The cloth shaking and cutting equipment is reasonable in structural design, achieves the function of automatic shaking and cutting by adopting an automatic control technology, is safe and convenient to operate, reduces the labor cost, improves the efficiency, increases the yield, improves the product quality, and is particularly suitable for the production process of trousers.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-7, the cloth shaking and cutting apparatus of the present embodiment includes a base 1, a material sucking device 3, a cloth fixing device mounted on the base 1, and a cutting device 4. The lower end of the base 1 rests on the ground or other platform by means of a plurality of support feet 14.
The base 1 comprises a reference platform 11 and a driving device for driving the fixed frame 2 to rotate. An L-shaped bending piece is arranged on the base 1, one end of the driving device is connected with the L-shaped bending piece 10 on the base 1, and the other end of the driving device is connected with the fixing frame 2. The driving means in this embodiment is a cylinder 6. The reference platform 11 is provided with a cutting notch 13 corresponding to the cutting device 4.
A handle 41 convenient to operate is installed on the cutting device 4, and a baffle 42 is installed on one side, close to the cloth, of the cutting device 4. The material suction port of the material suction device 3 is arranged corresponding to the cutting position, the size of the material suction port can be arranged corresponding to the width of the reference platform 11, and the material suction device 3 in the embodiment is arranged on one side of the cutting opening 13, which is far away from the fixed frame 2.
The cloth fixing device comprises a fixing frame 2 matched with the reference platform 11 and a clamping device 21 arranged at the upper end of the fixing frame 2, and the fixing frame 2 is rotatably connected with the base 1. The holder 2 comprises uprights 25 and a cross-bar 26 connecting the two uprights 25, on which the clamping means 21 are mounted. The cross bar 26 is slidably arranged on the upright 25, i.e. the distance of the cross bar 26 from the lower end of the upright is adjustable. In this embodiment, the two ends of the cross bar 26 are connected with the loop bars 27, and the loop bars 27 are smaller than the vertical bars 25, so that when in use, the loop bars 27 can be correspondingly placed in the vertical bars 25, and the height of the cross bar 26 can be adjusted to be fixed to reach a preset distance. A groove 22 is formed in one side, close to the driving device, of the vertical rod 25, a sliding block 23 is arranged in the groove 22, and the sliding block 23 can slide up and down along the groove 22. The tail end of the driving device, namely the air cylinder 6, rotates the L-shaped bending piece 10 arranged on the base 1, and the other end of the air cylinder 6, namely the front end of the air cylinder arm 61, is connected with the sliding block 23. In this embodiment, the front end of the cylinder arm 61 is provided with a connecting rod 5, one end of the connecting rod 5 is connected with the front end of the cylinder arm 61 through a fisheye bearing, and the other end is connected with the slider 23. The cylinder arm 61 stretches and retracts to drive the sliding block 23 to slide in the groove 22, so that the fixed frame 2 is driven to swing to achieve the effect of shaking the cloth 9.
In this embodiment, a fixing plate 8 is disposed on the base 1, and the lower end of the vertical rod 25 is connected to the fixing plate 8 through a bolt-nut assembly 7, so as to rotatably connect the fixing frame 2 to the base 1. The lower end of the upright rod 25 far away from the groove 22 is provided with a notch 24, and the base 1 is provided with a stop block 12 matched with the lower end part of the upright rod 25. Through the cooperation of the lower end of the upright rod 25 and the stop block 12, the shaking effect of the fixing frame 2 is ensured to smooth out wrinkles on the cloth 9 as much as possible, the fixing frame 2 is ensured to be positioned at the same position when the fixing frame is vertical or horizontal at every time, and the cutting error is reduced.
The working process of the cloth shaking and cutting device of the embodiment is briefly described as follows:
firstly, adjusting the cutting length and shaking the cloth 9, adjusting the height of the clamping device 21 through the loop bar 27 and the upright rod 25 to control the cutting length of the cloth 9, then fixing the cloth 9 on the cross bar 26 of the fixed frame 2 through the clamping device 21, and enabling the redundant part of the cloth 9 to pass through the cutting notch 13 and be positioned below the reference platform 11. Then, the cylinder arm 61 of the cylinder 6 is controlled to stretch, the slide block 23 slides in the groove 22 to drive the fixing frame 2 to shake, and the wrinkled part on the cloth 9 is shaken to be flat.
Then, the cylinder arm 61 is controlled to extend forwards, the slide block 23 slides towards the lower end of the upright rod 25, the connecting rod 5 is gradually vertical to the cylinder arm 61, and the fixing frame 2 is gradually horizontal. When the fixed frame 2 is completely horizontal, the cutting device 4 is controlled to cut, after the redundant cloth 9 is cut off, the cutting device 4 is reset, and the material suction device 3 sucks the redundant cloth 9. One cycle ends and the next cycle can proceed.
The cloth shaking and cutting equipment is reasonable in structural design, achieves the function of automatic shaking and cutting by adopting an automatic control technology, is safe and convenient to operate, reduces the labor cost, improves the efficiency, increases the yield, improves the product quality, and is particularly suitable for the production process of trousers.

6. The cloth vibrating and cutting apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein a notch is formed at a lower end of one side of the vertical rod away from the groove, and a stop block matched with the lower end of the vertical rod is mounted on the base.
