Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In various platforms such as an online shopping platform and a video playing platform, in the prior art, relatively single information is mainly pushed, for example, the online shopping platform pushes commodity information, and the video playing platform pushes video. However, whether the platform is an online shopping platform or a video playing platform, a variety of user rights and interests information can be provided, such as a free fare ticket of a VIP user, a money voucher specific to the VIP user, a full discount ticket of all users, a birthday gift, a virtual article, an old and new product, a movie money voucher specific to the VIP user and watched online, a membership coupon, a video watching coupon, a gift certificate which can be exchanged by a user with a growth value, and the like. That is, the user right information is information on rights possessed or information on offers obtained when purchasing a product or watching a video.
Fig. 1 is a schematic main flow chart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the information push method may include the following steps:
step S101: receiving an access request sent by a terminal, wherein the access request indicates terminal characteristic information;
the terminal feature information may include user information such as a user account, a Personal identification number (pin) of a terminal user, and the like, and may also be information of the terminal itself such as a brand, a model, and the like of the terminal.
The terminal can be a mobile terminal, a computer, etc. The terminal may send an access request through the client app or web page.
Step S102: acquiring various user right information matched with the terminal characteristic information from one or more service servers;
the business server is a server for providing business services for users, such as an order management server, a shopping cart management server, a commodity management server, a virtual game server, such as a server for farm games, pasture games, and the like, a member management server, and the like in an e-commerce platform, all of which manage and provide some user rights to the users, for example, the member management server provides member freight free tickets, member exclusive ownership tickets, and the like, and the commodity management server provides old and new rights according to terminal models.
Step S103: evaluating the priority of various user rights and interests information;
the evaluation process is mainly based on the matching degree or similarity between the user interest information and the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait, and the priority of the user interest information is determined. For example, if the matching degree or similarity between the user interest information and the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait is high, the priority of the user interest information is high. The user behavior characteristics and the user portrait can be obtained through the existing characteristic acquisition or characteristic extraction device or system. The specific evaluation process will be described in detail below, and will not be described in detail here.
Step S104: and pushing the user right information to the terminal based on the priorities of the various user right information indicated by the evaluation result and a preset pushing strategy.
The push strategy can be correspondingly set according to the user requirements, so that the information push can be flexibly configured according to the user requirements.
The user right information can be pushed to the terminal by recalling the user right information from the service end.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, multiple types of user right information matched with the terminal feature information indicated by the access request are acquired from one or more service servers, the priorities of the multiple types of user right information are evaluated, priorities of the multiple types of user right information are obtained, and subsequently, the user right information is pushed to a terminal of a user through the priorities of the user right information and a push policy, so that the user right information can be pushed to the user according to user requirements, so that the pushed information is diversified, and user experience is improved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, after the step S102, the information pushing method may further include the following steps:
step S201: aiming at each kind of user right information, coding the user right information according to a service server from which the user right information is sourced and the right type included by the user right information;
generally, the user interest information obtained from the service end is not complete user interest information, but the number of the interest type used by the service end to manage the user interest information. Wherein, different service terminals have different entitlement type numbering rules. The step S201 can perform standardized management on the user right information of different service servers.
The coding structure can be customized according to user requirements. For example, the code is 7 digits, the first three digits of the code represent a service end, and the last four digits of the code represent a rights and interests type. The color of the code can also be set, for example, the color of the first three digits is blue, the color of the last four digits is red, and the like. For example, if the code of the member management server is 101, and the code of the interest type of the member exclusive transport free ticket from the member management server is 1100, the code corresponding to the user interest information is 1011100.
Step S202: and evaluating the priority of the codes corresponding to the various user right information.
The user rights information can be conveniently and uniformly managed by uniformly coding the user rights information. In addition, since various user right information originates from different service terminals, and the structure and expression manner thereof are different, if the priority of the various user right information is directly evaluated, different processing needs to be performed on the user right information originating from different service terminals, which requires a relatively large resource overhead and consumes a relatively long time. Compared with the method for directly evaluating the priority of the multiple user rights and interests information, the method for evaluating the priority of the codes corresponding to the multiple user rights and interests information can process the codes corresponding to the multiple user rights and interests information in the same information processing mode, reduce resource cost and effectively reduce evaluation time.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the information pushing method may further include: carrying out standardized coding on each user interest type stored by each service server in advance, and constructing a mapping relation between the user interest type and a standardized coding result; accordingly, the specific implementation of step S201 may include: and mapping corresponding codes for the rights types included in the user rights information according to the mapping relation.
For example, the constructed mapping relationship is as follows: entitlement 1 maps to code 1, entitlement 2 maps to code 2, entitlement 3 maps to code 3, entitlement 4 maps to code 4, … …. If the various user right information obtained from one or more service servers are respectively: equity 1, equity 2, equity 3, then the mapping result: code 1, code 2, and code 3.
Data isolation between the service server and the device or server for pushing the rights and interests can be realized through the mapping relation, namely the device or server for pushing the rights and interests can be connected with the service server, and user rights and interests information with various structures provided by the service server can be processed in a standardized mode, so that the user rights and interests information can be processed quickly and efficiently.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the information pushing method may further include: aggregating codes corresponding to multiple kinds of user right information matched with the access request into a right list; accordingly, the specific implementation of step S202 may include: the priority of the encodings in the equity list is evaluated.
For example, if the various user right information matched with the access request are right 1, right 2 and right 3, and the mapped codes are code 1, code 2 and code 3, respectively, the structure of the codes aggregated into a right list may include: [ code 1, code 2, and code 3], it is to be noted that the structure may be in the form of a table. Terminal characteristic information, such as [ terminal characteristic information, code 1, code 2, code 3], may also be included in the structure. The user right information corresponding to different terminal characteristic information can be managed standardly through the right list.
It should be noted that after determining the code corresponding to the user interest information and determining the priority and the pushing sequence of the code, the code is converted into the format of the user interest information that can be identified by the service server, so as to recall the user interest information from the service server and fill the recalled information in the corresponding display position.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the above specific implementation of evaluating priorities of a plurality of types of user right information may include the following steps:
step S301: determining user behavior characteristics and a user portrait corresponding to the terminal characteristic information;
the mode for determining the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait can be that the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait which are pre-stored and matched with the user characteristics are searched from the storage space according to the user characteristics, such as user identification, user pin and the like, included in the terminal characteristic information; or, according to the user characteristics such as user identification, user pin and the like included in the terminal characteristic information, searching the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait which are stored by the business server and matched with the user characteristics from one or more business servers.
Step S302: calculating the score of each user interest information based on the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait;
the process of calculating the score may employ a pre-constructed calculation model. The calculation model can be obtained by using an iterative Decision Tree algorithm (GBDT). Namely, a decision tree is constructed by utilizing the user interest information, the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait, so as to obtain the score of the user interest information based on the decision tree. The process of constructing the decision tree can be implemented by using the prior art. The user behavior characteristics and the user portrait selected for constructing the decision tree can be adjusted according to the service requirements, and all the user behavior characteristics and the user portrait of the user can be selected.
Step S303: and determining the priority of the user interest information according to the score of the user interest information.
Generally, the higher the score of the user entitlement information, the higher the priority of the user entitlement information. Therefore, the user right information may be prioritized from high to low in order of scores from high to low.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the push policy may include: under the condition that the information display position is vacant, sequentially judging whether the touch information corresponding to the stored user rights information reaches the preset filtering condition according to the priority sequence of the various user rights information, if so, filtering the user rights information, and finishing the current process; otherwise, executing the step of pushing the user right information. Wherein, the preset filtering condition may include: the touch times in the current time interval included in the touch information reach a preset time threshold.
Such as: the priority of the user interest information is in the order from high to low: equity 1, equity 2, and equity 3. Wherein, the reach information of the right 1 provides the display position of the right 1 and the time of clicking for the user clicking, and the filtering condition corresponding to the right 1 is as follows: the touch times in the time interval 1 reach a preset time threshold A, the touch times in the time interval 2 reach a preset time threshold B and the like; the touch information of the right 2 is the time for the user to receive the right 2 and the receiving time, and the filtering condition corresponding to the right 2 is as follows: the touch times in the time interval 3 reach a preset time threshold C, the touch times in the time interval 4 reach a preset time threshold D, and the like; the reach information of the interest 3 is the time when the user uses the interest 3 in shopping or watching the video and the time when the user purchases or watches the video, the reach times in the time interval 5 reach a preset time threshold value E, the reach times in the time interval 6 reach a preset time threshold value F, and the like.
If the interest 1 receives the click at the current time, and the current time belongs to the time interval 1, counting the total number of clicks received by the interest 1 in the time interval 1, if the total number reaches a time threshold A, directly filtering the interest 1, and then judging the interest 2; if the total number is less than the time number threshold A, the user interest information of the interest 1 is filled in the display position.
And if the display bit of the user interest information is still vacant, continuing to judge the interest 2. If the last receiving time of the right 2 belongs to a time interval 4, counting the total receiving times of the right 2 in the time interval 4, if the total receiving times reaches a time threshold D, directly filtering the right 2, and then judging the right 3; and if the total number of the draws is smaller than the time number threshold value D, filling the user interest information of the interest 2 into the display position.
And if the display bit of the user interest information is still vacant, continuing to judge the interest 3. If the last shopping time or video watching time of the interest 3 belongs to the time interval 6, counting the total shopping times or video watching times of the interest 3 in the time interval 6, if the total shopping times or video watching times reach a time threshold F, directly filtering the interest 3, and then judging the subsequent interest; and if the total number of the draws is smaller than the time number threshold value F, filling the user interest information of the interest 3 into the display position.
It should be noted that, in the process of displaying the user right information according to the priority, for some user-set user right information that needs to be displayed, the highest-level priority may be directly configured to ensure that the user right information that needs to be displayed is displayed. In addition, the process of judging whether the touch information corresponding to the stored user right information reaches the preset filtering condition can be skipped for the user right information which needs to be displayed, and the user right information is directly displayed at the display position.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the information pushing method may further include: and responding to the trigger of the terminal aiming at the pushed user right information, acquiring the trigger information, and caching the trigger information. The management and statistics of the triggering or operation of various user rights and interests information are realized. The acquisition triggering information can be acquired in a point burying mode. The acquired reach information can be transferred to a database such as a hive database through the MQ, and the reach information of the user can be calculated through an offline task and updated to the cache cloud.
For clearly explaining the information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the e-commerce platform is taken as an example for pushing the right information. As shown in fig. 4, the information pushing method may include the following steps:
step S400: the information pushing device pre-constructs a mapping relation between various user right information and standardized codes of a plurality of service terminals;
in this step, the mapping relationship between the user right information and the standardized codes specifically means the mapping relationship between the numbers allocated by the service end to the user right types corresponding to the user right information and the standardized codes, for example, if the service end a is the number 1001 allocated by the user right type of the right 1, the standardized code corresponding to the service end a is 101, and the standardized code corresponding to the number 1001 of the user right type is 1100, then the standardized code of the right 1 is 1011100.
Step S401: the information pushing device stores the mapping relation into a preset bottom layer pool for storage;
step S402: the terminal sends an access request to the service server and the information pushing device respectively;
step S403: the information pushing device acquires various user right information matched with the terminal characteristic information from one or more service servers according to the terminal characteristic information indicated by the access request;
step S404: the information pushing device acquires a code corresponding to each user right information from the bottom layer pool according to the mapping relation;
step S405: the information pushing device calculates the scores of the codes corresponding to the user interest information based on the user behavior characteristics and the user figures corresponding to the terminal characteristic information;
this step is implemented using a pre-constructed decision tree.
Step S406: the information pushing device determines the priority of each user interest information according to the coded score corresponding to each user interest information;
step S407: the information pushing device sequentially judges whether the touch information corresponding to the stored user right information reaches the preset filtering condition according to the priority sequence of the user right information, and if so, the step S408 is executed; otherwise, executing step S409;
the touch times in the current time interval included in the touch information reach a preset time threshold.
Step S408: the information pushing device directly filters the user right information and ends the current process;
step S409: the information pushing device pushes the user right information to the terminal and ends the current process.
Step S410: and the service server sends data corresponding to the access request to the terminal.
The data corresponding to the access request can be video data displayed by a video client, shopping commodities displayed by a shopping client and the like.
