Referring to fig. 1-7, the cloth shaking and cutting apparatus of the present embodiment includes a base 1, a material sucking device 3, a cloth fixing device mounted on the base 1, and a cutting device 4. When the fixed frame 2 is completely horizontal, the cutting device 4 is controlled to cut, after the redundant cloth 9 is cut off, the cutting device 4 is reset, and the material suction device 3 sucks the redundant cloth 9.
