本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种天然色素口红及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,越来越多的人们开始注重日常用品安全,而化妆品作为女性的心头好,口红又是化妆品的主流产品,嘴唇皮肤与其他部位的肌肤不同,嘴唇皮肤角质较薄,没有毛囊、皮脂腺等附属器官,而有许多唾液腺分布在角质层,其角质层、颗粒层薄,颗粒黑色素比普通皮肤要少。
目前市场上销售的化妆品口红产品,主要成分是羊毛脂、蜡质和染料,羊毛脂有较强的吸附性,可将空气中的尘埃、细菌、病毒及一些重金属离子吸附在嘴唇粘膜上,蜡质源于石油,如石蜡、白油、地蜡等;且羊毛脂与蜡质成分复杂,容易引起过敏反应,如嘴唇粘膜干裂、剥落,有时感到嘴唇发痒或轻微疼痛等;根据国外有关资料表明,在青年女性癌症患者中,有18 .2%的病因与涂口红、口红有关。口红含有较高量的铅、镉等重金属,铅具有蓄积性,长期吸入人体恐会导致慢性铅中毒,引起贫血、腹痛、急性肾衰竭及脑部神经病变等问题;口红中的人工色素,在紫外线照射下,可能会转化为突变原,导致癌症。人在喝水、吃东西时,就能将口红及其上面的这些有害健康的物质带到嘴里,使其直接进入体内。
近年来,领域内技术人员提出使用天然原料来制备口红,使用天然原料可以解决口红的安全问题,但是,制备得到的口红存在着色难,容易脱色等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种天然色素口红,添加天然色素,解决传统的口红涂抹之后唇部容易引发炎症导致起皮等健康安全问题,同时,使用纯化后的凹土,解决色素吸附困难,易脱色的问题。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种天然色素口红的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
天然色素口红,由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:吸附了山楂色素的凹土1~5份、橄榄蜡1~5份、蜂蜡3~8份、乳木果油5~10份、杏仁油4~8份、维生素E 0.3~0.8份、维生素B0.1~0.4份。
优选的,天然色素口红,由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:吸附了山楂色素的凹土3份、橄榄蜡3份、蜂蜡5份、乳木果油7份、杏仁油6份、维他命E0.6份、维生素B 0.2份。
本发明的进一步改进方案为:
天然色素口红的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
凹土纯化:取凹土,加纯水,于打浆机下打浆,打浆后,放入离心机中离心,离心后,刮出上层浅色凹土,重复上述打浆、离心操作,第二次离心完毕后,冻干,研碎,过500目筛,所得粉末即为纯化后的凹土;
山楂色素提取:将山楂去核,切片,加入纯水,进行超声水提2h~5h,然后离心,过滤取上清液即得山楂色素提取液;
色素吸附:将纯化后的凹土倒入山楂提取液,静置20h~30h,直到凹土显色,溶液澄清,色素吸附完成,过滤,滤饼冷冻干燥,研磨呈粉,得吸附了山楂色素的凹土;
口红制作:按照上述配比称取原料备用,将乳木果油、杏仁油加热至70℃~90℃时,加入蜂蜡和橄榄蜡充分搅拌均匀,自然冷却至50℃~60℃时,加入吸附了山楂色素的凹土、维生素E,维生素B,均质后,倒入模具中,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装,得天然色素口红。
本发明的再进一步改进方案为:
凹土纯化时,所述凹土与纯水的质量比为1:8~10;山楂色素提取时,山楂与纯水的质量比为1:18~22;色素吸附时,每1g纯化后的凹土需要山楂提取液的体积为3~8mL。
凹土纯化时,打浆机转速为6000~10000r/min,打浆时间为30~60min,离心机转速为2000~5000r/min,离心时间为20~40min。
本发明的有益效果为:
继续增加乳木果油、杏仁油、蜂蜡和橄榄蜡等起到了增稠、润湿等作用。上层浅色凹凸土,含杂质较少,且不会干扰山楂色素的颜色。
本发明使用的色素是山楂色素,颜色自然,滋润营养,自带香味,安全放心可食用。
本发明使用维他命E、维生素B 分别起到润肤和抗口角炎的作用。
本发明使用的山楂色素具有抗氧化活性,可降低唇部氧化衰老速率。
本发明使用了凹土吸附色素的新型方法,上色容易,长时间不易脱色,凹土基又具有抗炎作用,可以缓解唇部炎症。

具体实施方式
实施例1
凹土纯化:称取凹土45g,加纯水450ml,于打浆机下打浆,转速为8000r/min,打浆时间为40分钟,打浆后,分配倒入两个离心罐,配平,放入离心机中离心,转速为3000r/min,离心时间为30分钟,离心后,刮出上层浅色凹土于打浆杯中打浆,之后离心,操作同上;第二次离心完毕后,直接移入收集凹土的玻璃杯,拿去冻干,研碎,过500目筛,所得粉末即为纯化后的凹土;
山楂色素提取:将山楂去核,切片,取10g,加入200g纯水,进行超声水提3h,然后离心,过滤取上清液即得山楂色素提取液;
色素吸附:将纯化后的凹土1g倒入5mL山楂提取液,静置24h,直到凹土显色,溶液澄清,色素吸附完成,过滤,滤饼冷冻干燥,研磨呈粉,得吸附了山楂色素的凹土;
口红制作:按照以下重量份配比称取原料备用,吸附了山楂色素的凹土3份、橄榄蜡3份、蜂蜡5份、乳木果油7份、杏仁油6份、维他命E0.6份、维生素B 0.2份。

凹土纯化:称取凹土45g,加纯水360ml,于打浆机下打浆,转速为6000r/min,打浆时间为60分钟,打浆后,分配倒入两个离心罐,配平,放入离心机中离心,转速为2000r/min,离心时间为40分钟,离心后,刮出上层浅色凹土于打浆杯中打浆,之后离心,操作同上;第二次离心完毕后,直接移入收集凹土的玻璃杯,拿去冻干,研碎,过500目筛,所得粉末即为纯化后的凹土;
山楂色素提取:将山楂去核,切片,取10g,加入180g纯水,进行超声水提2h,然后离心,过滤取上清液即得山楂色素提取液;
色素吸附:将纯化后的凹土1g倒入3mL山楂提取液,静置20h,直到凹土显色,溶液澄清,色素吸附完成,过滤,滤饼冷冻干燥,研磨呈粉,得吸附了山楂色素的凹土;
口红制作:按照以下重量份配比称取原料备用,吸附了山楂色素的凹土1份、橄榄蜡5份、蜂蜡3份、乳木果油10份、杏仁油4份、维生素E0.8份、维生素B 0.1份。
将乳木果油、杏仁油加热至70℃~90℃时,加入蜂蜡和橄榄蜡充分搅拌均匀,自然冷却至50℃~60℃时,加入吸附了山楂色素的凹土、维生素E,维生素B,均质后,倒入模具中,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装,得天然色素口红。
实施例3
凹土纯化:称取凹土45g,加纯水540ml,于打浆机下打浆,转速为10000r/min,打浆时间为30分钟,打浆后,分配倒入两个离心罐,配平,放入离心机中离心,转速为5000r/min,离心时间为20分钟,离心后,刮出上层浅色凹土于打浆杯中打浆,之后离心,操作同上;第二次离心完毕后,直接移入收集凹土的玻璃杯,拿去冻干,研碎,过500目筛,所得粉末即为纯化后的凹土;
山楂色素提取:将山楂去核,切片,取10g,加入220g纯水,进行超声水提5h,然后离心,过滤取上清液即得山楂色素提取液;
色素吸附:将纯化后的凹土1g倒入8mL山楂提取液,静置30h,直到凹土显色,溶液澄清,色素吸附完成,过滤,滤饼冷冻干燥,研磨呈粉,得吸附了山楂色素的凹土;
口红制作:按照以下重量份配比称取原料备用,吸附了山楂色素的凹土5份、橄榄蜡1份、蜂蜡8份、乳木果油5份、杏仁油8份、维生素E 0.3份、维生素B 0.4份。
将乳木果油、杏仁油加热至70℃~90℃时,加入蜂蜡和橄榄蜡充分搅拌均匀,自然冷却至50℃~60℃时,加入吸附了在色素的凹土、维生素E,维生素B,均质后,倒入模具中,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装,得天然色素口红。
试验例:依据QB/T1977-2004 《中华人民 共和国轻工业行业标准(唇膏)》的规定,对本发明提供的口红进行相应的性能检测。
(1)抗氧化活性测定
对DPPH自由基清除能力的测定:不同浓度的山楂提取液200 µL加3 mL DPPH溶液。静置30 min后于517 nm 测定吸收值,结果见图1。
DPPH 清除率(%) = [1 - (OD样品 - OD空白)/OD对照]×100
注:OD样品:样品提取液加DPPH溶液;OD空白:样品提取液加提取溶剂;OD对照:提取溶剂加DPPH溶液,IC50值通过线性回归得到。
由图1可知,山楂色素清除DPPH自由基的能力随浓度增大而增强,当山楂色素浓度为1.8mg/mL时,DPPH自由基清除率超过80%,抗氧化效果显著。
(2)持久度活性测定
取本发明实施例1制得的口红与市售的某品牌口红对比,分别涂抹口红后,用白色杯子喝水,观察杯子上留下的唇印,判断口红的持妆效果。对比效果图如图2所示。
由图2可知,本发明的口红唇印残留不多,说明持久度良好。
(3)滋润度活性测定
将将发明实施例1制得的口红涂抹在手背上,等待30分钟后,用水分测试仪测量该
区域皮肤水分值,对比涂抹口红前该区域皮肤水分值,对比结果如下表所示

由表中数据可知,涂抹本发明的口红前后,皮肤水分值变化不大,说明本发明的口红滋润效果良好。
(4)卸妆测定
取本发明实施例1制得的口红与市售的某品牌口红对比,分别将口红涂在手背上,等待15分钟后,用卸妆湿巾擦两下,看卸妆后的残留,对比效果如图3所示。
由图3所示,本发明提供的口红卸妆后痕迹不明显,说明容易卸妆。
Claims (7)
1.天然色素口红,其特征在于,由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:吸附了山楂色素的凹土1~5份、橄榄蜡1~5份、蜂蜡3~8份、乳木果油5~10份、杏仁油4~8份、维生素E 0.3~0.8份、维生素B 0.1~0.4份;
所述天然色素口红的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
凹土纯化:取凹土,加纯水,于打浆机下打浆,打浆后,放入离心机中离心,离心后,刮出上层浅色凹土,重复上述打浆、离心操作,第二次离心完毕后,冻干,研碎,过500目筛,所得粉末即为纯化后的凹土;
山楂色素提取:将山楂去核,切片,加入纯水,进行超声水提2h~5h,然后离心,过滤取上清液即得山楂色素提取液;
色素吸附:将纯化后的凹土倒入山楂提取液,静置20h~30h,直到凹土显色,溶液澄清,色素吸附完成,过滤,滤饼冷冻干燥,研磨呈粉,得吸附了山楂色素的凹土;
口红制作:按照所述的重量份配比称取原料备用,将乳木果油、杏仁油加热至70℃~90℃时,加入蜂蜡和橄榄蜡充分搅拌均匀,自然冷却至50℃~60℃时,加入吸附了山楂色素的凹土、维生素E,维生素B,均质后,倒入模具中,室温冷却,脱模、消毒、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:由以下重量份配比的原料制备而成:吸附了山楂色素的凹土3份、橄榄蜡3份、蜂蜡5份、乳木果油7份、杏仁油6份、维他命E0.6份、维生素B 0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:凹土纯化时,所述凹土与纯水的质量比为1:8~10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:山楂色素提取时,山楂与纯水的质量比为1:18~22。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:色素吸附时,每1g纯化后的凹土需要山楂提取液的体积为3~8g/mL。
6.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:凹土纯化时,打浆机转速为6000~10000r/min,打浆时间为30~60min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的天然色素口红,其特征在于:凹土纯化时,离心机转速为2000~5000r/min,离心时间为20~40min。
