Abstract

本发明公开了一种超微孔吸音板,其包含面层、基材以及吸声层;其中面层上紧密分布有超微孔,超微孔贯穿面层;基材由阻燃材料制成,且其上阵列分布有若干通孔,通孔与落在其外轮廓范围内的超微孔连通;吸声层由吸声材料制成;面层及吸声层分别贴合固定在基材的两侧。本发明的超微孔吸音板基于空腔共振吸声原理,面层与吸声层覆盖在基材两侧,使得基材上的通孔变为具有超微进声口的共振空腔,可有效通过共振作用以及吸声层的吸声作用消解声波能量,达到较好的吸声效果,且构造简单,成本较低,适应于多功能厅、歌剧院、会议室、影院、礼堂、酒店、电视台、音乐厅、钢琴室、别墅或者家居生活中对声学效果有严格要求的场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸音板领域,特别是涉及一种超微孔吸音板。
背景技术
吸音板是一种常用的吸声装饰材料,不仅可以起到吸声作用,还可起到装饰的作用,常用于家居、商场、教室等场合,市面上现有的吸音板的结构一般较为简单,可起到简单的吸声作用,但是无法用于多功能厅、歌剧院、会议室、影院、礼堂、酒店、电视台、音乐厅、钢琴室等对于吸声要求较高的场合,适用于这些场合的吸音板往往结构复杂、价格昂贵。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种吸声效果好、且结构简单价格低的超微孔吸音板。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的超微孔吸音板,其包含:
面层,其上紧密分布有超微孔,所述超微孔贯穿所述面层;
基材,其由阻燃材料制成,且其上阵列分布有若干通孔,所述通孔与落在其外轮廓范围内的超微孔连通;及
吸声层,其由吸声材料制成;
所述面层及所述吸声层分别贴合固定在所述基材的两侧。
进一步地,所述通孔为条形孔,且所有的所述通孔在所述基材上规则阵列排列。
进一步地,所述基材厚于所述面层及所述吸声层。
进一步地,所有的所述超微孔均匀分布,所述超微孔的直径为0.5mm,且相邻孔之间的中心距为2.2mm。
进一步地,所述面层的材质为天然木皮或HPL板。
进一步地,所述基材的材质为阻燃环保高密度板或不燃环保无机复合板。
进一步地,所述吸声层的材质为吸声纸。
有益效果:本发明的超微孔吸音板基于空腔共振吸声原理,面层与吸声层覆盖在基材两侧,使得基材上的通孔变为具有超微进声口的共振空腔,可有效通过共振作用以及吸声层的吸声作用消解声波能量,达到较好的吸声效果,且构造简单,成本较低,适应于多功能厅、歌剧院、会议室、影院、礼堂、酒店、电视台、音乐厅、钢琴室、别墅或者家居生活中对声学效果有严格要求的场所。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如附图1与附图2所示的超微孔吸音板,其包含面层1、基材2以及吸声层3;其中面层1上紧密分布有超微孔11,所述超微孔11贯穿所述面层1;基材2由阻燃材料制成,且其上阵列分布有若干通孔21,所述通孔21与落在其外轮廓范围内的超微孔11连通;吸声层3由吸声材料制成;所述面层1及所述吸声层3分别贴合固定在所述基材2的两侧。每个通孔21可与面层1以及吸声层3形成较大的共振声腔,一边通过吸声层3的吸声作用,一边通过声波在共振声腔内产生共振效应使声波的能量消解。
所述通孔21为条形孔,且所有的所述通孔21在所述基材2上规则阵列排列,条形孔使得形成的共振声腔更科学,更有利于消解声波。且为了使空腔共振吸声效应的效果较好,所述通孔21的有效宽度数值以及有效长度数值均比所述超微孔11的直径数值高至少一个数量级。
所述基材2厚于所述面层1及所述吸声层3,这样可使共振声腔较大,更有利于共振声腔消解声波。
所有的所述超微孔11均匀分布,所述超微孔11的直径为0.5mm,且相邻孔之间的中心距为2.2mm。超微孔11的直径与孔中心距都非常小,只有靠近了才能看到,不仅可保持面层1材质的完整性,使得装饰效果好,而且可以使灰尘无法穿透面层1进入通孔21,防止灰尘堆积影响吸音效果,常用维持吸音性能。
所述面层1的材质为天然木皮或HPL板,其使得声学吸音板外表美观,装饰效果好,且其表面纹理在视觉上可有效遮盖超微孔11的存在,使得视觉具有整体感。
所述基材2的材质为阻燃环保高密度板(HDF板)或不燃环保无机复合板。如此声学吸音板还可起到防火作用,确保了在公共场合使用的安全性。
所述吸声层3的材质为吸声纸。

1.一种超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,其包含:
面层(1),其上紧密分布有超微孔(11),所述超微孔(11)贯穿所述面层(1);
基材(2),其由阻燃材料制成,且其上阵列分布有若干通孔(21),所述通孔(21)与落在其外轮廓范围内的超微孔(11)连通;及
吸声层(3),其由吸声材料制成;
所述面层(1)及所述吸声层(3)分别贴合固定在所述基材(2)的两侧。
2.由权利要求1所述的超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,所述通孔(21)为条形孔,且所有的所述通孔(21)在所述基材(2)上规则阵列排列。
3.由权利要求1所述的超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,所述基材(2)厚于所述面层(1)及所述吸声层(3)。
4.由权利要求1所述的超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,所有的所述超微孔(11)均匀分布,所述超微孔(11)的直径为0.5mm,且相邻孔之间的中心距为2.2mm。
5.由权利要求1所述的超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,所述面层(1)的材质为天然木皮或HPL板。
6.由权利要求1所述的超微孔吸音板,其特征在于,所述基材(2)的材质为阻燃环保高密度板或不燃环保无机复合板。
