Claims (13)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance, comprising:
in the cooking process, acquiring the temperature inside a pot body of a cooking appliance and/or the opening time of a cover body of the cooking appliance;
acquiring a first heating mode corresponding to the temperature and/or the uncovering time;
controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to the first heating mode;
wherein, the temperature inside the pot body comprises: a first temperature before the cover body is opened and a second temperature after the cover body is closed, wherein the cover opening time is the time from the opening of the cover body to the closing of the cover body;
wherein, acquire the inside temperature of cooking utensil's pot body and include:
when a cover opening instruction is received, acquiring the first temperature through a temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is arranged at the bottom of the pot body, and the cover opening instruction is generated by pressing a cover opening button or rotating a cover opening handle by a user;
and when a cover closing instruction is received, acquiring the second temperature through the temperature sensor.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the first heating mode corresponding to the temperature and/or the decap time includes:
acquiring a second heating mode in a preset time period before the cover body is opened;
obtaining a difference value between the first temperature and the second temperature to obtain a temperature difference value;
and adjusting the second heating mode according to the temperature difference and/or the uncovering time to obtain the first heating mode.

The control method according to claim 2, wherein the first heating mode includes: a first heating power, the second heating mode comprising: second heating power, wherein the adjusting the second heating mode according to the temperature difference value to obtain the first heating mode comprises:
acquiring a plurality of temperature intervals and power variation corresponding to each temperature interval;
comparing the temperature difference with the plurality of temperature intervals to obtain a temperature interval to which the temperature difference belongs;
and adjusting the second heating power according to the power variation corresponding to the temperature interval to which the temperature difference value belongs to obtain the first heating power.
4. The control method according to claim 3, wherein the adjusting the second heating mode according to the decapping time to obtain the first heating mode comprises:
acquiring a plurality of time intervals and power variation corresponding to each time interval;
comparing the uncapping time with the plurality of time intervals to obtain a time interval to which the uncapping time belongs;
and adjusting the second heating power according to the power variation corresponding to the time interval to which the cover opening time belongs to obtain the first heating power.

The control method according to claim 2, wherein in a case where the second heating mode is intermittent heating, the first heating mode includes: a first heating time, the second heating mode including: adjusting the second heating mode according to the temperature difference value for a second heating time to obtain the first heating mode, wherein the step of adjusting the second heating mode according to the temperature difference value comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of temperature intervals and time variation corresponding to each temperature interval;
comparing the temperature difference with the plurality of temperature intervals to obtain a temperature interval to which the temperature difference belongs;
and adjusting the second heating time according to the time variation corresponding to the temperature interval to which the temperature difference value belongs to obtain the first heating time.
6. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the adjusting the second heating mode according to the decapping time to obtain the first heating mode comprises:
acquiring a plurality of time intervals and time variation corresponding to each time interval;
comparing the uncapping time with the plurality of time intervals to obtain a time interval to which the uncapping time belongs;
and adjusting the second heating time according to the time variation corresponding to the time interval to which the cover opening time belongs to obtain the first heating time.
7. The control method according to claim 1, wherein acquiring the lid opening time of the lid body of the cooking appliance comprises:
when an uncovering instruction is received, controlling a timer to start timing;
and when a cover closing instruction is received, controlling the timer to stop timing, and taking the timing time of the timer as the cover opening time.
8. A control device for a cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooking device comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a control module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the temperature inside a pot body of the cooking device and/or the uncovering time of a cover body of the cooking device in the cooking process;
