本发明公开了一种中性防霉粘结胶的制造工艺,包括:将碳酸钙、硅橡胶、防霉剂和甲基硅油一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌40分钟;温度40℃,加入甲基混合酮肟基硅烷与乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷;搅拌40分钟,再加入Γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N‑Β‑氨乙基‑Γ‑氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀后包装得成品。相对于现有技术,本发明工艺简单,操作方便,产品防霉无腐蚀;具有高强度、高柔韧性、高粘结性及与大多数建筑材料粘结不需使用底漆等特点,还具有优异的耐高低温、耐气候老化性,固化后在‑40‑150℃内具有优异的粘结强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其是一种中性防霉粘结胶的制造工艺。
背景技术
玻璃胶是将玻璃与玻璃或玻璃与其他基材进行粘结的材料,目前市场上玻璃胶品种繁多,主要有酸性玻璃胶、酸性结构胶、酸性玻璃大板胶、中性耐候胶、硅酮石材胶、浴室防霉专用胶等。
硅酮胶是有机硅部分产品,其粘接力强,拉伸强度大,同时又具有耐候性、抗震性和防潮、抗臭性和适应冷热变化大的特点。加之其较广泛的适用性,能实现大多数建材产品之间的粘合,因此应用价值非常大。酸性硅酮玻璃胶会腐蚀或不能粘合铜、黄铜(及其它含铜合金)、镁、锌、电镀金属(及其它含锌合金),同时建议砖石料制成物品及碳化铁体基质上不要使用酸性玻璃胶,在甲基异丁烯酸盐(PLEXIGLAS)、聚碳酸、聚丙烯、聚乙烯和TEFLON(特氟隆、聚四氟乙烯)制成的材料上使用本品将无法获得很好的粘接效果及好的相溶性。移动大于接缝宽度25%的连接也不适合用酸性玻璃胶,在结构用玻璃上也最好不用普通酸性玻璃胶(酸性结构胶除外),另外在有磨蚀以及会产生实质弊端的地方不应使用酸性玻璃胶。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有高强度、高柔韧性、高粘结性的中性防霉粘结胶的制造工艺。

一种中性防霉粘结胶的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将预先烘干的纳米碳酸钙、硫化硅橡胶和甲基硅油一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌不低于40分钟;
步骤(2):将温度升高到40℃,加入甲基混合酮肟基硅烷与乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷;搅拌不低于40分钟,再加入Γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-Β-氨乙基-Γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌不低于20分钟,待搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。
所述结构胶包括以下重量配比的组分:硫化硅橡胶44份、二甲基硅油10份、纳米碳酸钙40份、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1份、甲基混合酮肟硅烷4份、Γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.6份、N-Β-氨乙基-Γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.39份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.01份。
所述结构胶是单组份硅酮胶。
所述硫化硅橡胶是单组份室温硫化硅橡胶。
所述碳酸钙是纳米级的,碳酸钙需预先烘干。
所述结构胶的耐高低温性是-40℃-150℃。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本发明工艺简单,操作方便,产品具有防霉和无腐蚀性。本发明获得的产品具有高强度、高柔韧性、高粘结性及与大多数建筑材料粘结不需要使用底漆等特点。另外,本发明还具有优异的耐高低温、耐气候老化性能,固化后在-40-150℃范围内具有优异的结构强度。

一种中性防霉粘结胶的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:

步骤(1):将碳酸钙、硫化硅橡胶、防霉剂和甲基硅油一起加入到搅拌釜中,开动搅拌机,转速为20转/分,搅拌不低于40分钟;
步骤(2):将温度升高到40℃,加入甲基混合酮肟基硅烷与乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷;搅拌不低于40分钟,再加入Γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-Β-氨乙基-Γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌不低于20分钟,待搅拌均匀后,包装即得成品。
