Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将户外柜底座进行打砂处理后浸渍于除油溶液中,清水冲洗净后烘干;(2)将烘干后的户外柜底座放入磷化池内进行浸泡处理;(3)对步骤(2)得到的户外柜底座粘贴高温胶带后上挂;(4)采用摩擦枪或常规静电枪,在户外柜底座上喷涂富锌粉末涂料,检验合格后送入对流烘箱中首次固化;(5)待底漆半固化或胶化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;检验合格后送入固化炉中再次固化;(6)当户外柜底座表面温度低于45℃后可下件,检查合格后即得防腐型的户外柜底座。本发明可有效保护户外柜的底座,达到防锈、防腐蚀并延长使用寿命的目的,满足户外柜长时间在恶劣环境下使用的要求。

技术领域
本发明属于防腐柜技术领域,具体涉及一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法。
背景技术
户外柜是指直接处于自然气候影响下,由金属或非金属材料制成的,不允许无权限操作者进入操作的柜体,为无线通信站点或有线网络站点工作站提供户外物理工作环境和安全系统的设备。适合在室外环境,如公路边、公园、楼顶、山区、平地安装的柜体,柜体内可安装基站设备、电源设备、蓄电池、温控设备、传输设备及其他配套设备或为以上设备预留安装空间及换热容量,能为内部设备正常运行提供可靠的机械和环境保护的柜体。
而户外柜一般工作环境较差,基本处于野外露天、地下潮湿、酸碱汽雾各种恶劣工况条件下,而目前的户外柜大多不具有防腐功能,且其使用周期比较久,底座极易腐蚀、锈烂而出现裂缝、翘卷甚至穿孔出洞等缺陷;在户外柜长期使用过程中,极易因为雨淋湿气、虫鼠钻入等现象而发生短路断电事故,在消耗大量电子设备的同时,更是严重影响到控制系统的稳定运行,致使工艺生产长期处于重大的安全隐患中。目前大多采用焊补的方法进行修复,但修补时需停电焊补,费时费工,且修后锈蚀照旧甚至加剧;因此,研制一种具有高度防腐性能的户外柜是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题之一。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,可有效保护户外柜的底座,达到防锈、防腐蚀并延长使用寿命的目的,满足户外柜长时间在恶劣环境下使用的要求。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)底座打砂处理:将户外柜底座置于打砂房内,保证底座表面无污垢,进行打砂处理;再将其浸渍于除油溶液中以去除其表面的油渍、灰屑,并用清水冲洗干净后烘干;
(2)磷化处理:将烘干后的户外柜底座放入磷化池内进行浸泡处理,浸泡8~10min后取出后烘干;
(3)上挂:对步骤(2)得到的户外柜底座粘贴高温胶带后,挂到喷粉定点工位上;
(4)底漆喷涂:采用摩擦枪或常规静电枪,在户外柜底座上喷涂富锌粉末涂料,喷涂厚度控制在55~80um;检查喷涂质量,合格后送入对流烘箱中首次固化;
(5)户外粉末喷涂:待底漆半固化或胶化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;喷涂前,需保证喷涂表面干净、光滑,控制户外粉末涂层的厚度为80~120um,检查喷涂质量,合格后送入固化炉中再次固化;
(6)成品检验:固化结束后的户外柜底座自然冷却,当户外柜底座表面温度低于45℃后可下件,检查合格后即得防腐型的户外柜底座。
优选地,步骤(2)中,所述磷化溶液由以下质量份数的物质组成:80~85%磷酸30~50份、磷酸盐20~50份、钼酸盐20~50份、柠檬酸10~20份、表面活性剂5~10份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、促进剂10~20份。
优选地,步骤(2)中,磷化后烘烤温度为110~140℃,烘烤时间为10~15min。
优选地,步骤(4)中,在对流烘箱固化时可使用红外辐射加热或者使用热吹风加热,烘烤温度为160~220℃,烘烤时间为1.5~23min。
更优选地,当烘烤温度为160℃时,烘烤时间为12~23min,当烘烤温度为170℃时,烘烤时间为8~17min;当烘烤温度为200℃时,烘烤时间为2~8min;当烘烤温度为220℃时,烘烤时间为1.5~5.5min。
更优选地,烘烤温度为180℃,烘烤时间为8~10min。
优选地,步骤(4)中,喷涂时的流化空气压力由开始的1.5kg/cm2降至1kg/cm2,传送空气压力为0.5~0.8 kg/cm2,电压为65~70KV,喷枪与户外柜底座的喷涂距离为100~300mm。
优选地,步骤(5)中,喷涂固化温度为180~200℃,时间为10~15min,固化炉的炉温波动不超过±5℃。
优选地,所述户外粉末由以下重量份比例的原料制成:改性绢云母6~10份、二氧化硅5~8份、改性纳米氧化钨锡9~16份、抗菌肽10~20份、二氧化钛2~7份、分散助剂1~3份、流平剂1~3份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡1~3份、水性聚氨酯树脂30~40份、有机硅树脂 20~40份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术优势:
(1)本发明在磷化前对底座进行打砂处理,提高了底座和磷化层、磷化层与油漆的附着力,保证了表面的质量;在磷化层的表面又进行了防锈漆的喷涂,满足户外柜长时间在恶劣环境下使用的要求;
(2)本发明采用了双层防腐处理,其中,富锌粉末具有优异的防腐性能和超强附着力,能够和金属底材形成良好的结合力,其固化所得膜层具备优异的耐候性、耐酸碱性、耐老化性防渗透性能等特征;户外粉末可长期保护户外柜底座受各类腐蚀介质的侵蚀,无毒、无污染、耐老化、耐盐雾、耐冲击性强、成本低;由此制得的户外柜底座具有防腐蚀性能出色、质量稳定、耐候性好、耐久年限长等优点。

实施例1
一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)底座打砂处理:将户外柜底座置于打砂房内,保证底座表面无污垢,进行打砂处理;再将其浸渍于除油溶液中以去除其表面的油渍、灰屑,并用清水冲洗干净后烘干;
(2)磷化处理:将烘干后的户外柜底座放入磷化池内进行浸泡处理,浸泡8min后取出后烘干,烘烤温度为110℃,烘烤时间为10min;其中,磷化溶液由以下质量份数的物质组成:80%磷酸30份、磷酸盐30份、钼酸盐20份、柠檬酸15份、表面活性剂5份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、促进剂10份;
(3)上挂:对步骤(2)得到的户外柜底座粘贴高温胶带后,挂到喷粉定点工位上;
(4)底漆喷涂:采用摩擦枪,在户外柜底座上喷涂富锌粉末涂料,喷涂厚度控制在55um,喷涂时的流化空气压力由开始的1.5kg/cm2降至1kg/cm2,传送空气压力为0.5kg/cm2,电压为65KV,喷枪与户外柜底座的喷涂距离为100mm;检查喷涂质量,合格后送入对流烘箱中首次固化,烘烤温度为160℃,烘烤时间为12min,在固化过程中,可使用红外辐射加热;
(5)户外粉末喷涂:待底漆半固化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;喷涂前,需保证喷涂表面干净、光滑,控制户外粉末涂层的厚度为80um,检查喷涂质量,合格后送入固化炉中再次固化,喷涂固化温度为180℃,时间为10min,固化炉的炉温波动不超过±5℃;其中,所用户外粉末由以下重量份比例的原料制成:改性绢云母6份、二氧化硅5份、改性纳米氧化钨锡9份、抗菌肽10份、二氧化钛2份、分散助剂1份、流平剂1份、消泡剂0.1份、聚四氟乙烯蜡1份、水性聚氨酯树脂30份、有机硅树脂 20份;

(3)上挂:对步骤(2)得到的户外柜底座粘贴高温胶带后,挂到喷粉定点工位上;
(4)底漆喷涂:采用摩擦枪,在户外柜底座上喷涂富锌粉末涂料,喷涂厚度控制在65um,喷涂时的流化空气压力由开始的1.5kg/cm2降至1kg/cm2,传送空气压力为0.6kg/cm2,电压为68KV,喷枪与户外柜底座的喷涂距离为200mm;检查喷涂质量,合格后送入对流烘箱中首次固化,烘烤温度为180℃,烘烤时间为8min,在固化过程中,可使用红外辐射加热;
(5)户外粉末喷涂:待底漆半固化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;喷涂前,需保证喷涂表面干净、光滑,控制户外粉末涂层的厚度为100um,检查喷涂质量,合格后送入固化炉中再次固化,喷涂固化温度为190℃,时间为12min,固化炉的炉温波动不超过±5℃;其中,所用户外粉末由以下重量份比例的原料制成:改性绢云母7份、二氧化硅6份、改性纳米氧化钨锡10份、抗菌肽15份、二氧化钛5份、分散助剂2份、流平剂2份、消泡剂0.2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡2份、水性聚氨酯树脂35份、有机硅树脂 25份;
(6)成品检验:固化结束后的户外柜底座自然冷却,当户外柜底座表面温度低于45℃后可下件,检查合格后即得防腐型的户外柜底座。
实施例3
一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)底座打砂处理:将户外柜底座置于打砂房内,保证底座表面无污垢,进行打砂处理;再将其浸渍于除油溶液中以去除其表面的油渍、灰屑,并用清水冲洗干净后烘干;

(5)户外粉末喷涂:待底漆半固化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;喷涂前,需保证喷涂表面干净、光滑,控制户外粉末涂层的厚度为120um,检查喷涂质量,合格后送入固化炉中再次固化,喷涂固化温度为200℃,时间为15min,固化炉的炉温波动不超过±5℃;其中,所用户外粉末由以下重量份比例的原料制成:改性绢云母10份、二氧化硅8份、改性纳米氧化钨锡16份、抗菌肽20份、二氧化钛7份、分散助剂3份、流平剂3份、消泡剂0.2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡3份、水性聚氨酯树脂40份、有机硅树脂 40份;
(6)成品检验:固化结束后的户外柜底座自然冷却,当户外柜底座表面温度低于45℃后可下件,检查合格后即得防腐型的户外柜底座。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)底座打砂处理:将户外柜底座置于打砂房内,保证底座表面无污垢,进行打砂处理;再将其浸渍于除油溶液中以去除其表面的油渍、灰屑,并用清水冲洗干净后烘干;
(2)磷化处理:将烘干后的户外柜底座放入磷化池内进行浸泡处理,浸泡8~10min后取出后烘干;
(3)上挂:对步骤(2)得到的户外柜底座粘贴高温胶带后,挂到喷粉定点工位上;
(4)底漆喷涂:采用摩擦枪或常规静电枪,在户外柜底座上喷涂富锌粉末涂料,喷涂厚度控制在55~80um;检查喷涂质量,合格后送入对流烘箱中首次固化;
(5)户外粉末喷涂:待底漆半固化或胶化后48h内进行户外粉的喷涂;喷涂前,需保证喷涂表面干净、光滑,控制户外粉末涂层的厚度为80~120um,检查喷涂质量,合格后送入固化炉中再次固化;
(6)成品检验:固化结束后的户外柜底座自然冷却,当户外柜底座表面温度低于45℃后可下件,检查合格后即得防腐型的户外柜底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述磷化溶液由以下质量份数的物质组成:80~85%磷酸30~50份、磷酸盐20~50份、钼酸盐20~50份、柠檬酸10~20份、表面活性剂5~10份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、促进剂10~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,磷化后烘烤温度为110~140℃,烘烤时间为10~15min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,在对流烘箱固化时可使用红外辐射加热或者热吹风加热,烘烤温度为160~220℃,烘烤时间为1.5~23min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:当烘烤温度为160℃时,烘烤时间为12~23min,当烘烤温度为170℃时,烘烤时间为8~17min;当烘烤温度为200℃时,烘烤时间为2~8min;当烘烤温度为220℃时,烘烤时间为1.5~5.5min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:烘烤温度为180℃,烘烤时间为8~10min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,喷涂时的流化空气压力由开始的1.5kg/cm2降至1kg/cm2,传送空气压力为0.5~0.8 kg/cm2,电压为65~70KV,喷枪与户外柜底座的喷涂距离为100~300 mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,喷涂固化温度为180~200℃,时间为10~15min,固化炉的炉温波动不超过±5℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于户外柜底座的防腐喷涂方法,其特征在于:所述户外粉末由以下重量份比例的原料制成:改性绢云母6~10份、二氧化硅5~8份、改性纳米氧化钨锡9~16份、抗菌肽10~20份、二氧化钛2~7份、分散助剂1~3份、流平剂1~3份、消泡剂0.1~0.2份、聚四氟乙烯蜡1~3份、水性聚氨酯树脂30~40份、有机硅树脂 20~40份。
