技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂技术领域,具体涉及一种水性漆喷涂生产流水工艺。
背景技术
水性漆是以水为稀释溶剂,VOC含量国家强制性标准,是真正无毒无味的高科技环保产品。油性漆以有机溶剂(香蕉水、那天水)为稀释剂,其产品中含有苯、甲苯、二甲苯等有毒物质。水性聚酯漆由于采用了先进的水性聚氨酯体系,水性漆漆膜的硬度好,其漆膜表面坚硬、耐磨,漆膜柔韧,不会因碰撞而变白。
水性漆取代传统溶剂型油漆是不可逆转的趋势,在汽车制造中各种塑料件的喷涂也主要使用水性漆。塑料件的喷涂对操作者要求较高,新手需要多年的学习才能达到熟练喷漆的水平。如果喷涂工艺复杂使操作者不易掌握,在实际喷涂过程中会造成涂料利用率低,塑料表面涂层存在粗糙不光滑或有毛刺斑点等缺陷,影响塑料的硬度、耐擦伤性和抗静电等物理性能。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种水性漆喷涂生产流水工艺,通过新型的流水喷涂作业工艺,解决了现有的喷涂工艺复杂使操作者不易掌握,在实际喷涂过程中会造成涂料利用率低,塑料表面涂层存在粗糙不光滑或有毛刺斑点等缺陷,影响塑料的硬度、耐擦伤性和抗静电等物理性能的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种水性漆喷涂生产流水工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,表面除油清洗;先采用40-50℃的热水对工件进行大流量喷淋冲洗,冷风吹干;然后通过有机溶剂进行表面擦拭,进行除油;清水冲洗,在30-40℃的环境下烘干;
步骤2,喷水性底漆;在喷涂室进行水性底漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为30μm,然后进行流平;
步骤3,喷水性面漆;在喷涂室进行水性面漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为15-20μm,然后进行流平;
其中,步骤2和步骤3中,喷涂室的喷涂环境为:温度为(23±3)℃、相对湿度为(65±5)%、喷漆室保持微正压,喷涂区沉降风速0.2-0.5m/s。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤2和步骤3中的流平过程为:加热除湿、保温烘干、强冷;加热除湿的时间为3min,快速升温至75℃,除湿后含水率为6~10g/kg;保温烘干的时间为5min,温度控制为70-80摄氏度;强冷的时间为2~3min,温度冷却至20~22℃。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤1中,清水冲洗采用无离子水。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在步骤2喷水性底漆之前,进行除静电处理。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,保温烘干时控制风速为7-10m/s。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,水性底漆150-200目滤布过滤后使用;水性面漆采用80-150目滤布过滤后使用。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单合理,操作简单,无需中涂层,喷涂成本低,上漆率高,喷涂质量好,采用水性漆,污染小,环保性好。

实施例
本发明公开了一种水性漆喷涂生产流水工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,表面除油清洗;塑料件在模压过程中,为便于脱模常采用硅油、硬脂酸等作为脱模剂,在喷涂前要清除其表面的脱模剂等油污。先采用40-50℃的热水对工件进行大流量喷淋冲洗,冷风吹干;然后通过有机溶剂进行表面擦拭,进行除油;清水冲洗,在30-40℃的环境下烘干。
步骤2,喷水性底漆;在喷涂室进行水性底漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为30μm,然后进行流平。
步骤3,喷水性面漆;在喷涂室进行水性面漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为15-20μm,然后进行流平。
其中,步骤2和步骤3中,喷涂室的喷涂环境为:温度为(23±3)℃、相对湿度为(65±5)%、喷漆室保持微正压,喷涂区沉降风速0.2-0.5m/s。
具体的,步骤2和步骤3中的流平过程为:加热除湿、保温烘干、强冷;加热除湿的时间为3min,快速升温至75℃,除湿后含水率为6~10g/kg;保温烘干的时间为5min,温度控制为70-80摄氏度;强冷的时间为2~3min,温度冷却至20~22℃。保温烘干时应保持较快风速,保温烘干时控制风速为7-10m/s,以便水性漆快速风干固色。
为了提高喷涂质量,需要去除喷涂塑料件表面静电。具体的,可以在步骤1中,清水冲洗采用无离子水。在步骤2喷水性底漆之前,进行除静电处理。
为了保持喷涂后的表面效果,水性底漆150-200目滤布过滤后使用;水性面漆采用80-150目滤布过滤后使用。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单合理,操作简单,无需中涂层,喷涂成本低,上漆率高,喷涂质量好,采用水性漆,污染小,环保性好。

1.一种水性漆喷涂生产流水工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,表面除油清洗;先采用40-50℃的热水对工件进行大流量喷淋冲洗,冷风吹干;然后通过有机溶剂进行表面擦拭,进行除油;清水冲洗,在30-40℃的环境下烘干;
步骤2,喷水性底漆;在喷涂室进行水性底漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为30μm,然后进行流平;
步骤3,喷水性面漆;在喷涂室进行水性面漆喷涂,喷两道,每道厚度为15-20μm,然后进行流平;
其中,步骤2和步骤3中,喷涂室的喷涂环境为:温度为(23±3)℃、相对湿度为(65±5)%、喷漆室保持微正压,喷涂区沉降风速0.2-0.5m/s。
