Abstract

本发明提供一种量子点复合导光板及其制备方法、背光模组,该量子点复合导光板包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内散布有红色量子点和绿色量子点,所述红色量子点散布在导光板本体下部,所述绿色量子点散布在导光板本体上部。本发明在导光板中应用量子点,是一种为生产高颜色再现性以及超薄产品的量子点复合导光板,不用现有的量子点背光模组所使用的量子点膜(300um)也可以发挥量子点的特性,可以节省成本,与现有的量子点背光模组相比,可以制造出更薄的量子点背光模组。

Description

一种量子点复合导光板及其制备方法、背光模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种量子点复合导光板及其制备方法、背光模组。
背景技术
一般来说,笔记本电脑、台式电脑、电视等显示屏设备由于具有实现轻薄短小化及低耗电量的优点,主要使用液晶显示(LCD)。但是LCD不是自发光的元件,而是受激发光的元件,所以除了液晶画面之外,还需要背光模组。
如图1所示,现有的LCD1包含了液晶面板2和背光模组3、外壳内部底端(covercottom)30、导向板(guide panel)20和上部的外壳10。液晶面板2由薄膜晶体管基板23和彩色过滤器基板22组成。另外,液晶面板2的上下还可附着偏光构件21和24。背光模组3包括反射板34、给液晶面板2提供光的光源31、导光板33、支撑多个光学膜35及光源31的壳32。
外壳内部底端30是在内部形成收纳空间,在收纳光源31、反射板34、导光板33及光学膜35的同时,还支撑了导向板20。上述的导向板20是为了支撑液晶面板2,可形成支撑液晶面板2的支撑部和背光模组3的侧壁。上部的外壳10既能包裹液晶面板2的上部边缘,又能包住导向板20及外壳内部底端30的侧面。
此处,导光板33是为了将从上述光源31射出的光射向液晶面板2方向,主要采用类似PMMA(Poly Methyl MethAcrylate)或PC(Poly)的高分子材料。导光板33是将背光模组3部件中从侧面光源31发出的光线的损失降至最低,并使光线均匀分散至上面,是成为面光源的核心配件。
现有的导光板33使用的材质通常是PMMA。PMMA是一种具有光透过率和耐候性都极好的塑料物质。量子点可以稳定地分散到光透过率和耐候性极好的光学用PMMA上,对量子点的光学特性(量子效率、半峰宽、峰值)的变化保持稳定。利用这些优点我们可以制造出提高颜色再现的复合导光板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种量子点复合导光板及其制备方法、背光模组,通过在导光板中采用量子点,与现有的LCD显示相比,体现出了高的颜色再现性,同时减少现有的量子点LCD显示屏厚度,减少辉度损失,提供高颜色再现性的超薄背光模组。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种量子点复合导光板,包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内散布有红色量子点和绿色量子点,所述红色量子点散布在导光板本体下部,所述绿色量子点散布在导光板本体上部。
进一步,所述导光板本体为PMMA导光板。
进一步,所述红色量子点和绿色量子点在导光板本体内均匀分布。
进一步,下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的厚度相同或不同。
本发明另一方面提供的一种背光模组,包括导光板和LED光源,所述导光板为如上所述的导光板,所述LED光源为蓝色LED光源。
进一步,所述背光模组还包括反射板及从上至下依次设置的第一扩散膜、第一棱镜膜、第二棱镜膜和第二扩散膜,所述反射板设置在导光板的下部,所述LED光源设置在导光板的侧面,所述第二扩散膜设置在所述导光板的上部。
本发明另一方面提供的一种量子点复合导光板的制备方法,包括:
将红色量子点分散到MMA单体中,制作红色量子点PMMA;
将绿色量子点分散到MMA单体中,制作绿色量子点PMMA;
将红色量子点PMMA和绿色量子点PMMA分别注入挤压成型机;
通过挤压方式,一次挤压成型制作出具有下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的量子点复合导光板。
本发明在导光板中应用量子点,是一种为生产高颜色再现性以及超薄产品的量子点复合导光板。如果在导光板中分散量子点,导光板中分散的量子点的光学特性(量子效率、半峰宽、峰值)将保持稳定,利用该功能制作出导光板,不用现有的量子点背光模组所使用的量子点膜(300um)也可以发挥量子点的特性,可以节省成本,与现有的量子点背光模组相比,可以制造出更薄的量子点背光模组。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指标指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,本发明各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
图2为现有的背光模组结构示意图。如图2所示,现有的背光模组包括蓝色LED光源18、导光板11、反射板12、量子点膜13及依次设置在量子点膜13上的扩散膜14、棱镜膜15、棱镜膜16和扩散膜17,反射板12设置在导光板11的下部,量子点膜13设置在导光板11的上部,蓝色LED光源18设置在导光板11的侧面。在侧面照射光源,利用导光板11将侧面光源转换成面光源;导光板11下部的反射板12可以反射导光板11下部损失的光,起到减少光损失的作用。导光板11的上部有多种提高辉度的光学膜,可把4张光学膜制作成一张复合光学膜。
图3(A)为现有导光板结构示意图,为了生产高颜色再现性以及超薄产品,本发明在导光板中应用量子点,首先分别制作绿色量子点PMMA和红色量子点PMMA,然后通过挤压机,使绿色量子点PMMA和红色量子点PMMA自然的上下分离而制作出导光板。
如图3(B)所示,本实施例的复合导光板包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内散布有红色量子点和绿色量子点,所述红色量子点散布在导光板本体下部,所述绿色量子点散布在导光板本体上部。在一些实施例中,导光板本体为PMMA导光板,红色量子点和绿色量子点在导光板本体内均匀分布,当然,红色量子点和绿色量子点在导光板本体内也可不均匀分布。优选地,下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的厚度相同,在其他一些实施例中,两者的厚度也可以不同。
为了实现上述复合导光板,在MMA单体中分散量子点,并根据聚合反应制作量子点PMMA。将制作两种形态的量子点PMMA,一种是将绿色量子点分散到MMA单体中制作,另一种是将红色量子点分散到MMA单体中制作。
本实施例中,分别制作绿色量子点PMMA和红色量子点PMMA,然后通过挤压机在导光板上部自然形成绿色量子点层,在导光板下部自然形成红色量子点层。分别制作的绿色量子点PMMA和红色量子点PMMA,挤压成导光板进行制作的时候是分为上下两部分来制作的,为了不混合绿色量子和红色量子点,将红色量子点PMMA和绿色量子点PMMA分别注入挤压成型机,通过挤压方式挤压成型形成PMMA导光板,这样制作的量子点复合导光板,一次挤压成型,自然地可制作出具有下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的量子点复合导光板,如图4所示。
这样,PMMA导光板将绿色量子点层和红色量子点层分离出来制作,这样可以减少量子点之间的干涉,也可以避免绿色量子点发光峰值和红色量子点吸收峰值的重复,可以得到减少光损失,提高辉度的效果。这样制作出来的PMMA板经过切割,通过丝网印刷形成光学图案,根据适用产品的尺寸进行切割制作成导光板。

Claims (7)

1.一种量子点复合导光板,其特征在于,包括导光板本体,所述导光板本体内散布有红色量子点和绿色量子点,所述红色量子点散布在导光板本体下部,所述绿色量子点散布在导光板本体上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种量子点复合导光板,其特征在于,所述导光板本体为PMMA导光板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种量子点复合导光板,其特征在于,所述红色量子点和绿色量子点在导光板本体内均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种量子点复合导光板,其特征在于,下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的厚度相同或不同。
5.一种背光模组,包括导光板和LED光源,其特征在于,所述导光板为权利要求1-3任一项所述的导光板,所述LED光源为蓝色LED光源。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括反射板及从上至下依次设置的第一扩散膜、第一棱镜膜、第二棱镜膜和第二扩散膜,所述反射板设置在导光板的下部,所述LED光源设置在导光板的侧面,所述第二扩散膜设置在所述导光板的上部。
7.一种量子点复合导光板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将红色量子点分散到MMA单体中,制作红色量子点PMMA;
将绿色量子点分散到MMA单体中,制作绿色量子点PMMA;
将红色量子点PMMA和绿色量子点PMMA分别注入挤压成型机;
通过挤压方式,一次挤压成型制作出具有下部红色量子点层与上部绿色量子点层的量子点复合导光板。
