本发明涉及轻质的墙体建筑材料。其组成及重量份数为,水泥30份,骨料38份,稳定剂0.6份,聚丙烯短纤维0.1份,聚乙烯醇1.7份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.7份。本发明充分利用了矿山尾矿渣、粉煤灰等工业废渣,使墙板抗冲击,抗压强,抗弯承载大,含水率低,面密度轻,吊挂力好,防水防火,运输、切割方便。

本发明涉及轻质的墙体建筑材料。
背景技术:
常用的隔墙板一般是轻质石膏墙板或木屑压制的复合轻质板,生产周期短,耐水性差,重量不够轻,木屑压制墙板拉力不够,生产周期长,生产时工艺复杂。
发明内容:
本发明正是针对上述问题,提供了一种轻质的墙体建筑材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,其组成及重量份数为,水泥30份,骨料38份,稳定剂0.6份,聚丙烯短纤维0.1份,聚乙烯醇1.7份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.7份。
所述的骨料为工业废渣、尾矿渣、钢渣、水泥掺和料中的一种以上。
所述的稳定剂由硬脂酸、纯碱、石灰、料素、聚甘油脂肪酸脂混合后,加水90°下熬制而成,原料的质量比为87∶5∶3∶2∶3,物料与水的质量比为1∶20。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明充分利用了矿山尾矿渣、粉煤灰等工业废渣,使墙板抗冲击,抗压强,抗弯承载大,含水率低,面密度轻,吊挂力好,防水防火,运输、切割方便。并达到GB/T23451-2009《建筑用轻质隔墙条板》标准技术要求。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
首先将87kg硬脂酸、5kg纯碱、3kg石灰、2kg料素、3kg聚甘油脂肪酸脂混合后,加2000kg水于90°下熬制得到稳定剂。接着将30kg水泥,38kg工业废渣、尾矿渣、钢渣,0.6kg制备的稳定剂,0.1kg聚丙烯短纤维,1.7kg聚乙烯醇,1.7kg羟丙基甲基纤维素混合均匀得到混合浆料。然后由动物蛋白质发泡剂通过发泡机制成泡沫后,按总重量比4.5∶100与混合浆料进入搅拌、浇注模具中成型得到隔墙板。

1.轻质的墙体建筑材料,其特征在于,其组成及重量份数为,水泥30份,骨料38份,稳定剂0.6份,聚丙烯短纤维0.1份,聚乙烯醇1.7份,羟丙基甲基纤维素1.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质的墙体建筑材料,其特征在于,所述的骨料为工业废渣、尾矿渣、钢渣、水泥掺和料中的一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质的墙体建筑材料,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂由硬脂酸、纯碱、石灰、料素、聚甘油脂肪酸脂混合后,加水90°下熬制而成,原料的质量比为87∶5∶3∶2∶3,物料与水的质量比为1∶20。
