Abstract
本发明提供能够适用于大范围的粗细的电线的连接器。连接器具有壳体(10)、端子部件(20)和弹性部件(30)。壳体(10)具有容纳端子部件(20)以及弹性部件(30)的腔(12)。端子部件(20)具有与线圈绕组(40)相接的接触面(21)以及背面(22)。在接触面(21),设有形成了锯齿(23)的锯齿区域(211)。弹性部件(30)按压端子部件(20)的背面(22)的与锯齿区域(211)相向的被按压区域(211)。

技术领域
本发明涉及将形成了锯齿(serration)的端子推抵于漆包线等电线以使端子和电线导通的构造的连接器。
背景技术
在马达中,存在缠绕了漆包线等电线的线圈。因此,需要将该线圈的电线与外部电路连接的连接器。在该连接器中,使用设有称为锯齿的凹凸部的端子。该连接器为通过将端子的形成有锯齿的面推抵于电线以弄破电线的覆层,使端子和电线导通的构造。
在专利文献1中,公开了一种连接器,其使用分为第一部件和第二部件以进行作用分担的端子。第一部件是悬臂梁形状的弹性部件。而且,该第一部件具有形成有锯齿并被推抵于电线的圆弧状的接触面。第二部件是具有与外部电路的连接部的部件,其将第一部件推抵于电线。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
在上述专利文献1的连接器的情况下,为利用第二部件推为弹性部件的第一部件的悬臂梁形状的前端部的构造。在该构造的情况下,能够用对预定粗细的电线而言适当的按压力来推抵第一部件。但是,在该构造的情况下,仅能够用适当的按压力来推抵关于电线的粗细在较窄范围内的粗细的电线。也就是说,在该构造的情况下,需要基于对各粗细不同的电线而不同的设计的连接器。
本发明鉴于上述情况,其目的在于提供能够适用于大范围的粗细的电线的连接器。
用于解决问题的方案
实现上述目的的本发明的连接器的特征在于,具备:
端子部件,其具有至少在一部分有形成了锯齿的锯齿区域且与电线接触的接触面、以及相对于该接触面的背面;
弹性部件,其按压上述端子部件的背面的、与上述锯齿区域相向的被按压区域;以及
壳体,其具有容纳上述端子部件以及上述弹性部件的腔。
在本发明的连接器的情况下,在端子部件形成有锯齿,通过弹性部件,该端子部件的形成了锯齿的接触面被推抵于电线。而且弹性部件按压与形成了锯齿的锯齿区域相向的、背面的被按压区域。在本发明的连接器的情况下,根据该构造,电线越粗则弹性部件变形越大,端子部件被越强地推抵于电线。因而,在本发明的连接器的情况下,能够用一个设计适用于大范围的粗细的电线。
在此,上述弹性部件优选地采用如下构造,具有:
抵接部,其具有与壳体的、形成腔的内壁面抵接并从壳体受到反力的抵接面;以及
按压部,其从该抵接部折回并弹性地按压上述被按压区域。
在该构造的弹性部件的情况下,能够相对于粗细不同的电线使按压力稳定地变化。
另外,优选地,在本发明的连接器中,上述弹性部件在容纳于壳体的腔并按压端子部件的状态下,弹性部件的按压部的、从抵接部折回一侧的固定端起延伸的前端侧的自由端部与抵接部的、为相对于上述抵接面的反面的背面抵接。
通过采用按压部的自由端部与端子部件抵接的状态,即使在自由端部从端子部件离开的状态的情况下,也能够获得更大的按压力。
在此,上述弹性部件是电线的直径越大则给予端子部件越大的按压力以使端子部件与电线导通的部件。
发明效果
根据本发明的连接器,实现了能够适用于大范围的粗细的电线的连接器。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是作为本发明的一个实施方式的连接器的立体图。
该连接器1具备壳体10、端子部件20、以及弹性部件30。
壳体10例如是未图示的马达的壳体的一部分,用绝缘性材料形成。在该壳体10设有柱状部11。马达内的线圈绕组40(参照图5)的前端部41缠绕在该柱状部11上数次。该线圈绕组40与端子部件20导通。详细情况之后叙述。
图2是示出处于嵌合状态的本实施方式的连接器以及配对连接器的立体图。
与未图示的外部电路连接的电线50的端部连接于配对连接器2。如果配对连接器2嵌合于本实施方式的连接器1,那么从外部电路对未图示的马达的线圈绕组40(参照图5)供应电力。
图3是本实施方式的连接器的壳体的立体图。
另外,图4是本实施方式的连接器的端子部件(A)以及弹性部件(B)的立体图。在该图4中,为了容易理解,将端子部件20以及弹性部件30相比与图3所示的壳体10对应的尺寸放大地示出。另外,在该图4中,为了使得特征部分明显,将端子部件20以及弹性部件30与图3所示的插入壳体10的方向上下反向地示出。
如图3所示,在壳体10形成有腔12。该腔12分为第一室121和第二室122。图4(A)所示的端子部件20被插入第一室121。另外,图4(B)所示的弹性部件30被插入第二室122。
端子部件20为良导电性的金属制,具有示于图4(A)的接触面21及其背面22。接触面21具有形成了锯齿23的锯齿区域211。另外,该端子部件20设有压入部24以及连接部25,该压入部24负责对壳体30的压入,该连接部25负责与配对连接器2(参照图2)的端子(未图示)的电连接。
另外,弹性部件30例如为具有高弹性的金属制,具有抵接部31和按压部32。抵接部31与形成壳体10的腔12的第二室122的内壁面(图5所示的上表面124)相接,是受到来自壳体10的反力的部分。另外,按压部32从抵接部31折回,是按压端子部件20的背面22的部分。在此,该按压部32按压端子部件20的背面22之中的、与接触面21的锯齿区域211相向的被按压区域221。
图5是示出本实施方式的连接器的组装过程的截面图。但是,关于线圈绕组40以及壳体10的柱状部11,并非截面图,而是示意图。这是为了示出线圈绕组40的前端部41缠绕于壳体10的柱状部11的情况。
在图5(A)中,示出了将端子部件20插入之前的状态的壳体10的截面。
在将端子部件20插入之前,线圈绕组40如图5(A)所示,沿着将壳体10的腔12划分的下表面123配置。而且,该线圈绕组40的前端部41通过对壳体10的柱状部11的缠绕来进行终端处理。该线圈绕组40为本发明所说的电线的一例。在此,设该线圈绕组40的直径为直径w。
在该状态下,端子部件20在使接触面21朝向线圈绕组40侧的姿态下,如图5(B)所示,被插入壳体10的腔12的第一室121。
接着,在使按压部32朝向端子部件20侧的姿态下,将弹性部件30插入壳体10的腔12的第二室122。
于是,弹性部件30的按压部32与端子部件20的背面22的与锯齿区域211相向的被按压区域221相接并弹性变形。在图5(C)中,用实线示出了弹性变形之后的按压部32。另外,在该图5(C)中,用虚线示出了弹性变形之前的状态的按压部32。在该图5(C)中,示出了按压部32的、从弹性变形之前的状态开始的弹性变形造成的位移量d。
通过该按压部32的弹性变形,弹性部件30的抵接部31从划分壳体10的腔12的上表面124受到反力。然后,弹性部件30的按压部32将端子部件20朝线圈绕组40向下方按压。通过该按压,在端子部件20的接触面21形成的锯齿23突破线圈绕组40的覆层,端子部件20和线圈绕组40导通。
此外,如果弹性部件30被插入第二室122,那么按压部32的、从抵接部31折回一侧的固定端起延伸的前端侧的自由端部321抵接于按压部31的、为相对于抵接面311的反面的背面312。通过该抵接,能够获得更大的按压力,端子部件20被线圈绕组40更强地推抵。
在此,在端子部件20设有压入部24(参照图4(A)),被压入壳体10的腔12。由此,防止端子部件20从腔12的脱离。另一方面,在弹性部件30,并未设有与端子部件20的压入部24相当的构造。但是,该弹性部件30通过在腔12内弹性变形而较强地嵌入腔12内。由此,也防止弹性部件30从腔12的脱离。
图6是示出线圈绕组的直径w和弹性部件的按压部的位移量d的关系的示意图。
一般来说,由于粗的线圈绕组的通电量比细的线圈绕组大,故在与端子部件的接触界面处需要较大的接触面积。为了加大接触面积,有效的是加强端子部件的按压力以压塌线圈绕组的一部分。因此,在粗的线圈绕组的情况下,需要提高端子部件的按压力。
在此,在本发明的连接器1的情况下,如图6所示,线圈绕组40的直径w越大(线圈绕组40越粗),弹性部件30的按压部32的位移量d(参照图5(C))越大。即,越是粗的线圈绕组40,端子部件20越是被用强的按压力推抵于该线圈绕组40。
因此,以线圈绕组40的直径w和弹性部件30的按压部32的位移量d的关系为适当的关系的方式,设计弹性部件30等。通过这样做,能够使用基于一个设计的连接器1,对大范围的直径的线圈绕组40,以适当的按压力按压端子部件20。
图7是示出弹性部件的各种变形例的示意图。
在上述的实施方式的弹性部件30的情况下,按压部32具有在抵接部31的延伸方向的一个端部处折回并按悬臂梁形状延伸的形状。
相对于此,在图7(A)所示的弹性部件30的情况下,设有在抵接部31的延伸方向前后的端部各自处折回的两个按压部32。
另外,在图7(B)所示的弹性部件30的情况下,设有在抵接部31的一个侧面处折回的按压部32。也就是说,该弹性部件30是在该图7(B)所示的形状的状态下,沿与纸面垂直的方向延伸的弹性部件。
而且,另外,在图7(C)所示的弹性部件30的情况下,设有在抵接部31两侧的侧面各自处折回的两个按压部32。也就是说,该弹性部件30是与图7(B)的情况相同,在该图7(C)所示的形状的状态下,沿与纸面垂直的方向延伸的弹性部件。
如此,能够代替图4(B)所示的形状的弹性部件30,采用具有抵接部31和按压部32的各种形状的弹性部件。
此外,关于端子部件20的变形例虽然省略了其图示,但关于端子部件20,也能够采用各种形状的端子部件。例如,虽然上述的实施方式的端子部件20的连接部25为方柱形状,但该连接部25例如还可以是圆柱形状,也可以是平板形状,能够采用各种形状的连接部。
如上所述,本实施方式的连接器能够用一个设计适用于大范围的直径的线圈绕组40。
在此,说明了与马达的线圈绕组40相连的连接器1。但是,本发明不限于与马达的线圈绕组连接的连接器。本发明的连接器能够适用于,在端子形成了锯齿,并将该锯齿推抵于漆包线等电线以谋求导通的各种领域。

1.一种连接器,其特征在于,具备:
端子部件,其具有至少在一部分有形成了锯齿的锯齿区域且与电线相接的接触面、以及相对于该接触面的背面;
弹性部件,其按压所述端子部件的所述背面的、与所述锯齿区域相向的被按压区域;以及
壳体,其具有容纳所述端子部件以及所述弹性部件的腔。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性部件具有:
抵接部,其具有与所述壳体的、形成所述腔的内壁面抵接并从该壳体受到反力的抵接面;以及
按压部,其从所述抵接部折回并弹性地按压所述被按压区域。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性部件在容纳于所述腔并按压所述端子部件的状态下,所述按压部的、从所述抵接部折回一侧的固定端起延伸的前端侧的自由端部与该抵接部的、为相对于所述抵接面的反面的背面抵接。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述弹性部件是所述电线的直径越大则给予所述端子部件越大的按压力以使该端子部件与该电线导通的部件。
