If the consumption type is a day package, the license plate number of the electric vehicle obtains the day package effective period of the corresponding electric vehicle beyond the day package effective period, and the power-changing request is canceled; meanwhile, the balance is not enough and the charging is carried out firstly to the manager client side of the power exchange station and the driver client side.

The mileage difference is smaller than or equal to 0 or the mileage difference is larger than 0 and larger than the theoretical endurance mileage corresponding to the license plate number of the electric vehicle or the mileage difference is larger than 0 and larger than the residual mileage in the mileage package, and the mileage difference is determined to not meet the electricity changing requirement; otherwise, the power-changing requirement is met;
wherein, the judging whether the number of days package requirement is satisfied comprises:
the service end of the power exchange station acquires the number of days package validity period of the corresponding electric vehicle according to the license plate number of the electric vehicle, judges whether the number of days package validity period is exceeded, and determines that the power exchange requirement is not met if the number of days package validity period is exceeded; otherwise, the power conversion requirement is met.
