In an embodiment, after the basket 4 is put, the voice prompt "please scan the next item" may be given.
And step S610, goods baskets 4 on the check grillwork are put down by the rotation of the check grillwork roller 2.
Specifically, the article basket 4 is moved by rotating the review shelf roller 2 of the review shelf 1, so as to realize the lower shelving of the article basket 4 on the review shelf 1.
In step S611, the lower basket 4 is conveyed to the next address through the rail.
In an embodiment, the off-shelf baskets 4 may be transported to the next address by a transport mechanism, for example: the next address is the packing station.
Preferably, the article baskets 4 on the check shelf 1 are shelved by sliding the check shelf 1 to be connected with the conveying mechanism and then rotating the check shelf rollers 2 of the check shelf 1 to move the article baskets 4 to the conveying mechanism, and the shelved article baskets 4 are transferred to the next address by the conveying mechanism.
Fig. 7 is a review wall-based order review apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the review wall-based order review apparatus 700 includes a preparation module 701, a binding module 702, and a release module 703. The preparation module 701 stops the article basket 4 to a preset target position on the rechecking grillwork 1 through the rotation of the rechecking grillwork roller 2; wherein, the basket code 5 is obtained through the basket 4 of the recognizer 7 arranged on the track frame 3; and the check lattice 1 moves on the rail frame 3 to stop at a preset movement position. The binding module 702 obtains all order numbers in the collection sheet according to the container number corresponding to the collection sheet, and further binds the order numbers and the article basket codes 5. After the article basket 4 is put in the putting module 703, the article basket 4 on the check grid 1 is put down by the rotation of the check grid idler wheel 2; scanning the article codes in the container, and acquiring an order number comprising the article codes so as to acquire the number of the articles of which the order number corresponds to the article codes; and putting the article basket 4 according to the number of the articles prompted by the voice.
In the embodiment, the review wall comprises a review grid 1, review grid rollers 2, track racks 3, article baskets 4, article basket codes 5 and an identifier 7. The rechecking grillwork 1 is arranged on the track frame 3 and can slide on the track frame 3; the check grillwork 1 comprises a plurality of check grillwork rollers 2, and the article basket 4 is placed on the check grillwork 1. Further, a basket yard 5 is provided on the basket 4. Meanwhile, an identifier 7 is installed on the rail housing 3, and the identifier 7 can scan the basket code 5 on the basket 4.
Preferably, the review wall further comprises review wall rollers 10, and the review wall rollers 10 are installed at the bottom end of the track frame 3, so that the track frame 3 can slide. In addition, the check wall also comprises a display 6 which is arranged on the track frame 3, and the display 6 can display the information of all the article baskets 4 on the check grid 1.
As a further embodiment, after the binding module 702 binds the order number and the basket code 5, the number of the items to be released can be displayed on the display screen corresponding to the basket 4 to which the order number is bound. Then, a voice prompt is given according to the number of the articles to put the article basket 4. The display screen 8 is attached to the check shelf 1 at a position corresponding to the article basket 4.
According to the above embodiment, the throwing module 703 may further light up the corresponding prompt or confirmation key 9 when the basket 4 is thrown according to the number of articles prompted by the voice, and press down the prompt or confirmation key 9 corresponding to the basket when the basket 4 is thrown, that is, the corresponding prompt or confirmation key 9 is turned off, and then light up the prompt or confirmation key 9 corresponding to the next basket 4 to be thrown. Wherein, a prompt or confirmation key 9 can be arranged at the position of the check grillwork 1 corresponding to the article basket 4. The prompt or confirmation key 9 corresponding to the article basket 5 to which the order number is bound is turned off, and is turned on to indicate that the article basket 4 needs to be loaded with articles.
In addition, the throwing module 703 may determine whether there are any articles in the container after the basket 4 is thrown. And according to the judgment result, if the goods number exists, continuing to scan the goods codes in the container, acquiring the order number comprising the goods codes so as to acquire the quantity of the goods with the order number corresponding to the goods codes, and putting the goods basket 4 according to the quantity of the goods prompted by the voice. If not, the article baskets 4 in the grid 1 will be checked for off-loading.
It should be noted that, the order rechecking method based on the rechecking wall and the order rechecking device based on the rechecking wall of the present invention have corresponding relationship in the specific implementation content, and therefore, the repeated content is not described again.
Fig. 8 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 800 of a review wall based order review method or review wall based order review apparatus to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 8, the system architecture 800 may include terminal devices 801, 802, 803, a network 804, and a server 805. The network 804 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 and the server 805. Network 804 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 to interact with a server 805 over a network 804 to receive or send messages or the like. The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may have installed thereon various communication client applications, such as shopping-like applications, web browser applications, search-like applications, instant messaging tools, mailbox clients, social platform software, etc. (by way of example only).
The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 805 may be a server that provides various services, such as a back-office management server (for example only) that supports shopping-like websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 801, 802, 803. The backend management server may analyze and perform other processing on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back a processing result (for example, target push information, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the order review method based on the review wall provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 805, and accordingly, the order review apparatus based on the review wall is generally disposed in the server 805.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 8 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 9, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 900 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the computer system 900 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)901 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage section 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. In the RAM903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are also stored. The CPU901, ROM902, and RAM903 are connected to each other via a bus 904. An input/output (I/O) interface 905 is also connected to bus 904.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are executed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 901.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor includes a preparation module, a binding module, and a delivery module. Wherein the names of the modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the module itself.
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: the rechecking wall comprises a track frame, a rechecking grillwork roller, an article basket code and an identifier; the rechecking grillwork is arranged on the track frame and can move on the track frame; the rechecking grillwork comprises a plurality of rechecking grillwork rollers, the article basket is placed on the rechecking grillwork, article basket codes are arranged on the article basket, and the identifier is installed on the track frame;
when the review wall carries out order review, the method comprises the following steps: stopping the article basket to a preset target position on the rechecking grillwork through the rotation of the roller of the rechecking grillwork; wherein, the basket code is obtained through the basket of the recognizer arranged on the track frame; the rechecking grid slides on the track frame to stop at a preset sliding position; after the article basket is put in, the article basket on the rechecking grillwork is put down by the rotation of the idler wheels of the rechecking grillwork; acquiring all order numbers in the collection sheet according to the container numbers corresponding to the collection sheet, and further binding the order numbers and the article basket codes; scanning the article codes in the container, and acquiring an order number comprising the article codes so as to obtain the number of the articles of which the order number corresponds to the article codes; and putting the article basket according to the number of the articles prompted by the voice.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the problems of low automation degree and poor efficiency of order rechecking can be solved.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An order rechecking method based on a rechecking wall is characterized in that,
the rechecking wall comprises a track frame, a rechecking grillwork roller, an article basket code and an identifier; the rechecking grillwork is arranged on the track frame and can move on the track frame; the rechecking grillwork comprises a plurality of rechecking grillwork rollers, the article basket is placed on the rechecking grillwork, article basket codes are arranged on the article basket, and the identifier is installed on the track frame;
when the review wall carries out order review, the method comprises the following steps:
stopping the article basket to a preset target position on the rechecking grillwork through the rotation of the roller of the rechecking grillwork; wherein, the basket code is obtained through the basket of the recognizer arranged on the track frame;
the rechecking grid moves on the track frame to stop at a preset moving position; when the upper-layer check framework is filled with article baskets, the check framework automatically moves upwards and stops to a preset moving position;
after the article basket is put in, the article basket on the rechecking grillwork is put down by the rotation of the idler wheels of the rechecking grillwork; scanning the number of a container where the collection sheet is located, acquiring all order numbers in the collection sheet according to the container number corresponding to the collection sheet, and further binding the order numbers and the article basket codes, wherein the information corresponding to the container number where the collection sheet is located comprises the number of the collection sheet, the number of the order, the article codes, the article names and the article numbers; scanning the article codes in the container, and acquiring an order number comprising the article codes so as to obtain the number of the articles of which the order number corresponds to the article codes; and putting the article basket according to the number of the articles prompted by the voice.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the review wall further comprises a display screen mounted on the review grid at a location corresponding to the article basket;
when the rechecking wall rechecks the order, displaying the quantity of the articles to be put on a display screen corresponding to the article basket bound with the order number; and carrying out voice prompt according to the quantity of the articles so as to put in the article basket.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the review wall further comprises a prompt or confirmation key installed at a position corresponding to the article basket in the review grid, the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the article basket bound with the order number is default to be not bright, and the bright state indicates that the article basket needs to put articles;
when the order is rechecked by the rechecking wall, the corresponding prompt or confirmation key is lightened when the article basket is put in, and when the article basket is put in, the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the article basket is pressed, namely the corresponding prompt or confirmation key is not lightened, and then the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the next article basket to be put in is lightened.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the lowering of the article basket on the review grid by the rotation of the rollers of the review grid after the placing of the article basket is completed comprises:
after the article basket is put in, judging whether articles exist in the container or not;
if the goods number exists, the goods codes in the container are continuously scanned, the order number comprising the goods codes is obtained, so that the quantity of the goods with the order number corresponding to the goods codes is obtained, and the goods basket is put in according to the quantity of the goods prompted by the voice; if not, the goods baskets on the grid are rechecked.
5. An order rechecking device based on a rechecking wall is characterized in that,
the rechecking wall comprises a track frame, a rechecking grillwork roller, an article basket code and an identifier; the rechecking grillwork is arranged on the track frame and can slide on the track frame; the rechecking grillwork comprises a plurality of rechecking grillwork rollers, the article basket is placed on the rechecking grillwork, article basket codes are arranged on the article basket, and the identifier is installed on the track frame;
when the review wall carries out order review, the method comprises the following steps:
the preparation module is used for stopping the article basket to a preset target position on the rechecking grillwork through the rotation of the rechecking grillwork idler wheel; wherein, the basket code is obtained through the basket of the recognizer arranged on the track frame; the rechecking grid moves on the track frame to stop at a preset moving position; when the upper-layer check framework is filled with article baskets, the check framework automatically moves upwards and stops to a preset moving position;
the binding module is used for scanning the container number of the collection sheet, acquiring all order numbers in the collection sheet according to the container number corresponding to the collection sheet, and further binding the order numbers and the article basket codes, wherein the information corresponding to the container number of the collection sheet comprises the collection sheet number, the order number, the article code, the article name and the article number;
the putting module is used for putting the article baskets on the rechecking grillwork under the condition that the article baskets are put in the putting module and the rolling wheels of the rechecking grillwork rotate; scanning the article codes in the container, and acquiring an order number comprising the article codes so as to acquire the number of the articles of which the order number corresponds to the article codes; and putting the article basket according to the number of the articles prompted by the voice.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the review wall further comprises a display screen mounted on the review grid at a position corresponding to the article basket;
when the review wall performs order review, the binding module is further configured to:
displaying the quantity of the articles to be put on a display screen corresponding to the article basket bound with the order number; and carrying out voice prompt according to the quantity of the articles so as to put in the article basket.
7. The device according to claim 5, wherein the review wall further comprises a prompt or confirmation key installed at the position of the review grid corresponding to the article basket, the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the article basket bound with the order number defaults to be not bright, and the bright state indicates that the article basket needs to put articles;
when the rechecking wall rechecks the order, the putting module puts in the article basket according to the article quantity of the voice prompt, and the method comprises the following steps:
when the article basket is put, the corresponding prompt or confirmation key is turned on, when the article basket is put, the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the article basket is pressed, namely the corresponding prompt or confirmation key is turned off, and then the prompt or confirmation key corresponding to the next article basket to be put is turned on.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the dropping module is used for lowering the article basket on the check grid by rotating the roller of the check grid after the article basket is dropped, and comprises:
after the article basket is put in, judging whether articles exist in the container or not;
if the goods number exists, the goods codes in the container are continuously scanned, the order number comprising the goods codes is obtained, so that the quantity of the goods with the order number corresponding to the goods codes is obtained, and the goods basket is put in according to the quantity of the goods prompted by the voice; if not, the goods baskets on the grid are rechecked.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-4.
