其中，混合液调节pH值至5-7，制成喷剂，即可。
本发明中提供的喷剂可用于关节肿痛的治疗，为进一步验证本药方对患者的疗效，对100名病例进行治疗跟踪记录，患者平均年龄45～70岁，平均病程4.5年，将患者分为轻度、中度、和重度，轻度患者正常行走特别是阴雨天有轻微疼痛感觉；中度患者正常行走特别是阴雨天有明显的疼痛感觉；重度患者基本无法正常行走。采用本药方进行治疗，具体方法为擦涂，一日三次，擦涂后按摩半小时，对于不同程度的患者，治疗效果如表1所示，显效是指用药后5日内效果显著、疼痛感消除的病例；有效是指20日内效果显著、疼痛感消除的病例，无效指30日内基本无效果、疼痛感不能消除的病例；痊愈是指5日内效果显著且180日内不复发的病例。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (3)

1.一种止痛喷剂及其制备方法，由以下成分组成百部、伸筋草、透骨草、川乌、草乌、鸡血藤、红花、当归、白芍、川芎、熟地、黄芪、丹参、秦艽、防风、荆芥、蒺藜、威灵仙、肉桂、细辛、黄芩、黄连、黄柏、大黄、冰片；其特征在于，所述的治疗药物组合物包括原料重量份的百部10-20份、伸筋草10-15份、透骨草5-10份、川乌5-13份、草乌5-13份、鸡血藤15-30份、红花3-5份、当归10-15份、白芍5-10份、川芎5-20份、熟地5-10份、黄芪10-20份、丹参15-20份、秦艽5-10份、防风10-20份、荆芥5-15份、蒺藜3-5份、威灵仙3-5份、肉桂5-10份、细辛5-10份、黄芩10-30份、黄连5-10份、黄柏5-10份、大黄5-10份、冰片3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛喷剂及其制备方法，其特征在于：(1)、将上述成分按配比称重；
(2)、混合，捣碎，搅拌，加入25斤60度高粱酒浸泡，制作温度严格控制在25～30℃之间；
(3)、每天搅拌至少两次，浸泡30天即可制的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种止痛喷剂及其制备方法，其特征在于：混合液调节pH值至5-7，制成喷剂，即可。
