为了解决上述颈肩腰腿痛治疗方法治疗费用高、副作用大、疗效慢的技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏及其制备方法，具有成本低、制备容易、无副作用、疗效显著等优点。

本发明还提供了一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、按所述重量份配比分别取各种中药材、盐酸苯海拉明片及远红外线陶瓷粉，将各种所述中药材及盐酸苯海拉明片分别研成中药材细粉及盐酸苯海拉明片细粉，并将各种中药材细粉按功效分类，备用；
步骤二、按所述重量份配比取松香、白胶香、马来胶及蜂蜡，将所述松香、所述白胶香、所述马来胶及所述蜂蜡加热融化，得到药膏基质；
步骤三、将已分类好的各种所述中药材细粉分别加入所述药膏基质，混匀后再依次加入盐酸苯海拉明片细粉及远红外线陶瓷粉，混匀、冷却至70℃左右时进行摊膏，即得所述治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏。
在本发明提供的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法的一种较佳实施例中，所述步骤一中，将各种所述中药材及盐酸苯海拉明片分别研成120目的中药材细粉及盐酸苯海拉明片细粉。
在本发明提供的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法的一种较佳实施例中，所述步骤二中，所述加热的温度不超过150℃。
在本发明提供的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法的一种较佳实施例中，所述步骤二中还包括对所述药膏基质进行老嫩试验。
相较于现有技术，本发明提供的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏及其制备方法具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明的药膏通过药物配伍，具有舒经通络、活血化瘀、消肿止痛、软坚散结的功能，治疗效果显著，临床好转率在80％以上，同时避免了采用西医治疗方法对患者带来的痛苦，治疗后无副作用，不易复发，且制作方法简单，所选用的原料容易获得、对人体毒副作用小。
2、通过添加远红外线陶瓷粉，能有效促进和改善患处的血液循环，加快药膏有效成分的吸收，提高治疗效果。

按上述重量份配比取各种中药材及盐酸苯海拉明片，分别研成120目的中药材细粉及盐酸苯海拉明片细粉，并将各种中药材细粉按功效分类，备用；
按上述重量份配比取松香、白胶香、马来胶及蜂蜡，加热融化后得到药膏基质，并立即进行老嫩试验，加热温度不超过150℃；
将药膏基质熬至老嫩适中时，分别加入已分类好的各种中药材细粉，每加完一类中药材细粉后都充分混匀，最后再加入盐酸苯海拉明片细粉及远红外线陶瓷粉，再次混匀，待冷却至70℃左右时进行摊膏，即得治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏。

本实施例的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法与实施例1的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法相同。
实验例
本发明提供的药膏治疗颈肩腰腿痛患者128例，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料
临床观察颈肩腰腿痛患者128例，其中女68例，男60例，年龄最大的83岁，最小的25岁，发病5天以上的88例，5天以下的40例，颈椎引起的病变(椎间盘膨出、突出、骨质增生)患者30例，腰椎引起的病变(椎间盘膨出、突出、骨质增生)患者60例，内外风湿引起的病变20例，肩周炎以及腰椎、腰肌劳损病变10例；跌打损伤引起的病变8例。症见局部疼痛，肢体麻木、屈伸不利、甚至活动受限等症状。
2、治疗方法
使用本发明制成的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏贴于患处，每日1贴。
3、疗效评定
使用本发明制成的药膏贴两天后局部疼痛症状明显减轻，稍微有点痒痛，六天后局部疼痛消失，十天后可以自由活动为有效；一个月以上无症状者为治愈；贴药六天内没有好转的为无效。
4、治疗结果
治愈45例，占35％；有效58例，占45％；无效者25例，占20％，总有效率占80％。
5、典型病例
马某，男，45岁，2016年12月，因到地里干活，不慎扭伤了腰，不能活动，到医院做有关检查后，结果显示：L3-L4\L5-S1骨质增生，在医院住院治疗了十五天，不见好转，后来到我专科治疗后，两天可以自由活动，接着又贴了五贴后，疼痛明显消失，一个月后无症状，直到今天从未见复发。
本发明提供的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏及其制备方法具有以下有益效果：
1、本发明的药膏通过药物配伍，具有舒经通络、活血化瘀、消肿止痛、软坚散结的功能，治疗效果显著，临床好转率在80％以上，同时避免了采用西医治疗方法对患者带来的痛苦，治疗后无副作用，不易复发，且制作方法简单，所选用的原料容易获得、对人体毒副作用小。
2、通过添加远红外线陶瓷粉，能有效促进和改善患处的血液循环，加快药膏有效成分的吸收，提高治疗效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏，其特征在于，由以下重量份配比的原料制成：羌活10～20份、独活10～20份、鸡血藤15～30份、川芎5～10份、赤芍10～20份、威灵仙15～30份、当归10～15份、葛根5～10份、苍术10～20份、防风10～20份、牛膝5～20份、防己10～15份、秦艽15～30份、骨碎补15～30份、狗脊10～20份、萆薢5～15份、干姜3～7份、黄芪15～30份、生首乌10～20份、川断15～20份、龟板5～10份、桃仁10～17份、木瓜10～20份、米壳1～2份、伸筋草35～50份、透骨草35～50份、红花7～12份、麻黄3～10份、杜仲10～15份、五加皮15～25份、桂枝8～20份、苏叶10～20份、白芍7～16份、川乌3～7份、草乌3～7份、半夏5～10份、马钱子10～20份、乳香10～20份、没药10～20份、蜈蚣1～4份、全虫10～15份、炮山甲4～8份、乌蛇10～20份、地龙5～12份、血竭10～15份、木香5～7份、丁香10～15份、白芥子10～20份、元胡5～15份、阿魏5～15份、细辛5～10份、肉桂10～20份、三七10～20份、儿茶5～15份、薄荷冰5～15份、冰片5～15份、樟脑15～30份、蓖麻子10～15份、橙籽3～8份、路路通5～10份、麝香1～4份、盐酸苯海拉明片20～30份、远红外线陶瓷粉40～60份、松香500～700份、白胶香30～50份、马来胶50～70份、蜂蜡80～100份。
2.一种基于权利要求1所述的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、按所述重量份配比分别取各种中药材、盐酸苯海拉明片及远红外线陶瓷粉，将各种所述中药材及盐酸苯海拉明片分别研成中药材细粉及盐酸苯海拉明片细粉，并将各种中药材细粉按功效分类，备用；
步骤二、按所述重量份配比取松香、白胶香、马来胶及蜂蜡，将所述松香、所述白胶香、所述马来胶及所述蜂蜡加热融化，得到药膏基质；
步骤三、将已分类好的各种所述中药材细粉分别加入所述药膏基质，混匀后再依次加入盐酸苯海拉明片细粉及远红外线陶瓷粉，混匀、冷却至70℃左右时进行摊膏，即得所述治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤一中，将各种所述中药材及盐酸苯海拉明片分别研成120目的中药材细粉及盐酸苯海拉明片细粉。
4.根据权利要求2所述的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤二中，所述加热的温度不超过150℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的药膏的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤二中还包括对所述药膏基质进行老嫩试验。
