本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可一直保持柔软状态,软硬适中的冰箱密封条。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种冰箱密封条,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:
树脂45-90%,癸二酸二辛脂1-5%,偏苯三酸三辛酯15-50%,稳定剂1-3%,润滑剂0.5-1.6%,ACR树脂0.8-1.6%,填充剂1-5%。
进一步的,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:
树脂70%,癸二酸二辛脂3%,偏苯三酸三辛酯20%,稳定剂1%,润滑剂1%,ACR树脂1%,填充剂4%。
进一步的,稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,润滑剂为芥酸酰胺或硅油,填充剂为石英粉。
本发明的有益效果是:添加了ACR树脂作为增韧剂,可有效提高耐候性,使得在冷热温差环境下均可保持软硬适中,冬季不会变硬。

一种冰箱密封条,以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:PVC2500树脂70%,癸二酸二辛脂3%,偏苯三酸三辛酯20%,稳定剂1%,润滑剂1%,ACR树脂1%,填充剂4%,其中,稳定剂为钡锌稳定剂,润滑剂为芥酸酰胺或硅油,填充剂为石英粉。由上述组分组成的冰箱密封条,拉伸强度好,断裂伸长率可达327%,在0℃环境下硬度仅为45A左右。相比现有技术的冰箱密封条,使用寿命长,柔软性好,在不同温差环境中,可保持较好的柔软性。

1.一种冰箱密封条,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,由下列组分组成:
树脂45-90%,癸二酸二辛脂1-5%,偏苯三酸三辛酯15-50%,稳定剂1-3%,润滑剂0.5-1.6%,ACR树脂0.8-1.6%,填充剂1-5%。
