但是,传统的座椅导轨设置有防止后座乘客的脚引发的锁定机构的错误致动的结构和防止毛巾杆的变形的结构,所述两个结构是各自不同的结构,因此存在随着部件数量的增加其制造费用和重量也增加的缺点,但根据本发明的实施例,其特征在于,防止后座乘客的脚引发的锁定机构的错误致动的结构和防止毛巾杆的变形的结构通过锁定安装托架3实现。
为此,其特征在于,在锁定安装托架3中,以结合释放手柄4的托架凸缘3a为基准在托架凸缘3a的后方侧位置设置有阻挡部3b,所述阻挡部3b是在锁定安装托架3固定地结合在移动导轨2时在与托架凸缘3a相同方向的移动导轨2的侧方向突出地形成的结构。
因此,毛巾杆控制杆22的后方端部与释放手柄4的操纵部4a的上表面接触后被阻挡部3b的底表面支撑。
根据本发明的实施例,锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b在防止向释放手柄4侵入的后座乘客的脚的侵入的同时,通过与毛巾杆控制杆22的接触防止毛巾杆21的向下方向的旋转。
即,传统的普通的座椅导轨中,防止后座乘客的脚的侵入的结构和防止毛巾杆的向下方向的旋转的结构为各自不同的结构,因此具有部件数量增加、重量增加、成本增加的缺点,但根据本发明的实施例,由于锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b可以实现上述的两种功能,因此具有部件数量减少、重量增加、成本降低的优点。
锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b是下述的结构:其结合防止噪音用的垫片部件32,并且毛巾杆控制杆22的后方端部接触所述垫片部件32并被其支撑。
作为所述垫片部件32,可以使用橡胶或硅树脂,甚至只要能吸收冲击和噪音的都可以使用。
为了通过锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b阻止后座乘客的脚的侵入,其特征在于,向移动导轨2的侧方突出的阻挡部3b的突出长度L1长于释放手柄4的操纵部4a的突出长度L2。
即,锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b被配置在比释放手柄4的操纵部4a更靠后的位置、且阻挡部3b的突出长度L1被构造成长于操纵部4a的突出长度L2,因此从后方观察时,释放手柄4的操纵部4a是被锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b遮住的状态。
因此,后座乘客向具有毛巾杆21的第一排座椅的下部空间伸脚时,后座乘客的脚被锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b挡住,向释放手柄4方向的侵入被防止,其结果,具有毛巾杆21的座椅导轨的结构可以防止由后座乘客的脚引发的释放手柄4的错误致动。
如果是释放手柄4的操纵部4a的突出长度L2比阻挡部3b的突出长度L1更长的结构,则有可能由后座乘客的脚引发错误地致动释放手柄4,因此不推荐此种结构。
如上所述,根据本发明的实施例是结合释放手柄4的锁定安装托架3中形成有与释放手柄4同样方向突出且比释放手柄4突出更长的阻挡部3b的结构,因此利用所述锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b不仅防止后座乘客的脚向释放手柄4侵入,而且通过与毛巾杆控制杆22的接触防止毛巾杆21的向下方向的旋转。
因此,在具备毛巾杆21的车辆用座椅导轨中,通过利用一个共用部件即锁定安装托架3的阻挡部3b防止乘客的脚的侵入,可以实现防止乘客的脚的侵入错误地致动释放手柄4的结构和防止毛巾杆21向下下降致动时毛巾杆21的变形的结构两者,因此具有不仅可以实现部件数量减少和费用降低以及重量减少、而且还可以小型化整体外形的大小的效果。
虽然图示并说明了本发明的特定实施例,但是对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,在不脱离通过权利要求范围提供的本发明的技术思想的限度内,对本发明可以进行各种改良和变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种车辆用座椅导轨,包括:
-锁定安装托架,所述锁定安装托架固定地结合在移动导轨,构成锁定机构的释放手柄与所述锁定安装托架可旋转地结合;
-控制杆安装托架,所述控制杆安装托架固定地结合在从所述锁定安装托架向前方间隔的移动导轨;
-毛巾杆控制杆,所述毛巾杆控制杆可旋转地结合在所述控制杆安装托架,所述毛巾杆控制杆的一端结合毛巾杆,另一端与释放手柄接触后被锁定安装托架支撑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅导轨,其特征在于,通过所述锁定安装托架实现对由后座乘客的脚引发的释放手柄的错误致动的防止和对毛巾杆的向下方向的旋转的防止。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用座椅导轨,其特征在于,所述锁定安装托架中,结合释放手柄的托架凸缘和位于托架凸缘的后方的阻挡部各自以向移动导轨的侧方突出的方式形成,所述毛巾杆控制杆的后方端部与释放手柄的操纵部的上表面接触后被阻挡部的底表面支撑。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用座椅导轨,其特征在于,所述锁定安装托架的阻挡部在防止向释放手柄侵入的后座乘客的脚的侵入的同时,通过与毛巾杆控制杆的接触防止毛巾杆的向下方向的旋转。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用座椅导轨,其特征在于,在所述阻挡部结合防止噪音用的垫片部件,所述毛巾杆控制杆的后方端部与所述垫片部件接触并被其支撑。
6.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用座椅导轨,其特征在于,向移动导轨的侧方突出的阻挡部的突出长度被构造为长于释放手柄的操纵部的突出长度,使得后座乘客的脚的侵入可以被所述阻挡部阻止。
