data of each display page by each user equipment, and determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the click data.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining, according to the user identifier, user equipment used by the operating user when accessing the object providing platform through each display page includes:
searching for each associated identifier which is matched with the user identifier and meets a preset condition according to the user identifier, wherein the associated identifier is generated when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through the display page;
and determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user equipment identification in the associated identification.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the finding out each associated identifier matching the user identifier and meeting a preset condition according to the user identifier comprises:
according to the user identification, finding out the associated identification which is matched with the user identification and meets one or more of the following conditions: the association identification is generated in a preset time range before and after the object operation; the associated identifier is in a valid state currently; the associated identifiers are preset numbers of associated identifiers which are arranged in front according to a time sequence in the associated identifiers matched with the user identifiers.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining click data of each user equipment on each presentation page, and determining a source presentation page corresponding to the object operation information according to the click data comprises:
acquiring click data of each user equipment to each display page within a preset time period;
comparing object information and user equipment information in the click data and the object operation information to determine the correlation degree of the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of each click data, wherein the category information comprises on-screen click and cross-screen click, and the click type indicates whether the object in the object operation and the object in the display page correspond to the same shop;

filtering the click data of each display page according to a filtering rule, and taking the filtered click data as effective click data;
and determining a display page from the effective click data according to the judgment rule and the relevance between the object in the object operation and the object in each display page, the category information and the click type of the click data of each display page, and taking the display page as a source display page corresponding to the object operation information.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the source presentation page corresponding to the object operation information includes:
determining a first source display page corresponding to the object operation information, judging whether the first source display page is a preset type display page, and outputting a corresponding relation between the object operation information and the first source display page under the condition that the first source display page is the preset type display page.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the source display page corresponding to the object operation information cannot be determined according to the tracking identifier or the click data, adding the object operation information to a delay queue, executing the source display page corresponding to the object operation information at regular time, and deleting the object operation information from an object operation information set to be subjected to source tracking if the source display page corresponding to the object operation information is not determined when the execution times reach a preset time threshold.
8. An information tracking apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring parameters and user identifications in object operation information, the parameters are generated when an operation user accesses an object providing platform, and are added into the object operation information after the operation user performs object operation;
the source determining module is used for determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the tracking identifier under the condition that the parameter comprises the tracking identifier; and under the condition that the parameters do not include tracking identifiers, determining user equipment used when the operation user accesses the object providing platform through each display page according to the user identifiers, acquiring click data of each display page by each user equipment, and determining a source display page corresponding to the object operation information according to the click data.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method recited in any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
