Claims (10)
- 소음을 감쇠하는 흡음재에 있어서,닥나무의 껍질로부터 인피섬유를 추출하여, 상기 인피섬유를 각 층이 규칙적 으로 교차하거나 불규칙하게 적층하고 압축하여 다수의 공극이 형성되도록 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 적층은풀, 송진 또는 수성 에멀션 중 하나 이상의 천연 성분의 접착제를 이용하여 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 규칙적으로 교차하여 적층하는 것은,상기 인피섬유를 각 층이 가로층과 세로층이 순서대로 배열되도록 적층하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불규칙하게 적층하는 것은,상기 닥나무의 껍질에서 추출한 인피섬유를 배열되지 않은 부직포 형태로 압 축하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡음재는 양측 면이 평평한 패널 형태로 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡음재는 일측면에 구면 또는 비구면의 볼록한 돌기가 다수 형성된 패널형태로 압축되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡음재는 일측면에 원통형의 동공이 다수 형성된 패널 형태로 압축되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 제 4항 내지 제 6항에 있어서,저주파 소음의 감쇠를 위해 상기 흡음재의 일 측면에 베니어판 또는 석고판을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널.
- 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,닥나무를 5시간 이상 증기로 찌는 제 1단계;상기 증기로 찐 닥나무에서 껍질을 벗기는 제 2단계;상가 닥나무의 껍질을 3~4시간 가량 삶고 10시간 이상 뜸을 들여 인피섬유를 추출하는 제 3단계;상기 인피섬유를 흐르는 물에 담가 인피섬유의 섬유가닥을 고정시키는 제 4단계;상기 고정된 인피섬유를 각 층이 규칙적으로 교차하거나 불규칙하게 적층하는 제 5단계; 및상기 적층된 인피섬유를 압축하여 패널로 제조하는 제 6단계를 포함하여 구성되는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 제 5단계는,상기 인피섬유를 각 층이 가로층과 세로층이 순서대로 배열되도록 규칙적으로 교차하여 적층하거나, 배열되지 않은 부직포 형태 불규칙하게 적층하는 것을 특 징으로하는 닥나무 껍질을 이용한 다공성 흡음패널 제조방법.
